Fuji Vice defeated The Samoan Hit Squad. (Don Muraco pinned Samu with the HAWIIAN HAMMER.)
Koko B. Ware deveated The Destroyer with some combo punches.
Dick Hutton and Giant Baba went to a Time Limit Draw.
Konnan defeated Bill Dundee by DQ. (Dundee kept ramming Konnans head into the guard rails.)
The Masked Superstars defeated Russian Mafia. (MSII pinned Boris Zhukov after a Top Rope Cross Body.)
Jim Londos defeated Larry Zbyszko with AIRPLANE SPIN.
Main Event Number One Contenders Match: Curt Hennig defeated Billy "Red" Lyons with HENNIG PLEX.

Announcer: "Welcome to RAW everybody. Tonight we begin our Road to the Royal Rumble. We will have qualifying matches all night for the Royal Rumble match itself so lets get to the ring!
RR Qualifying Match: Gorgeous George defeated Les Thatcher with a SPINNING TOE HOLD.
RR Qualifying Match: Mis Mascaras defeated George Hackenschimidt with a small package.
The Music of Nick Bockwinkel hits and he comes to the ring again not in a good mood.
NB: "Ok Lou so you beat me again, but like I said last week I was more injured than originally thought so it wasnt really a fair fight. Just in case you say you wont give me another shot at the title that is mine I have hired a consultant that will do my business for me so come on out BOBBY HEENAN!"
The crowd boos even more when Heenan comes out and he is all smiles.
BH: "Yes that's right Humanoids, I am the new consultant for Mr. Bockwinkel. Just because I will be at ringside with him doesnt mean I am his manager, because Mr. Bockwinkel doesnt need a manager."
NB: "That is so right, I have no need for a manager, but I do need a consultant to handle my business affairs and Mr. Heenan is just the man for the job"
BH: "Mr. Thesz, it would be in your best interests to come out here and accept my clients bid for another LWF Title shot!"
Lou Thesz does indeed come out mic in hand.
LT: "Man Nick, you have stooped so low that you hired a true wheasl to be your manager."
BH: "I am not a wheasl! And I am not Mr. Bockwinkels manager I am his consultant!"
LT: "Well then Wheasl, I suggest you consult with your client and figure out a new way to get a title shot, because I am saying no more shots!"
NB: "Come on Lou be reasonable here. First you injure me at Armageddon and take my title from me, then last week you prey on my injury and hurt me even more while keeping the title from me."
BH: "Those are all valid points. So Mr. Thesz, are you giving Mr. Bockwinkel a title shot or not?"
LT: "Here is what I am going to do for you Nick. How about if you enter the Royal Rumble. Now if you win the Rumble then you can have a shot at me and the Title at Wrestlemania. However if you are eliminated from the Rumble but have a good showing then I will consider giving you a rematch in the future."
NB: "Fine Lou play it your way. I will enter the Royal Rumble and win it, if it means getting MY Title back!"
RR Qualifying Match: Frank Gotch defeated The Missing Link with an Iowa backdrop.
RR Qualifying Match: Killer Kowalski defeated Ox Baker with a CLAW HOLD.
RR Qualifying Match: Iron Mike Dibiase defeated George "The Animal" Steel with a TOP ROPE KNEEDROP.
Announcer: "We will see you next week with my qualifying Royal Rumbles matches tune in tomorrow for ECW!

B: "RVD, Sabu, if you think we are done with you mates you are mistaken! Just because you both beat us in two weeks doesnt mean anything!"
L: "If you think we are going away mates, well think again. Butch an I had an idear, how about we finish this at Royal Rumble! Rob Van Dam and Sabu vs The Sheepherders in..."
B: "A Double Dog Collar Match! You mates have until the end of the might to make up your minds!"
RR Qualifying match
Bruiser Brody defeated Timber with JUMPING KNEE DROP.
Well once again Brody gets the best of Timber and moves on to the Royal Rumble match

Jerry Lynn defeated Al Snow after a twisting leg drop from the apron.
The Sandman is shown outside of the building having a smoke and drinking a beer when The Terrible Turk comes stomping up to him.
TT: "You and me for Title at Royal Rumble!"
SM: "Man your breath smells worse than my beer buddy! But since you asked so nice like I will see you at the Rumble!"

So we are out here to issue you two monkeys a challange! In two weeks, The Midnight Express want a rematch for the World Tag Team Titles! If you boys arent afraid of us then you will accept!"

Curt Hennig was in the back for an interview.

I can assure you that there will be no sneek attacks or anything like that, I want you in a straight up one on one match so I suggest you stay healthy."

Announcer: "We are 3 weeks away from The Royal Rumble and already it is shaping up to be a great card. Tonight all 10 of our participants will go at it in one on one matches, plus with Nick Bockwinkel in the Royal Rumble Match we need to find out who will challange Lou Thesz for the LWF Title so lets get this party started!"
Mil Mascaras defeated Mike Dibiase with a CROSSBODY ATTACK.
Killer Kowalski defeated Gorgeous George with CLAW HOLD.
Nora Greenwald was in the ladies locker room getting ready for a match when Jazz suddenly burst in and attacked. Jazz easily picked Nora up and threw her into some lockers then got down and spoke into her ear.
J: "You, me, Women's Title, next week B**CH!"
Ida Mae Martinez defeated Penny Banner with a DROPKICK
Frank Gotch submitted Danny Hodge with the BOTCH TOEHOLD
Don Leo Jonathan defeated Ray Stevens with the MORMON SWING.
Bobby Heenan comes to the ring to boos and the usual weasel chants but he ignores them and gets in the ring.
BH: "I am out here tonight on behalf of Mr. Bockwinkel to let Mr. Thesz know that I have his challanger lined up for the Royal Rumble. Mr. Bockwinkel and I talked this over very carefully and we thought it was best for the challanger to be...Harley Race!"
Lou now comes out with a subdued look on his face mic already in hand.
LT: "Really Bobby, I am being challanged by Harley Race? Now I am a fighting champion and since Nick is in the Rumble Match, I was going to be without a date for that night.."
BH: "Not anymore you arent! Harley is a fine man and a perfect challanger to take the title from you!"
LT: "Well since it is set in stone then I guess I will see Harley at the Royal Rumble.. Oh one more thing Bobby, if Nick thinks that Harley getting the shot and winning the title is going to be easy then he is sadly mistaken."

MVC come down to the ring to cheers and both are somewhat in a bad mood.
TG: "So Jim Cornette, it has come to our attention that your boys want a rematch, because we cost them the titles?"
SW: "You can think what you want Cornette, but we did not get intentionally DQed to keep the belts, it was a mistake that I regret. But, if you two want a rematch then fine we will put the belts on the line next week!"
TG: "And boys, if I were you, I would learn to start speaking for yourselfs instead of letting CORNY do all the talking! See you next week!"
