He hardly ever wins a match unless its in a tag team and the other guy spends the majority of time in the ring. How does he do for everyone else ?

He and Billy Red Lyons each pull their weight on the team in my fed...and they are a freaking tag team juggernaut right now.
Before that, he was a title contender in the original 24, and he and Dick Hutton had a series over the US title, but after that, he seemed to only hang as a tag wrestler.

Red used to be the guy I could count on to lose big matches. Then he beat Tiger Mask for my Junior Heavyweight title and again in the rematch. In my AWF, he and Pepper Gomez came within an eyelash of beating the Kangaroos twice. Bastien's currently away from the AWF looking for another partner to help him in his vendetta against the Kangaroos.

"A freaking tag team juggernaut" is the PERFECT way to describe Bastien and Lyons! When they were together in my fed they crushed teams. They never held the gold as their time together was stopped when Lyons was injured for quite sometime due to a sidelining injury at the hands of those rotten Orton Boys.
Bastien was really doing well as a singles wrestler until I decided through game play that Bastien decided to do some wrestling abroad and left for Japan. He was a 50/50 guy there. When I started up my developmental fed for my Maple Leaf fed Bastien has been scheduled to return to fight by his old partners side again to take on Ox Baker, Roddy Piper (PNW boot) and The Orton Boys who have since invaded my Developmental fed to cause some havoc (and behind the scenes to work with and train the up and coming younger talent).

For me, with the original 24 card set, he was a pretty good wrestler, became a top World title contender, and beat Buddy Rogers to be World champ for awhile. He's also been a tag team champion with Lyons, Snuka, and Brazil. I'd have to say he's one of my top faces.

He was a solid contender for me too. I played many cards with the original 24 before I used Rematch and although he wasn't strong enough to win a belt he always put in a good match and stretched some top teir wrestlers. He was in the top 5-6 almost permanantly and reached a high of 3rd.

In my LOW fed Major League Wrestling, I started calling Red Bastien Rapping Red Bastien where he would rap about his opponents before their matches.
In my recent draft, Rapping Red Bastien went from my RAW brand to my Smackdown brand where he participated in the bar room brawl match at my Great American Bash PPV. During that match, Bastien got hit pretty hard in the throat by Sandman's SINGAPORE CANE and I am currently trying to decide whether or not to use that as a reason to stop Rapping Red Bastien from continuing to rap before his matches. So far Bastien hasn't won a title in my fed and the Flying Redheads weren't very successful as a tag team for me when I started teaming up Bastien and Billy "Red" Lyons (who later turned heel and started calling himself Mr. Canada).

Red always seems to hover near the top of tag-team heap for me. I was considering him for jr.heavyweight contention, but for the past year in my feds, his team with Red Lyons loses the belts and always finds a way to regain or stay in contention. They had an awesome feud with the Kangaroos and are trying to regain the belts from Bruiser Brody and Dallas Page.
Red can handle certain singles wrestlers like Bockwinkel and Bundy, but others handle him well so he is never a consistent contender.
