Years ago there were two main yahoo groups for COTG

The Main Group was The GWF Hardcore Group. Where we saw alot of the bootleg legends enter the ring

Well you guys are for a treat especially if you werent around back then for all the fun and that is the Legends are coming to the GWFZT and there coming to show they are the best

We had fun in those days. Posted in character at Times. When Varsity entered the boards everyone went after him

Varsity posted something then other wrestlers followed with comments on him,etc

Made lots of friends on the groups and still friends with most of them

So you guys when the set arrives its time for your feds to go hardcore

OH, I remember Astro Creep. Awesome character. Also remember the likes of Devious Scott Deville and Shawn Hilliard. Long before I knew Chewey, I used those two in my Bloodbath Championship Wrestling fed, and one day Chewey was checking out my posted results and was happy to see some of his characters being used. Alliances were made that day and still flourish today! Good times

Yes, I still fondly remember how Varsity pretty much lit up the scene when Christian MacLeod first gave out his card. He was a goody goody anti-hardcore guy that was trying to clean up the sport. Man, there was some great promos and stuff that came out of that.

Like Jim said, lots of "hardcore legends" in GWFZT and I think it's very cool and nostalgic that they'll get a new lease on life and battle it out again. Can't wait.
