Mark, I think you are one of the most creative and valuable posters on these boards. These are just so fantastic, and your art is great too!

Fantastic!
When I did my lone bootleg set (ACCW) it was based off the idea that these were LOW style wrestlers, not COTG.
I think a few years ago I posed the question of doing more boots like those and got a lukewarm response.
Glad to see you are championing this idea Mark. If you ever need some ideas I'm sure I could find my notebooks I have stashed away with stats and characters that never got off the ground.

I think the timing wasn't right for your ACCW (which I did like btw) I'm also enjoying Mark's stuff quite a bit even if I don't use them for anything. I always love seeing creativity and Mark's bootlegs have it aplenty.

I love this idea too. In fact, I post some wrestlers some time back in the COTG section, that originally I intended to be fictitious LOW wrestlers. My intention was to start a developmental LOW fed, using my bootlegs, and the LOTF guys. I think I may bring that idea back now, using these 3 guys above, and my own. I love love to see more.
Is there anywhere I could find the ACCW bootlegs? I would love to see those as well. I may have to try and create some more to add to this list.

To get the ACCW set got to the PDF library and scroll through the COTG downloads. You should find it there. I just did.
Megaupload has it listed as "Baseball set". Wrestlers include: Thunderlips, The Baseball Furies, The House of Style, The Maestro, The Mercenary, Big Whiskey and several more.
Timing is everything Troy. Maybe the time is now.

I'll work on a 4-card pdf of these three, plus one other I never got around to posting. Check back later today for a link.

Thank you. I appreciate that. Here's a 4 card pdf of Rocker, Stanton, Overdrive, and a new character named Great Glazkov. He's the typical foreign heel from the late 50s-early 60s. His finisher, the RUSSIAN CLAMP, is a head vice ala Crush's "Kona Crush" move. The drawing for that one is actually a ballpoint pen sketch I did about 11 or 12 years ago. I found it recently and figured I should use it for something, so here it is. KEEP IN MIND, the 4-card template is formatted for "landscape" orientation. When you use a standard home copier, print the first page, but do not rotate the paper as you would when printing something in the "portrait" orientation. Just put the paper back in with the end that came out last going in first. Everything should lay out properly that way. www.angelfire.com/wrestling3/legendarystars/legendary.pdf
