Card 103 from Akron Armory:
The Road Warriors retained the World Tag Belts by beating Don Muraco and Mr. Fuji when Animal pinned Muraco.
Bryan Danielson scored his second straight victory by DQ over the Sheik when the Sheik punched the referee when the referee was trying to take away his foreign object. In the confusion Jim Cornette grabbed the United States belt and ran away with it to the locker room to the delight of the fans.
Harley Race crushed Frank Gotch in a Dog Collar Match. Race is now the #1 contender for the World Title held by Snuka.
Andre the Giant won by DQ over Masked Superstar II when Ivan Koloff interfered. Andre was just about to remove Superstar's mask when Koloff hit Andre from behind with his chain.
Rob Van Dam scored a victory over Sabu in a Singapore Cane Match.
Rick Rude defeated Val Venis then grabbed Venis's towel and posed with it.
The Perfect Diamonds beat the Orton Boys when Curt Hennig pinned Bob Orton Sr. Hennig and DDP are now the #1 contenders for the World Tag-Team title.
Axe-Man Hennig fought to a time limit draw with Cowboy Dick Hutton.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM TV TAPINGS:
Jim Cornette says he stole the Sheik's United States Belt because he "keeps losing on purpose by DQ because he can't out-wrestle Bryan Danielson." The commissioner of DMP has scheduled a no-DQ rematch for the United States Belt on card 105.
The Weasel (Abdullah Farouk) told Lord Layton that Cornette was a "no-good petty thief" and the only way Danielson can win the Sheik's belt "is to steal it."
Mike DiBiase won a TV match against George Jay and then Diamond Dallas Page came to the ring. He challenged his former partner to a match then slapped him in the face. Iron Mike was enraged and went after DDP who ran away.
Later on the show DDP appeared with his Diamond Exchange team and told Chuck Allen he was going after the Legion of Doom and complained about how Paul Ellering treated him. Ellering came out and Axe-Man Larry Hennig challenged Ellering to a "Two Minute Match" which means if Ellering can last five minutes in the ring without losing to Hennig then he wins. Ellering accepted the challenge.

Card 104 from Cleveland Arena:
World Champion Jimmy Snuka is riding high! He won by DQ over Harley Race when Johnny Valentine was caught putting Race's foot on the bottom rope when Snuka pinned Race after the SUPERFLY LEAP!
Rob Van Dam and Bryan Danielson crushed the Sheik and Sabu in a Texas Death Match leaving both wild men battered and bloody. Danielson made the Sheik submit to a crossface chicken wing.
Andre the Giant demolished Masked Superstar II and finished him with the BIG SPLASH! He proceeded to remove the mask of the big man revealing Big John Studd, a wrestler well-known from other territories.
Jerry Lynn defeated Nigel McGuinness in a Falls Count Anywhere Match.
Diamond Dallas Page quickly disposed of former teammate Mike DiBiase with the help of Curt Hennig providing distractions at ringside.
Larry "Axe Man" Hennig defeated Paul Ellering in three minutes to win their "You Can't Last 5 Minutes" Match.
The Love Brothers beat Hillbilly Jim and Cousin Luke by DQ when Luke smashed Hartford with a horseshoe. The hillbillies were frustrated by the constant cheating of the Love Brothers.
Brutus Beefcake defeated One Man Gang with the FLYING KNEE SMASH after the big man missed the 747 SPLASH!

TV TAPINGS:
With Jim Cornette at his side Bryan Danielson performed an exhibition of submission holds on a wrestler wearing the Sheik's trademark garments. Abdullah Farouk came out and threatened Danielson promising that what happened in Cleveland won't happen in their upcoming title match in Los Angeles.
Bobo Brazil told Lord Layton that on behalf of his friend Lou Thesz he's offended that Johnny Valentine takes the NWA Belt with him everywhere and insists on being introduced as the NWA World Champion. He has challenged Valentine to a match.
Blow out! Paul Ellering has challenged the Diamond Exchange to a three-man tag match! DDP accepted and laughed about Ellering being part of it after what Larry Hennig did to him in Cleveland.
