I know who he is.
His Defense for starters, for sure.
dazed-1 on level 2 and 3 2s on 3.. That's far too good for an up and comeer IMO.

@kb - the wiki page and image were for others who may not know him. I took the finisher to a +1 and toned down the defense (took out the dazed on L2 and replaced with a down, and replaced one of the hurts with down on L3) I can't plug him into online and do fast testing yet (school has blocked COTGOnline) but if someone wants to test him that would be much appreciated.
Thanks for the help. I haven't made a guy in awhile

Nice work Jason. Card strength is all in the eye of the beholder. A possible downgrade for any 'non-elite' level wrestler is to start Level 3 Offense with a 1. move - 2 that is implied to represent their weaker attribute. For example, with a card representing a power wrestler, you can use a move - 2 that is agility based. It's a similiar strategy to constructing Level 2 Offense with a 1. move - 1/move - 2 (ag/pw) handicap. In this case, you would switch 3. jumping elbow drop - 3 into 1. jumping elbow drop - 2, then drop the order of the remaining designations down a slot. Last night, I saw Reks do a wicked throat first rope drop variation of his Burning Hammer off the second turnbuckle. Visually it looked good, but I'd be surprised if WWE's 'safety first' agents approved that type of spot!
