Pulsar 2101

Pulsars card for 2101 online has two level 3 attacks on his level one offense.

I can't be bothered to go fetch the card to check, but I'm pretty sure this shouldn't be the case.

the 6th move on level one offense shold be a "-3(ag)" move, but that should be his only lv3 attack on lv1 offense. He would be pretty tough (and technically "illegal") if he had two on level one offense!
