what the Wrestle Reunion admin said on the Wrestle Reunion board for Wrestle Reunion 6 next year:
some of the pros of the new venue.
First, the guest rooms for 2012 are much less at the Westin than if we stayed at the Hilton. Now that the economy has stablized, the Hilton was not willing to keep the same guest room rates as the past two years. That was the biggest reason for the change in hotels to be perfectly honest.
Second, the ballroom space for the live wrestling show is larger by nearly 25%.
Third, its located closer to some inexpensive eateries (Subway, McDonalds, and Taco Bell are all within a block).
Finally, we’ll be able to do everything on one level instead of two and we’ll have phone reception since its not in the basement. Our understanding is that there is free wifi at this hotel

I was unaware that the economy had stabilized. Well in the hotel industry Corporate travel has started to come back. I think thats all that matters to the Hilton.

Just announced tickets for WR 6 go on sale May 28th. They are capping VIP's at 200 people so I need to be on the ball and get my tickets early this time. Here is the announcement.
Tickets will go on sale starting May 28th at 1pm EST (10am Pacific). Its unlikely any guests will be announced before that date. We know for certain that VIPs will be capped at 200 people. We’ll continue to assign numbers to these VIPs based on the date of purchase and better numbers will be given priority over others. Of course, every VIP will be given priority on every single instance over general admission ticket holders including presale on live events and Friday events will be VIP exclusives with the exception of the live event that evening.
Regarding the VIP ticket, we’ll retain the option to have the autograph + photo op with each of the WrestleReunion guests as part of the VIP experience like in previous years. However, this year, we’re also going to allow a secondary option for you to “BUILD YOUR OWN” by customizing your VIP experience. After all our guests are announced, you can either accept the entire guest list as is or instead take the cost of the VIP ticket and apply it to only the pictures/autographs you wish to purchase at a 50% off discount compared to General Admission pricing. More details will follow shortly!
