It'd also be great for adding LOTF wrestlers to Chikara (the ones who left before the set came out like Hero and Akuma).

The CHIKARA cards are def not suped up. Don't expect a bunch (or any at all, really) +3, +4 and above singles finishers. Remember, in CHIKARA tag and trios are king, so the strongest finishers in the fed are mostly reserved for them. There's more ways than one to write an accurate playing card. Downs, dazed, where downs and dazed are placed on the card, ch charts, chart ratings, number of reversals, are all major contributors when it comes to card strength. Not just pin ratings, and offensive moves. Just look at Nitro. Dude has a +3 finisher and 4 level 3 moves on level 2 offense and dude is garbage. And he was supposed to be that way when his card was written. Ball of energy who's in big trouble once the opponent catches him. The CHIKARA cards are written to best represent both their place in CHIKARA, and just as importantly, their place in LOW. It's not a set full of over powered cards, but it's also not a set full of guys with 7(4) pins and +1 finishers. In a game where dice determine the majority of the outcomes, everyone of these guys would be major underdogs to the biggest names in LOW, but they're also some of the most fast-action, exciting cards you'll ever use in your LOW/LOTf fed. edit: keep an eye out for tonight's teaser from TOM. Should add more insight to card strength when you see it.
