Sinclair Promotions in association with Diamond Entertainment are proud to announce the rebirth of Extreme Championship Wrestling. ECW will follow the current storyline that a conglomerate has purchased the name and logo's from WWE, just like WCW.
While ECW & WCW will run in the same universe do not expect very many joint promotions from the two companies as they will be booked by two different people. One thing you can expect from both WCW and ECW is frequent roster changes as Diamondone and I try to find the perfect fit for all the cards we are planning on using.
Look for ECW TV to return Wednesday June 15th, 2011.

Should be an interesting show, but my concern would be that guys like RVD and Sabu won't to kindly to not being in the main event! Let alone, on the card.

Well due to a prior engagement Sabu could not make the first show but he is scheduled to wrestle on the second show. As for RVD he is currently under contract to WCW so we are umable to have him be a part of ECW but if thins change we would be happy to welcome him.

Former ECW Stars Al Snow, Justin Credible & Rob Van Dam are currently assigned to the WCW brand.
All three men have expressed their displeasure to management as to not being a part of the ECW revival, but all three men have come to an understanding with management and are currently happy with their angles and championship accomplishments.
