I'm asking this because he was ranked in the latest Promoter in LOW but I don't see him in the LOW Shop anywhere for sale.

We'll see, I just added him to my smaller indy-type league and he will be part of the every week roster. Should be fun.
His drawing kind of reminds me of The Model
