So as soon as I got the GWFZT cards, I ran an nWo angle in my LOW fed. It started with Big Superstar coming in first. He challenged Frank Gotch, my World Champion, to a title match, and lost, but afterwards, Freak Out made his debut, helping Big Superstar in a beat down of Gotch. That set up a non title match between Freak Out and Frank Gotch. Thanks to a pre match attack by Big Superstar, Freak Out won the non title match, thus setting up a World Title match between Freak Out and Frank Gotch. The World Title match was a fantastic match, and Gotch nearly had it in hand, when the remaining nWo members, Olympus and Blade Machismo, made their debuts, attacking Gotch, while Big Superstar had the ref distracted. This lead to Freak Out landing the FLYING ELBOW DROP, and becoming my new World Champion!!
I am a big fan of all the Clone Zone guys, and immediately put them to use in my LOW. But I also plan on using them in my GWFZ as well. I just wanted to share this little story in my corner of the COTG world. I've also been using Joe Olson and Bobby Roberts in my LOTF fed. Both have had great success. Roberts is undefeated, while Olson has just one loss, and has a nice competitive rivarly going on with Roderick Strong. Olson is set for a shot at the Mid Atlantic Title(Secondary title) on the next card.
