Putting the charts in color would probably add expense for little if any gain.

I had an awesome time as I got to see my first live CHIKARA show and I got to meet a lot of people from our community for the first time too! I am really glad I made the trip out here to Chicago.
I just got back to the hotel after having wings and beer with Swarm and Payback at the Hooters near our hotels after the show where I helped sell sets (including one sold to the first fan who walked through the door who I ironically knew from Wrestle Reunion 5 earlier this year) at the Filsinger Games merchandise table.
I bought 3 copies of the new CHIKARA set and I got 14 of my new color cards signed plus a bunch of my black and white ("the classic versions" as Ultramantis Black calls them) LOTF cards signed too.
I am probably going to read the handbook and look over the cards alot more on the plane ride back to Las Vegas tomorrow night, so I will post more of a recap later this weekend. But, no doubt about it, this one of the funnest days of the year so far for me!

I love the Ultramantis Black quote about "the classic versions"

I had a great time watching the show! It was nice to meet Zeke, TJ, and John Krause. Plus, seeing Swarm, Payback, Jack, Dayton Dave, and his friend again was cool. The wrestling was top notch and the fan interaction rom the wrestlers was great too! The only down side is how hot it was...geesh, made me really tired.

I love the expression on Quack's face. Priceless!

Quack was probably wondering who's this buzzed guy, holding a Miller Lite, with his Quack card out? I was first in-line to get my pic taken with him!

Wow. Where to start. Had an amazing x infinity time this weekend. One of best times ever as a FG fan. I feel so lucky to have been given the opportunity to travel to the shows, hang out with the roster and introduce the CHIKARA Wrestling Game to new fans in Chicago and Detroit. Got tons of pics - Hanging with the Bees Knees Johnny Gargano Scaring people with Frightmare Black Flag society! Ophidian is one of the coolest people I've ever met. Nicest, most humble dude ever. Became HUGE fan this weekend. TWO! Old Schooling it w the Throwbacks (who btw are frikkin' amazing guys. I lost count how many times they took the time to come over and hang by the table. They LOVE being in the game). Icarus is all business Hamming it up with Chuck T I don't know what the heck happened with the pic but it's kinds cool in an abstract art way Payback and Donst Gavin getting in on the action, playing some matches vs. new fans I can't say enough about what a class act the whole CHIKARA roster/crew is. We could not have wished for a better time. We were treated with the utmost respect, kindness and care. We sold a ton of games, recruited a bunch of new fanatics, and had the time of our lives hanging with the wrestlers. It truly felt like the beginning of something special between CHIKARA and FG. Cannot WAIT for the next show we go to. Keep an eye out for breaking news on that soon!!

It looks like you guys had a great time in Chi-Town. Like I said before, i'm sorry the Superstar couldn't be in Chicago Friday night, due to the fact that I went to a wedding yesterday for my wife's cousin and her fiance. Or I would have went to that restaurant Friday night, and the dinner menu looked awesome. I'll be ordering my $65 package next weekend (That's the Chikara set and Special Edition cards, Councils of War 2126 and the 6 Color 25th Anniversary cards from the original COTG set).

That looks so awesome. I would love to work with a locker room like Chikara, True love for the art and no stupid BS ego getting in the way. I love how Rob is dwarfing most of the roster. That is just funny, don't care who you are. Oh and this pic rules, not just cause UltraMantis is awesome, but for the Tennessee State flag handgun in the background.
