I can not begin to say how excited I am to be able to attend GCon! I have wanted to make it for the past 2 years and as luck has it I will be able to be there on the 9th. I look forward to meeting Tom and everyone who will be attending...

It was great to meet Charlie at GCon! Super nice guy and I think we got his young son hooked on the game! He was designing his own character during one of the tournaments (with help from a few of the attendees).
He signed copies of his card for all of us and to answer Avarice's question, he said he's not working for any feds at the moment. He recently moved from Arizona out to PA. He was running his own promotion out west and said how there are more regulations and standards you have to meet on the east coast to be approved by the state athletic commissions.

Werner and I were trading stories that we had heard from Commissioner Cox at G-Con. It's one thing to read about them on the web, it's another to hear them straight from a guy who has learned so many things from promoting his own wrestling company. Payback summed it up really nicely. His son is a great kid and rolled many of my matches for me in the LOW and Chikara tournaments -- even during the boring "2. hurt. 2. hurt. 2. hurt" portions of the matches, he just kept that smile on his face and kept on going.
