If you live in the greater Philadelphia and Reading areas, come out and hang with Tom and the Filsinger games crew before the Chikara shows on July 30-31. Here are the meeting spots: July 30th at 4:30 PM Infinito's Pizza Buffet 3023 North 5th Street Highway Reading, PA 19605 July 31st at 1:00PM Tony Luke's Beef and Beer Sports Bar 26 E Oregon Ave Philadelphia, PA 19148 We will be hanging out at both venues for a while before leaving for the Chikara shows that evening. I made the show! It was nice hanging out with Tom, Rob, Brett, Todd, Mike, and meeting Lyle. It was a good show. I got my Chikara set and cards signed of Tim Donst (2), Daizee Haze, Tursas, UMB, Johnny Gargano, Chuck Taylor, Icarus, Eddie Kingston. Johnny Saint, Johnny Kidd, Tsukasa and Makoto signed the printout I made off the Chikara events page.

I wish i could have gone to either show but I had other obligations this weekend. One day I hope to make it to a Chikara event. In fact I have resisted going to any shows since 2005 (the infamous CM Punk "exit" from Ring of Honor) but if I am going to break the streak it will be for a Chikara event ;D |

Had a great time meeting Tom and the Filsinger Games staff including Todd plus board member jimsteel. Nice to see that there is a huge community to assist in building my cards for LOW/COTG.
