like Civil War, will I only have the 20 wrestlers from those two sets, or will I have the other wrestlers that are "active" during that time?
Also, how does this change the rankings options in the stat tracker? Right now, I don't have an online set, so I only have the computer-generated rankings. Are there other options, and if so, which would come with the GWF sets?

ok, I concede I missed the introductory set with everything description....that still doesn't answer the stat tracker question. A major motivator for me to buy the Online is to get a more diverse ranking system.

There's a short list of "Rankings Personalities" ... I think it's some GWF New Beginning characters (like Commish Massif and such) and the original aCe faction leaders (like Nicodemus and such).
With the new developments with Online, BDS is planning on taking a close look at the Rankings system - to bug fix and improve. I'm thinking that would be a good time to maybe add more Personality types from different GWF eras.
