Right now, I am optimistic I can make it back to GalactiCal again this year. if so, I will either drive over the night of Friday October 21st or fly into Burbank the morning of Saturday October 22nd. hopefully GalactiCal 2011 weekend October 22nd will be the same weekend as a PWG show and/or NWA Hollywood tapings.  |

Hopefully, HOPEFULLY, I can actually show up this year. I got to go to the Comic Bug when Tom was there years ago, when he named those of us in attendence the West Coast Warriors. And I haven't been able to make any other meeting since due to one problem or another. I'm going to try my damnedest to be there this time!

I think I might fly into GalactiCal this year. Southwest currently has me credited for over $50 (separate from all the points I have earned with them for bonus flights) and there is a $53 flight (so free for me if I cash in that credit) from Las Vegas into Burbank for $53 on October 22nd that gets me there at 10:00 AM and then another cheap flight leaves Burbank back to Las Vegas at 6:25 PM. That is alot better than paying for gas and driving 4-5 hours each way. The only issue is if there is indeed a PWG show in Reseda and/or a NWA Hollywood taping in Hollywood that weekend too in which case I might need my truck. Perhaps I will book my flight and, if I decide to drive instead, possibly cancel the flight later as Southwest lets you use that money as credit for another flight within a year's time (which is why I have that that $50 + credit with them even after already booking my roundtrip fight to Wrestle Reunion 6 next January.  ) |

I just found out a couple of days ago that I wont be able to get off work and make it out for GCal. Somebody else is taking that week off and I will have to work. I am really bumed about this, but you guys have a blast, and I will try and make it out next year.

I bought my plane ticket to GalactiCal today!
I am going to wake up early on Saturday October 22nd and then catch a flight at 8:55 that puts me in Burbank at 10:00 an hour before GalactiCal.
I then fly out of Burbank and back to Las Vegas later that night at 7:00.
It will be great to see Tom, Toasterboy, and Thormassive again. Looking forward to meeting others there too.
GalactiCal and COTG Con-Quers the Galaxy Day are only 8 weeks from today!
