GWF Championship Wrestling #17: 04/25/87
from DSPN Studio 21
- Opening - Hosts are K.O. Keller and "Mr. DSPN" Torpor
Keller: Welcome to another exciting edition of GWF Championship Wrestling. We've got an action packed show tonight with GWF Galaxian Champion Thantos, Killer Queen and Vanity, the Greek Gods, Mutant, Pit Viper and Omega in action. We also have a special announcement and here's Omega to tell us.
Omega: Thank you. As you know, May is going to be a huge month for the GWF. We have the Young Lion's Cup and of course the monthly Deimos Intergalactic Arena show. We decided that our television fanbase deserves a special event of some kind. It's a rare event for them to see big time matches. That's why we've decided that in the month of May that Thantos will defend the GWF Galaxian Championship against Pit Viper on an episode of GWF Championship Wrestling.
Keller: Wow, that's a huge match for tv. The fans will absolutely love it. Let's head to the ring for our first match of the night...
- Tag Team Match - Killer Queen and Vanity vs. AJ Wright and Victor Guerrero Killer Queen defeated AJ Wright with a Checkmate at 2:16 Match Rating: 0.50
- Invincible Krakan Interview - Keller: I'm here with Krakan. How are you feeling about the fan vote so far?
Krakan: As said earlier, Krakan is wrestling this match under protest. The fans are clearly going to give that suck up Lord Nexus a Titan Death Match. That way he can run away and use those high flying moves of his. They won't cage him in where Krakan could corner him easily.
Keller: Won't the lack of rules still benefit you in a Titan Death Match?
Krakan: Yes, but Krakan still gets that in a Cosmic Cage Match. This is what Krakan gets for not sucking up to the fans at every turn.
Keller: It's time for our next match...
- Singles Match - Pit Viper vs. Sasuke Uchina Pit Viper defeated Sasuke Uchina with a Titan Drop at 0:57 Match Rating: 0.00
- Pit Viper Interview - Keller: I'm here with Pit Viper. He'll be challenging for the GWF Galaxian Championship on this very show next month. How are you feeling?
Pit Viper: I feel amazing. It's not everyday that you get a shot at the ultimate prize in wrestling. This could be a once in a lifetime chance for me. I'm going to make sure I make the most of it.
Keller: What about Commander Sam who is scheduled for a title shot at the Galaxian Bash.
Pit Viper: If I were to win I would still make that title defense. So he isn't losing out on anything by this match happening. Omega just wanted to thank the fans for their support of this show. I wouldn't want to rob the man of his shot anyways. He's earned it by having a very successful 13 years in the GWF.
Keller: How do you defeat a wrestler the calibur of Thantos?
Pit Viper: That's a very difficult question to answer. I've looked at what might possibly set me apart from his previous opponents. The only answer I came up with is my extensive knowledge of nerve holds. He's never had to deal with someone that will attack his nerves the way I do. That might allow me to wear him down quickly and put him in unfamiliar territory. That's my biggest hope for winning. Dealing with his combination of strength and speed will be very tough for me.
Keller: Let's head back to the ring...
- Singles Match - Mutant vs. Zone Fighter Mutant defeated Zone Fighter with an undetected foreign object at 6:33 Match Rating: 0.75
- Killer Queen and Vanity Interview - Keller: I'm here with two of the participants in the Young Lion's Cup. How good do you feel your chances are?
Queen: I'm clearly the favorite in the tournament. I'm the most skilled in the ring and clearly the best dresser.
Vanity: You, the best dresser? Don't make me laugh. I'm the one that goes to all the Hollywood parties and gets his picture in People and Entertainment Weekly.
Queen: That tacky green abomination?
Vanity: What was wrong with that?
Queen: Everything!
Keller: Can we get back to the Young Lion's Cup?
Queen/Vanity: Stay out of this!
Keller: We'll, this isn't getting resolved soon. Let's head back to the ring...
- Singles Match - Omega vs. Sun Boy Omega defeated hometown grappler with a Tomahawk Thrust at 7:43 Match Rating: 1.25
- Brawl - ::Death Knight attacks. He hits Omega with the Cosmic Lance and then stomps him. Exo-King comes out and it's a 2 on 1 beatdown. Star Warrior finally runs down to the ring. He clotheslines Death Knight to the outside of the ring and it's a stare down with Exo-King. Exo-King goes for a clothesline and Star Warrior pounds on him with fists and karate chops. Exo-King finally has enough and bails to the outside. They talk trash::
- Tag Team Match - Greek Gods vs. Mack Strong and Barry Horowitz III Actagon defeated Mack Strong with a Grecian Sleeper Grip at 4:32 Match Rating: 1.00
- Wolf Interview - Wolf: Don't worry, I can handle this. Comrade Terror, I accept your challenge. Bring that No. 1 Contenders contract and I'll give you the brawl of your life. To me you're just a hurdle in my path. I don't really care about you or your desire for a truly fight to the finish with someone. I want the GWF Galaxian Title and you're in my way. AROOOOOO!!!
- Main Event - Thantos vs. Rob Moore Thantos defeated hometown grappler with a Masterlock at 1:30 Match Rating: 0.50
- Close - Keller: Join us next week for another exciting edition of GWF Championship Wrestling. We'll have more information on the Young Lion's Cup, the upcoming GWF Galaxian Championship Match and the Galaxian Bash. In action will be Wolf, Invincible Krakan, Commander Sam, Killer Queen, Society of Death and the Neptunian Space-Croppers. See you next week.

GWF Championship Wrestling #18: 05/02/87
from DSPN Studio 21
- Opening - Hosts are K.O. Keller and "Mr. DSPN" Torpor
Keller: Welcome to another exciting edition of GWF Championship Wrestling. We've got a big show tonight as Wolf, Invincible Krakan, Commander Sam, Society of Death, Neptunian Space-Croppers and Killer Queen will be in action. We'll also be talking to several of the participants of the Young Lion's Cup tournament that will be taking place this week. GWF Galaxian Champion Thantos will also be in the building to talk about his upcoming televised title defense against Pit Viper. Here come the GWF Galaxian Tag Team Champions to start us off. Who will be your next challengers?
Sam: Well, the waters have gotten a little cloudy due to some of the recent upsets in the division. But right now we'll be defending the titles against the Society of Death at the next Deimos card. Then we'll head to the Galaxian Bash where I'll be pulling double duty that night. We'll defend the titles against Titan Express to start and then I'll be challenging Thantos or Pit Viper for the Galaxian Title.
Keller: What kind of challenge will the Society of Death be for you?
Massif: We've been watching tape and they're frankly a tough team to figure out. They lack a lot of the basics but they're just mean brawlers. They prefer to just punish their opponents until they decide it's time to end things. The only skills we've seen are from Ghengis Khan. He seems to have a fairly good knowledge of nerve holds and how to use those. Mutant is just a mindless brawler. I don't think we've even seen him do a technical wrestling hold since he's been here.
Keller: How do you compete with that?
Sam: Well, neither are agility wrestlers and that benefits us a lot. They'll try and go power vs. power and they don't stand a chance in that regard. Mutant is a concern though. He's wild and tries to injure people a lot. But I expect to sail through this title defense. We're just a much superior team.
Keller: Let's head to the ring for our first match...
- Singles Match - Killer Queen vs. Mo Maggz Killer Queen defeated Mo Maggz with a Checkmate at 4:47 Match Rating: 0.75
- Killer Queen Interview - Keller: I'm here with Killer Queen. He'll be one of the eight men fighting for the Young Lion's Cup this week. How do you feel your chances are?
Queen: Like I said last week, it's in the bag for me. I'm the most talented wrestler in the tournament. The only real threats to me not making the final would be Pit Viper or Renegade.
Keller: Are you still arguing with Vanity?
Queen: No, we have our understanding now. You see, Vanity does wrestling because it pays well, for fame and women. Winning belts and tournaments don't necessarily make a huge difference to him. I'm here for the competition so I invest more into becoming a great wrestler. That's why I'll win if we fight during this tournament.
Keller: Let's head back to the ring for our next match...
- Tag Team Match - Neptunian Space-Croppers vs. Barry Horowitz III and Victor Guerrero Beast-Rider defeated Victor Guerrero with a cross body block at 8:46 Match Rating: 2.00
- Neptunian Space-Croppers Interview - Keller: How do you feel about having to face each other in the round robin portion of the Young Lion's Cup?
Beast-Rider: We're not thrilled about it but we plan to go 100% at each other.
Renegade: It's worth it because we'll both get a chance to get our hands on that traitor Vanity. As long as I get a piece of him I don't care how the tournament goes for me.
Keller: How do you feel your chances are?
Beast-Rider: I feel Renegade is a favorite to win it all. He's one of the best all around wrestlers in this. My chances aren't as good but I feel I'm a dark horse. I might surprise people with how well I do.
Keller: Let's head to the ring for our next match...
- Tag Team Match - Society of Death vs. Texas Hangmen Ghengis Khan defeated Texas Hangman #1 with a Twin Thrust at 4:57 Match Rating: 0.50
- Thantos Interview - Keller: I'm here with the GWF Galaxian Champion Thantos. How do you feel about your upcoming televised title defense against Pit Viper?
Thantos: I think it's a brilliant idea. I want to thank Omega for giving me the chance to show the galaxy my true skills. They don't get to see anything with me coming out here and beating down some local loser every week. This way, they get to see me taking on a name GWF wrestler and beating him.
Keller: Pit Viper seems to think his best bet is to use his extensive knowledge of nerve holds to wear you down. How experienced are you against that style?
Thantos: I haven't fought many guys that use nerve holds and strikes as their main offense. So he has that advantage. But I am the best wrestler in the galaxy. He may have a style I've never seen before but I will find a way to win. That's why I'm the champ and why I'm considered to be an elite wrestler. Because I come into any situation and I find a way to pull off the victory. That's what separates me from a mid-level wrestler like Pit Viper. He's going to come out fired up and wrestle the match of his life but at the end of the night the superior wrestler is still going to win. Stay tuned because you'll get to see how great I really am!
Keller: It's time for more inring action...
- Singles Match - Commander Sam vs. Lightning Lad Commander Sam defeated Lightning Lad with a Sam's Atomic Drop at 2:10 Match Rating: 0.50
- Exo-King Interview - Keller: It seems like things are starting to heat up between Star Warrior and you.
Exo-King: Star Warrior is like all of the fans out there. He just can't handle the truth about Omega. He wants to still believe in those glory years and not to see the reality of the now. People seem to not understand that I can still respect the past while talking about the now.
Keller: Well, you have been highly critical of Omega.
Exo-King: As I should be. You have this huge influx of talent into the GWF. Young men hungry to reach out and take the ball and run with it. And you have old broken down Omega trying to prevent that and keep the attention on himself. It's time he and others like him stepped aside and let the young generation take over.
- Singles Match - Invincible Krakan vs. Gaara Invincible Krakan defeated Gaara with a backward leg sweep at 2:58 Match Rating: 0.25
- Flying Titans Interview - Keller: I'm here with the Flying Titans and we have a lot to talk about this week. I'll start with the man of the hour Pit Viper. You have the unique chance to win the GWF Galaxian Title and the Young Lion's Cup in the same month. How do you feel right now?
Pit Viper: I'm almost worried that this will be the peak of my career. But seriously, it's an amazing chance I have laid out before me. I have the chance to become the best wrestler in the galaxy and to achieve a level that most can only dream of. Even if I only held that belt for a brief time it would be life changing for me.
Keller: Thantos seems pretty confident your nerve holds won't make a huge difference.
Pit Viper: We'll just have to see what happens in the ring.
Keller: How is the fan vote going?
Nexus: We're still getting a great response from the fans. The Titan Death Match is holding on to a slim margin still. I encourage all the fans to send in your votes and have your voice heard.
Keller: How good are the chances that a Titan will walk home with the Young Lion's Cup and how do you feel about having to wrestle each other?
Pulsar: We train together all the time so this isn't a huge issue. I look forward to getting to go full speed against Pit Viper for once. I think he has a great chance at winning the tournament. You can't overlook me either. I'm still green but I've really scored some upsets early in my career.
Pit Viper: I agree. This kid has really been giving it his all in the ring and he's won some hard fought victories so far. Anyone who overlooks him in the ring is a full plain and simple.
Keller: It's time for our main event...
- Main Event - Wolf vs. Zone Fighter Wolf defeated Zone Fighter with a neckbreaker at 1:20 Match Rating: 0.25
- Close - ::Comrade Terror storms into the ring. They exchange punches in the center of the ring Wolf gets the better of the exchange and backs Terror into the corner. Terror pushes him off and Wolf charges back in. Suddenly Terror blinds him with a handful of salt and hits the Atomic Warhead. Terror talks trash as security pulls him out of the ring::
Torpor: Omega really needs to do something about them before someone gets seriously hurt. This is getting crazy.
Keller: I agree with you. There's no controlling them. Join us next week. We'll have Lord Nexus, Executioner, Gladiators of Aethra, Pulsar, Beast-Rider and Massif in action. See you next week.

GWF Championship Wrestling #19: 05/09/87
from DSPN Studio 21
- Opening - ::A dazed Killer Queen turns and gets hit with a cross body block off the top rope from Pit Viper. The ref counts the 1...2...3::
Hosts are K.O. Keller and "Mr. DSPN" Torpor
Keller: Welcome to another exciting edition of GWF Championship Wrestling. You just saw it at the top of the hour. Pit Viper took home the Young Lion's Cup by beating Killer Queen in the final of the tournament. He'll be challenging Thantos for the GWF Galaxian Title next week on our show. He'll also be in the building tonight to receive his trophy from Omega. Also in action tonight will be Lord Nexus, Executioner, Massif, the Gladiators of Aethra, Pulsar and Beast-Rider. And here comes Lord Nexus to start us off this week. How do you feel about Pit Viper winning the Young Lion's Cup?
Nexus: I'm really proud of him. When I formed the Flying Titans it was meant to be a team that young wrestlers could join and learn to wrestle the right way. We wanted them to be moral upstanding citizens above all else. Pit Viper went out there and showed everyone what the Titans are all about. He showed that our youth program can have many successes without having guys cutting corners in the ring.
Keller: What's going on with the fan vote for your match at the Galaxian Bash?
Nexus: It's too close to call right now. The cosmic cage match has gained a lot of support over the last week and now the vote is only separated by a few hundred votes. It's going to be a close race down to the very end.
Keller: Do you think you stand a chance against Krakan in a cosmic cage match?
Nexus: Yes, I still have a good chance. The cosmic cage just plays to his strengths a little more than mine. I still have room to move around and hit my aerial moves on him. I don't know why he seems to think the match is going to decide 100% who's going to win the match. I think he's just afraid of losing a Titan Death Match to me.
Keller: It's time for our first match...
- Singles Match - Beast-Rider vs. Mack Strong Beast-Rider defeated Mack Strong with an atomic knee drop at 0:44 Match Rating: 0.00
- Star Warrior Interview - Keller: I'm here with Star Warrior. Exo-King still says your father should retire and let the new generation take over. What is your reply?
Star Warrior: My father is a legend in this business and he should be allowed to retire whenever he feels like it. I think Exo-King is taking out his frustrations on the wrong person. Maybe he should look at himself first. Maybe he should win those big matches or sign tougher opponents and maybe then he would be a main event wrestler in the GWF. I don't know why my father irritates him so much. He hasn't been in a main event match for a long time. He wrestles part time at best. He hasn't challenged for the title in awhile. I think he's just excuse making for his lack of success.
Keller: I hear rumors that there's going to be a match at Galaxian Bash.
Star Warrior: Yes, I've signed a match to take on Exo-King. My father doesn't have the ability to fight such a young and powerful man anymore. So I plan to teach Exo-King a few things about respect.
Keller: It's time for our next match...
- Singles Match - Pulsar vs. Texas Hangman #1 Pulsar defeated Texas Hangman #1 with a cross body block at 1:02 Match Rating: 0.25
- Young Lion's Cup Presentation - ::Omega is standing in the ring with a giant trophy and several GWF officials behind him. Pit Viper comes down to the ring and confetti starts to fall. Omega grabs the mic::
Omega: I am proud to introduce the winner of the 2087 Young Lion's Cup... Pit Viper! As you know the GWF has many young men that have promising careers ahead of them and we use this tournament as a chance for them to show their stuff. This man here proved to be the best of the best. I first present you with a contract to face the GWF Galaxian Champion at the July Deimos Intergalactic Arena show. Next, I present you with a check for $10,000. And finally here is your trophy. Do you have anything to say to the fans?
Pit Viper: Yes, I do. It was a hard 4 days of fighting. There were points where my body was just worn down and I didn't know how I could keep going. But I never gave up and look at where I am now. I have two title shots in the bank, a nice monetary bonus and this trophy. I hope Thantos is watching this. I have serious momentum on my side now Thantos and I might just come into next week's show and leave with that belt you hold so dearly. Don't overlook me or you'll regret it.
- Singles Match - Executioner vs. Brainiac 5 Executioner defeated Brainiac 5 with a Headsman Guillotine at 3:47 Match Rating: 0.50
- Thantos Interview - Keller: I'm here with GWF Galaxian Champion Thantos. Are you ready for Pit Viper next week?
Thantos: What kind of question is that? You don't get to the top of the mountain like I did without being prepared. I may see him as under me talent wise but that doesn't mean I don't train just as hard as I would for anyone else. Pit Viper just won a big tournament. He's got momentum and when he talks about this belt I can see the passion burn in his eyes. He wants this belt and he wants it so badly that he can taste it. He sees the attention I get. He's heard the rumors of the money the champion makes. And now he wants a piece of that for himself. He'd be a fool if he was in the GWF and didn't want to climb to the top.
Keller: How do you compete with his specialty of nerve strikes?
Thantos: I am still a superior wrestler. It's a tough style to fight I've heard. But I'm just going to go out there and do what I do best. If I compensate too much then I won't wrestle at my best.
Keller: It's time for some more inring action...
- Singles Match - Massif vs. G'Nort Massif defeated G'Nort with a Volcanic Drop at 2:45 Match Rating: 1.00
- Commander Sam and Massif Interview - Keller: I'm here with the GWF Galaxian Tag Team Champions. Commander Sam has a big couple of weeks coming up here. He's got a shot at the Galaxian Title and a big title defense against the Society of Death at the Deimos Intergalactic Arena show.
Sam: It's going to be interesting. I could come out of this as a double champion or I could come out of this with nothing. That's why you play the game though. You get in that ring and you accept the bad with the good. Sometimes you win, somtimes you lose and sometimes you get hurt. But first things first. We have the Society of Death at the next Deimos Intergalactic Arena show. You can never be too careful with anyone that's associated with Krakan. Ghengis Khan and Mutant are really good brawlers but they lack real inring ability. So it's going to be a very wild match.
Massif: I look forward to this match. I see those two out here every week bullying wrestlers and trying to injure the Titans. I saw what they did to Pit Viper. It's not my place but I would like to get a measure of revenge against them on Pit Viper's behalf. Let's see how tough you guys are when you have to get in the ring with opponents that are bigger and tougher than you are,
Keller: It's time for our next match...
- Tag Team Match - Gladiators of Aethra vs. Karate Kid and Sun Boy Massacre defeated Karate Kid with a Decapitator at 1:53 Match Rating: 0.50
- Wolf Interview - Keller: I'm here with Wolf.
Wolf: It's starting to look like I'm going to have to beat Comrade Terror for that No. 1 Contenders prize. Guys are starting to earn up all these shots and I just see my rematch with Thantos getting pushed further back.
Keller: You don't think any of them can beat Thantos?
Wolf: Anyone can beat anyone. But Thantos is one of the best in the galaxy. He won't go down to just anyone and it won't be easy. That's why I've become so obsessed with defeating him. I want to be the one that finally brings him down in that ring. I want to take that belt that he holds so dear. I want to crush his hopes and dreams.
Keller: Can you beat Comrade Terror twice?
Wolf: He's a tough man but he's not as tough as I am. He loves a good fight but he just doesn't have what it takes. He can't take the same level of punishment that I can. He's not sadistic enough either. I will once again beat him and this time his No. 1 contenders slot will be mine.
Keller: It's time for our main event...
- Main Event - Lord Nexus vs. Red Demon Lord Nexus defeated Red Demon with a Titan Drop at 4:57 Match Rating: 1.50
- Close - Keller: Join us next week for our biggest episode of GWF Championship Wrestling to date. Thantos will be defending the GWF Galaxian Title against Pit Viper in the main event. Will Thantos continue the roll he's been on in 2087 or will Pit Viper continue his amazing month of May. Be here to find out. Also in action will be Lord Nexus, Pulsar, the Greek Gods, Mutant and Vanity. See you next week!

GWF Championship Wrestling #20: 05/16/87
from DSPN Studio 21
- Opening - Hosts are K.O. Keller and "Mr. DSPN" Torpor
Keller: Welcome to another exciting edition of GWF Championship Wrestling. Tonight is the big night. Thantos will defend the GWF Galaxian Championship against Pit Viper. This is the first time that a GWF Title has been defended on this show and I for one can't wait. We'll hear from both men before the big match in the main event. Actually, here's the GWF Galaxian Champion right now. Are you ready for this match?
Thantos: As I've said before. I'm always ready. I don't take anyone lightly in the GWF. If they've made it to this level of competition it's for a very good reason. Anyone can get a win with a little luck and skill. So I always have to be on guard. Because this belt right here is a giant bullseye on my head. If I slip for even a second this belt will be gone. I don't want that to ever happen. Being the champion is addictive and I know for a fact that I can't go without.
Keller: Where do you think your advantages lie?
Thantos: I'm more skilled and have better endurance. The longer the match goes the more and more it will benefit me. If things get out of control I'll just slow things down and beat on him and wear him down until I slap the Masterlock on and get that submission win.
Keller: It's time for our first match...
- Singles Match - Vanity vs. Sun Boy Vanity defeated Sun Boy with an atomic drop at 6:59 Match Rating: 1.50
- Pit Viper Interview - Keller: I'm here with the challenger for tonight's main event. How do you feel right now?
Pit Viper: I'm nervous. Right now I'm looking at the top of the mountain. I'll either reach out and grab the peak and pull myself to the top or I'll slip and fall into the abyss. It's a scary thought to sit here and wonder where I go after this. I'll either be the top man in all of wrestling or I'll be sitting and waiting for my next shot in July. It's been a really long week. I went home one night and there was a message waiting for me. It was from Solar Flare, one of the original Titans in the GWF. I remember growing up and watching Paladin Power. They were my heroes. They got in that ring as a team and they were second to nobody. To hear the hero of my youth saying he was proud of me no matter the outcome and that he wished me luck was unreal. I've never even met Solar Flare before. So I'm going to go out there and give it everything I've got. I might be outclassed but I'm going to try. I think people will be surprised tonight and maybe we'll be talking about this as one of the biggest upsets in GWF history.
- Singles Match - Pulsar vs. Barry Horowitz III Pulsar defeated Barry Horowitz III with a Titan Drop at 1:30 Match Rating: 0.25
- Invincible Krakan Interview - Keller: I'm here with the Invincible Krakan. He has a lot to talk about tonight. How is the fan voting going?
Krakan: Krakan is impressed. The vote is virtually tied right now. Maybe the fans aren't as stupid as Krakan originally thought. Maybe they don't fall for the sucking up of the Titans.
Keller: How do you feel about your chances of getting the tag titles?
Krakan: Commander Sam and Massif are nothing but a couple of pretty boys. Ghengis Khan and Mutant will get in there and show them how real brawling goes. I think they'll crumple up and give up once they see they're in a real fight.
Keller: How can you say that? Commander Sam has been in some of the bloodiest matches in GWF history!
Krakan: He is nothing but a broken down old man. The spirit of the warrior that he once was is long gone. Now he just lives on his name. Trust me, those tag titles will belong to the Society of Death.
Keller: It's time for our next match...
- Singles Match - Mutant vs. Matter-Eater Lad Mutant defeated Matter-Eater Lad with a cross body block at 1:16 Match Rating: 0.00
- Evil Ones Interview - Keller: We have the Deimos Intergalactic Arena show coming up and that means Exo-King and Death Knight will be taking on Omega and Star Warrior in tag team action.
Exo-King: I'm going to finally get the signature win that the magazine writers have been saying I needed. If I can pin Star Warrior in the middle of the ring then it will shut up all those naysayers out there. Just because I haven't had the chance to fight top talent doesn't mean anything. Let me get in the ring and prove myself before you slam me.
Keller: Why were you so quick to sign a singles match with Star Warrior for the Galaxian Bash?
Exo-King: Because, it was clear that one tag team match wasn't going to be enough to resolve things. I want to beat Star Warrior in a one on one match. No one would be able to diminish a win in that situation.
Keller: Killer Queen, how are you dealing with your loss to Pit Viper in the Young Lion's Cup?
Killer Queen: It was a fluke. I beat him in the first round with ease. He just hit me right and got the three count before I could recover. I want a rematch with Pit Viper. I may not be able to get the Young Lion's Cup out of it but I can prove once and for all that I'm the superior inring talent.
Keller: It's time for more inring action...
- Tag Team Match - Greek Gods vs. Texas Hangmen Actagon defeated Texas Hangman #2 with a full nelson suplex at 3:24 Match Rating: 0.75
- Greek Gods Interview - Keller: I'm here with the Greek Gods. How do you guys plan to get back into the Tag Title picture?
Actagon: Well, there aren't a lot of teams so we'll be back sooner rather than later. But we've signed some matches with the Gladiators for the early summer months.
Proteus: I can't wait to get my hands on Brute again. That man claims to be the strongest man in the GWF and I beg to differ. It has been shown over and over again that I am the strongest man in the GWF. I am a god so how could it not be true. All of those other guys like Exo-King and Brute are just pretenders to my title.
Keller: What about Massif?
Proteus: He has yet to prove himself to me. But he is quite strong.
Keller: Do you think you've finally figured out Commander Sam and Massif?
Actagon: Not entirely. The mix of experience and youth is quite difficult to overcome. Massif lacks polish but he gets better with each match and that makes the team progressively harder to dethrone. I think our technical skills are the key. We've tried brawling too much and that's playing to the champions' strengths too much. We'll have to see what happens if we get another title match.
Keller: It's time for our next match...
- Singles Match - Lord Nexus vs. Mack Strong Lord Nexus defeated Mack Strong with a Titan Drop at 2:51 Match Rating: 0.50
- Tale of the Tape - Keller: We're only moments away from tonight's main event. Let's take a look at the tale of the tape for this title match...
Thantos: - experienced - stronger - better technical skill
Pit Viper: - quicker - unusual wrestling style - hungry for success
Keller: This should be a great match. Pit Viper wants the title so bad that he can taste it but can that desire overcome a superior wrestler and athlete in Thantos. Let's head to the ring to find out.
::Both men make their entrance and the Bob Smith the ring announcer climbs into the ring::
Smith: This match is scheduled for one fall and has a 60 minute time limit. It is for the GWF Galaxian Championship. Introducing first the challenger. He stands at an even 6' and weighs in at 248 lbs. He hails from Titan, Saturn. PIT VIPER!!!
::Pit Viper raises a hand in the air to acknowledge his introduction but he never takes his eyes off of Thantos::
Smith: And in the red corner. He stands at 6'3'' and weighs in at 255 lbs. He hails from Maffei II. He is the reigning and defending GWF Galaxian Champion... THANTOS!!!
::Thantos pulls the GWF Galaxian Title belt off his waist and walks to the center of the ring and taunts Pit Viper with it::
- GWF Galaxian Title Match - Thantos vs. Pit Viper for the Galaxian Championship Thantos defeated Pit Viper with a Masterlock at 9:51 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: 4th defense
- Close - Keller: Wow, what an intense match and it looks like the champion has some words for us.
Thantos: Now... all the people at home can see just how great I am. I took on an opponent that gave me everything he had. I weathered the storm and came out on top yet again. Now you can all see why I am the GWF Galaxian Champion and the best in the galaxy. And I just want to say one thing to Commander Sam. I hope you were watching because this is what's waiting for you at the Galaxian Bash next month.
Keller: Join us next week for another exciting edition of GWF Championship Wrestling. Star Warrior, Invincible Krakan, Neptunian Space-Croppers, Comrade Terror, Death Knight and Commander Sam will be in action. See you next week!
