The Grand Arena, Niflheimr

The United Stars Congress has been in session the previous several days and to put the best foot forward with the Niflheimr system, the Grand Arena has been given permission to hold the system's first GWF show.

The Grand Arena sold out in mere minutes and over a hundred thousand were in complete anticipation of what would unfold in the last televised event before the CYBER CLASH PaPer View.

The biggest pyrotechnics display since the invention of gunpowder erupted above the arena's fans as a hologram of Godsend descended from the stars to the center of the squared circle . Godsend's voice bellowed, "Let the games begin!'

Scorn vs. Sinful
Scorn defeated Sinful with an A WOMAN SCORNED
Match Rating: 2.50
Match Notes: A great opener! The women really put on a show and the crowd ate it up! Scorn would use a WOMAN SCORNED early to set the tone and would use the finisher again to end the bout.

Euritar vs. Godsend
Godsend defeated Euritar with a Blinded by Greatness
Match Rating: 1.50
Match Notes: The Scorpius native tried to use his quickness to keep Godsend guessing but Godsend seemed everywhere he needed to be, After a failed moonsault by Euritar, the Kingdom of Castillex leader used a Savior Drop and Blinded by Greatness manuevers to garner the three count.

Godsend stood in the middle of the ring and was handed a microphone. "I have returned to you my faithful followers without remorse of my abscence, Simply, there are vital events to complete in another place but behold...I stand before you in all my magnificience glory." The arena erupted in approval and started to chant "Godsend" over and over.

Unexpectedly, Perfect Specimen's music blared over the sound system and the Titan appeared on the entrance ramp. He pointed to the fans and nodded his head a few times before speaking. "Ooooh...big bad Godsend (the arena erupted in jeers)!Sir, Lord Nexus has told me what you and the vagabonds that you used to run with. I have to say that I am not impressed and this whole savior routine is kind of reeks of self-idolization."

"No one idolizes themselves more than me and since you think you are the 'cat's meow', how about this? At CYBER CLASH, it will be Perfect Specimen against Godsend but the fans decide which type of match we will have. Are you up for it big man?"

The arena vidcam focused on Godsend and he nodded once before the arena lights went dark. When the lights returned, Godsend was gone and Perfect Specimen appeared a little spooked before heading back into the locker room area.

Catfight vs. Taichi
Taichi defeated Catfight with an ARM TRIANGLE
Match Rating: 1.50
Match Notes: A short but action packed bout! Catfight exploded with high powered offensive moves including a FELINE FURY and even went for a top rope suicida. Sadly, she would crash and burn and the Titan would lock on the ARM TRIANGLE for the submission. Taichi looked ready for her bout at CYBER CLASH against the Women's Champion.

The vidscreen illuminated the arena and a voice bellowed over the intercom system; "It has become tradition that once a year, the fans of the GWF choose the stipulations of all matches involved of one special PaPer View. On Circunus, the home of one of the federation’s most brutal matches, the GWF presents...CYBER CLASH (Card #1072)! Be there as history will made by YOU...the fans...stay tuned for a chance to enter your input on this mega event!"

Ghena vs. Paralyze
Ghena defeated Paralyze with an EVOLUTION
Match Rating: 3.00
Match Notes: The Immortal thrashed Paralyze as the Gladiator put up very little resistance. After a third EVOLUTION finisher was applied in the match, Ghena covered a shellshocked Paralyze for the win.

Predators vs. Security Squad 2133
Wolf defeated Overtime with a SAVAGE FACE CLAW
Match Rating: 2.25
Match Notes: These two teams were well matched until Overtime pulled a referee in front of him to take a flying clothesline from Wolf! Overtime tried to capitalize but would be put in the SAVAGE FACE CLAW on his abdominal region as the referee regained his senses. The Titan would try to reach the ropes but the pain was to much and Overtime would finally submit.

Sly Drury vs. Totalis
Sly Drury defeated Totalis with a rope walk sledgehammer
Match Rating: 1.50
Match Notes: The Corvus native still having issues defeating his former leader and was outclassed in this contest. Sly Drury chiseled away at Totalis and would put him away with a rope walk sledgehammer.

Better Than Human vs. Vampire Legends
Coven Black defeated Tharkas with a BITE OF THE VAMPIRE
Match Rating: 2.75
Match Notes: The match was back and forth for the opening minutes but the experience of the Vampire Legends came through in the end. Coven Black used a Black Death Cometh to set up several BITE OF THE VAMPIREs to defeat their opponents.

The vidscreen illuminates with a set of virtual dice rolling away from the camera and bouncing on the back of a craps table. The image exploded into millions of sparkling dots and started to reform into a marquee. A voice bellowed throughout the arena, " At the Planet Vega Hotel and Casino on Vega, the players in the FTR will roll the dice on their very careers...will they be victorious and reach great heights or will they crash and burn into oblivion?!? Witness history in the making... UPRIZING: ROYAL FLUSH (Card#1071.5). Tickets go on sale immediately...hedge your bets or prepare to crap out!"

Eydilon vs. Kenji
Eydilon defeated Kenji with a MISTS OF EDILYON
Match Rating: 2.50
Match Notes: A lot of turnbuckle charges and leaping off the turnbuckle in this contest. Eydilon would catch Kenji in a roundhouse kick to the head and lift the Titan up for the MISTS OF EYDILON for the three count.

Castilex vs. Towers of Power
Sentinel defeated Giant Azuma with a NIGHT WATCH
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: Faller was firing on all cyclinders and lighting Moog up with his offense (including an incredible DOWN TO SIZE) but the power of the Castillex natives proved too much! Sentinel would use two consecutive NIGHT WATCH finisher to dowm Azuma for the victory.

**Interplanetary Championship Title Match** 
Bishop Hell vs. Monolith
for the Interplanetary Championship
Monolith defeated Bishop Hell with a CATASTROPHE
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: Bishop Hell hung in longer than he did on Card#1068 but the fireslinger was simply outmatched! Monolith toyed with his opponent for a few moments and ended it all after a CATASTROPHE. Monolith has become the Interplanetary Champion!

**Nova versus Rhea**
*Loser Retires from Wrestling*

Rhea was brought into the FTR to serve as a bodygaurd for Nova because Nova felt like the FTR fanbase was hostile towards her originating in the GWF and telling anyone who would listen that the women in the FTR was nothing but trash. Rhea had done her job well and even assisted Nova in garnering a few wins that she would not necessarily have received if not for Rhea's interference. However, the two had started to encounter a few incidents that ended badly including Rhea missing a clothesline on Moonlight and downing her protege. According to Nova, she was getting the short end of the stick and let it be known on the last couple UPRIZING episodes by slapping the taste out of Rhea's mouth TWICE! On the last UPRIZING, Nova stated that Rhea basically is useless, that Nova is the superior star of the two, and that Rhea was the reason for Nova's career to be floundering as it is. Nova issued a challenge to Rhea for a 'Loser Retires Match' and Rhea accepted. Who will be the last diva standing? Place your bets!

**Ocean Express (King Tux/Cephlapodis) versus From The Depths (Malgo Deepwater/Ragnar Blackheart)**
*Water Balloon Match*

From the Depths were stunned by Ocean Express and handed a loss by the lovable animen on Card#1069.5! After the bout, King Tux and Cephlapodis started tossing water balloons into the ring and hit the Brymstonians! Ocean Express escaped from the clutches of their opponents but would be challenged later in the evening by the From The Depths duo. The fan favorites thought long and hard about facing off against these two but came up with a counter offer instead! The two teams would meet in a water balloon match! That's right...I said a water balloon match!!! Apparently the objective is to hit both members of the opposing team with a water balloon to win the bout. Water balloons will be placed all around the ring and ringside area at strategic places for the two teams to use. Are you willing to put money on this bout? I bet you'll crap out on this one...

**Honey versus Murtak**
*Hair versus Federation Exile Match*

Murtak just couldn't take losing a match to a woman lightly and has been harassing the Honey Badger to the extent that the Conquerer had even snipped off a few hairs off the Aniwoman's head. This has infuriated Honey and she looked for (as they say in the business) some form of 'reciept'. Unfortunately for Honey, Mass continued to intervene between her and Murtak at every chance that he could. On Card #1069.5, Honey stated that she would put up her hair being shaved if she loses but if she wins- Murtak has to leave the FTR for good. In addition, the only way that she will accept the match is if Mass is suspended above the ring in a cage to ensure no interference. This way the match would be "man" versus woman. Murtak accepted gleefully and later promised to make a coat out of her "mangy fur." The roulette wheel is spinning and place your bet because no one knows where this one is going to land.

**Armour versus Mayham versus Plethador**
*Triple Threat Circunus Cell Match*

The Plantation has exploded into bits!! What was formed by Chameleon to better the Animan life was short lived and unsuccessful to boot! Each member suffered staggering losses in both the singles and in tag team circuit. These losses caused tension and it all erupted with Mayham turning his back on the group but Plethador would not let the "Next Pig Thing" go so easily. Armour tried to stay neutral and attempted to have the group bury the hatchet so to speak but would become a bystander in the crossfire. Armour would lay down the challenge with "No more mister nice dasypus! You two want a fight? Let's do this the right and settle this the old fashion way...Circunus Cell!" Which of the three has a winning hand? Does one have the feared Deadman's hand?

***Captain Crossbones (ch) versus Disciple of Terror***
**FTR CHampionship Title Match**
*Walk The Plank Match*

These two have fought tooth and nail with one another over the last year for the FTR Championship!! All their matches have been epic and all have been match of the card! The champion hails from Brymstone and chased the FTR title for what seemed like an eternity unitl he was able to finally capture the gold at DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES (Card #1046.5). Although, Captain Crossbones only won after From the Depths interfered and used a High and Low on the Cygnusian. Disciple of Terror once again recently faced off against the now FTR champion and he lost by what he thought was a fast count by the referee! The champion interjected Disciples complaint with a statement that he would face Disciple one last time but it would be a Walk The Plank Match. If Disciple of Terror loses, he cannot challenge for the championship again while Crossbones remains champion. Both men say they are going to win this match but which one is bluffing?

Pardon [DEBUT] pinned Gobbler via. CENTAURUS CRUCIFIX

Match Notes: The newest rookie sensation has arrived in the FTR with high expectations placed on his shoulders. Pardon entered the squared circle ready for a fight and that is what Gobbler gave him! The Centaurus native was on the receiving end of a beat down until a well placed low blow to Gobbler's giblets ended the Andromedan's assault. A CENTAURUS CRUCIFIX later, Pardon had his hand raised in truimph. (1/2 *)

The roving vidcam focused on the FTR Commissioner Nitro and the Titan was sitting behind his desk with two Maffei II officers standing behind him. Nitro began to speak, "The FTR star True Blue still has been in a medically induced coma at the time being. (Nitro paused) The authorities have ruled out any medical issues and officially suspect foul play but do not have any current leads on suspects. The Maffei II task force has assigned an officer and he will make his debut at an upcoming UPRIZING to be determined later. Thank you and enjoy the rest of the show." Nitro raised out of his chair and left the room with both officers following close behind.

Rhea ended Nova's career via. SERPENT'S CATAPULT

Match Notes: At the start of the match, Nova would repeatedly do a collar tie up and proceed to slap the taste out of Rhea's mouth!! This infuriated the Serpent Caput native and Nova ended up regretting her actions as Rhea beat the tar out of the Pegasus diva. Nova would execute a desperate STAR BRIGHT but her opponent countered the move for a near fall. The seven foot diva blasted her former friend with a turnbuckle shocker and ended Nova's career with a SERPENT's CATAPULT. Nova was left sprawled out on the canvas by Rhea and she would slowly make her way back to the locker room for the final time. (** 1/2)

Ocean Express (King Tux & Cephalopodis) and From the Depths (Blackheart & Darkwater) ended in a draw

Match Notes: Ummm...this was the first (and hopefully last) "water balloon" match with the objective being to hit both members of the opposing team with a water balloon and have your hand raised in victory. Simple, right? Wrong...

The match started off well with King Tux splashing Ragnar Blackheart with a water balloon early! From the Depths wasn't standing for the absurd stipulations of the match and tried to conduct business as usual. Cephlapodis would try to hit Malgo Darkwater with said water balloon but the Brymstonian ducked and the invertebrate ended up hitting his own partner!!

Blackheart and Darkwater tagged in and out with a grinding attack for what seemed like an eternity! A matter of fact, too long because the arena became engulfed with "boring" chants until Mad Maxxus's music replaced the chant with cheers! A water truck drove by Electric Axe (with Totally Awesome on top of the vehicle) down to ringside! Once at ringside, Totally Awesome screamed that it was time to wash away this #$%^@& match and the big man drenched the ring with water from a high powered hose. The arena roared it's approval as all four in ring competitors were forced out of the ring one by one. The referee declared the match a draw due to interference. (**)

Honey sent Murtak the Merciless packing with an I DON'T CARE submission

Match Notes: Murtak opened the match up with a flurry of attacks but the Aniwoman gained the momentum after moving off the canvas during a failed moonsault attempt. The Honey Badger tore into the "Merciless One" with a Mellivora Mangler and executed the I DON'T CARE submission. Murtak quickly tapped and the arena started to chant "na-na-na..na-na-na..hey-hey-hey...good bye."

As Honey left ringside, Murtak threw a hissy fit that would make a three year old proud as the cage that contained Mass was lowered to the middle of the ring. As Mass stepped out of the confining cage, Murtak slapped him several times in the face and berated him for not being there for his now former teammate.

The arena roared as what looked like a miniature version of Mass climbed from beneath the ring and stood behind Murtak. The 'Conquerer' slapped Mass again before the big man pointed behind his former leader. Murtak turned around and looked down to see the miniature version of Mass and laughingly patted the individual on the head but was punched in the groin for his troubles!!

Mass pushed Murtak toward his smaller counterpart and the Drez native fell to the middle rope where the miniature Kroll performed a 619 (eerrrr, actually probably a 309 1/2 ) maneuver before Murtak rolled out of the ring. (*)

Sonny Rocket hosted his new interview segment- LOW ORBIT and announced that his first guest would be none other than his father, Johnny Rocket! Johnny stated that he was back and was looking for talent to guide them to great heights like he did with the likes of GWF legends Twin Blood, X-Termination, etc. Uranus's music blares over the speakers and the second generation star walked down to ringside.

Uranus said that he hated to break up the family reunion but would love for Johnny Rocket to be his manager. This infuriated Sonny as he pointed out that he is related to Johnny and therefore he should be the one that Johnny chooses. The two "superstars" began to get into a shoving match resembling a preschool slap fight and Johnny finally has enough and gets between them. He tells them both, "Fine...tell you what knuckleheads, on the next UPRIZING, the two of you face off in a no disqualification match and the winner will gain my services as an advisor. Deal?" Uranus and Sonny nod their heads, shake hands, and both cautiously leave the squared circle but won't leave ringside until the other leaves. Johnny simply shook his head and headed back to the locker room.

Plethador was victorious against Armour and Mayham in a Circinus Cell

Match Notes: Pretty brutal! The members of the now defunct Plantation fought tooth and nail against one another. The fans at ringside could almost feel the hatred simmering between these three individuals.

The Circinus cell was implemented a bunch as every participant felt the sting of the steel and all three were covered in crimson by match end. A matter of fact, a piece of Armour's ear remained behind on one of the chain links. (Gross) Plethador would dig deep and catch Mayham in a PLANTATION PLUNGE to end the bout but to be honest- none of the three Animen actually 'won' but merely seemed to survive this encounter. (****)

Captain Crossbones (FTR Champion) retained against Disciple of Terror in a Walk The Plank Match

Match Notes: The first ever 'Walk The Plank' match witnessed Captain Crossbones doing what he does best- defying the odds! The Brymstonian withstood a barrage of high powered moves to fight back and drop Disciple of Terror with a Plunder Kick! this stunned the Cygnusian long enough for the FTR champ to walk the plank and grab the black sail. As a result of Crossbones winning this match, Disciple of Terror cannot get another title shot until their is a new champion crowned. (**)
