Crockett: From planet to planet and around the galaxy, Welcome to the SGL. Hello everyone it's Dave Crockett the IV coming to you live from the famous Sagitta Forum. We are 1 week away from the biggest night in our company's short history as Sagitta's Solar Slam will be upon us. The owner came out last week and ran down the card and tonight we will hear from all involved. Plus, plenty of action is on tap. Lets get to the ring.

Jobbers vs. Spirit Alliance

Crockett: What a debut for this young tag team. You two kind of came together without a plan huh?

Moldavo: I think when the planets align themselves and destiny awaits, it is up to the strong minded to take advantage of opportunity. I guess I was led by the SPIRIT to find my way.

Crockett: Too Sexy has seemed to have it for you from the beginning and last weeks display was down right disrespectful. What are your thoughts moving forward.

Moldavo: In time, Too Sexy will pay for the disrespect they showed me in front of all these great people. But the short term goal right now is to continue to be successful as a tag team and take out the United Nations at the PPV. They stand in our way right now from reaching our ultimate goal of going after the tag titles.

Just then, Ozymov and Praveer Singh walk onto the set.

Praveer: Let me tells yous some ting Crockett Dave. Tis is da best tag team today. Ozymov and Praveer will show yous two who da best tis. Look at tis man before you. Look at tis body. Ozymov #1, Praveer #1, Russia #1, India #1, Spirit Alliance Huck Puey!

Crockett: We'll see at the PPV who will win. Back to the ring.

Crockett: Exciting victory for the high flying Titan Sampson Silver. You have a big match next week at Solar Slam against Benjamin Shroud's hired gun Antiseptic. This man is impressive.

Silver: Impressive indeed. He is very agile and a very good in ring technician. But I have the speed and agility that I feel will help catapult me to victory.

Crockett: We haven't had a real chance to get to know you Sampson. Your planet of Titan saw its share of destruction during the Galactic Wars at the hands of the CTA-102 Army. What does that sense of loss do for you as a wrestler.

Sampson: I am a highly trained member of the Titan royal guard, which is one of the most respected military forces in the known universe. It is hard for me to be away from my fellow members of the army as well as my family. But I have a dream and that is to wrestle and be the best I can be. At Solar Slam, I look to take out any and all frustrations on Antiseptic.

Crockett: The last run in you had with Antiseptic was when he took you out after you tried to collect on Harley Marlboro's bounty. What will be different this time?

Silver: I think that was my greed getting the best of me. This time will be different because it will be a sanctioned match. My quickness and agility will help me to prevail.

Marlboro: I heard the thug Benjamin Shroud out here last week talking about removing the bounty off his head even if I win. Well, that will not happen my friend. The bounty still stays in effect until someone collects. I will never stop until I am rid of you. You are a thug! You are a coward hiding behind an enforcer! You are not a man as skilled in the ring as me! You are a complainer! There is no corruption here Benjamin. There is only disrespect from you and the cause you stand for. The bounty lives on and in due time someone will collect. You'll see.

Noose: A lot of excitement in the SGL right now. Tag Team wrestling is beginning to take off. A lot of men forming alliances with one common goal in mind. The SGL Tag Team Championships. Well, you are looking at two men right now who ooze tradition. Who ooze power and destruction. Getting by Too Sexy will be no problem. Its getting by The Midnight Express that will be a test. Especially, with Mister Cornette in their corner. But that will not stop my brother and I from defeating you and getting those titles around our waste. You want a legacy, well you are looking at the original wrecking crew. Time to take out the trash. And it starts with Too Sexy and ends with the Midnight Express.

Ozymov vs. Torin Caelum
Torin Caelum defeated Ozymov with a CAELUM\'S GRIP at 6:43
Match Notes: KO Keller comes to the ring and enters through the ropes. He gets right into Caelum's face and the two are nose to nose. Caelum looks like he is getting fired up. Keller continues to smirk at him which infuriates Caelum even more. Keller then head butts Caelum knocking him on the canvas. Caelum's head begins to bleed. Keller turns around and walks out. He stands outside the ring and motions to his waste indicating the belt will be his. Security runs down and a few escort Keller to the back while the others enter the ring to assist the owner. Caelum stumbles to his feet and begins swinging his fists all over screaming KO's name. The show ends with a close up of Caelum face as he breaths heavily with blood pouring down his face.

Crockett: This is where the biggest and best come to wrestle.

Voice: They come here to settle the score.

Crockett's voice calling the action and snipets of Shroud and Marlboro are shown

Crockett: This is barbaric. Benjamin Shroud seems to not be afraid of a bounty placed on his head.

Voice: They come to do battle.

Interview with Harley Marlboro is shown

Marlboro: The bounty lives on and in due time someone will collect. You'll see.

Voice: They come to perform.

Snipits of the Midnight Express, Diablos, and Too Sexy matches are shown as Crockett's voice is heard

Crockett: This is tag team action at its best.

Voice: They come to win.

Crockett's voice is heard again as snipits from KO Keller and Torin Caelum are shown ending with Caelum's bleeding face

Crockett: Keller means business and holding onto the title may be a difficult task for Caelum.

Voice: They come for Sagitta's Solar Slam.

Heavy pyro explodes throughout the Sagitta Forum and the camera pans around the hyped crowd ending on Dave Crockett who is standing outside the ring.

Crockett: Welcome everyone to the SGL's first ever PPV, Sagitta's Solar Slam. I am your host Dave Crockett and I am primed and ready as rivalries come to a head tonight. Differences will be settled and matches will be won. Both titles will be on the line tonight. Plus some suprises on hand that will leave you mystified. So, sit back and enjoy tonights card. Lets get to it with our first match.

Antiseptic vs. Sampson Silver
Antiseptic defeated Sampson Silver with THE BLACK PLAGUE at 4:10
Match Notes: Silver did his best, but in the end Antiseptic was too much. Benjamin Shroud was at ringside for this one. As the match ended, The Grappler jumped the guard rail and tried to attack Shroud. Antiseptic jumped over the rope and landed on the Grappler. He began to punch him over and over until applying the Black Plague on him. Shroud and Antiseptic run to the back together.

Spirit Alliance vs. United Nations
Toro Moldavo defeated Praveer Singh with a MATA LEO at 4:59
Match Notes: The new team of Toro Moldavo and Spirit Dancer shock The United Nations with their victory. Praveer was looking around for anyone to believe that his tights were being pulled. The referee just shook his head no.

Chucko's music hits and the multi colored lights stream throughout the arena. The curtain opens and 4 huge men are carrying Chucho who is sitting on a king's chair. A woman is next to the chair fanning him with a long palm. Another woman is feeding him grapes. He waves to the crowd as the men carry him to the ring. They stop at the ring and Chucho gets up from the chair and makes his way into the ring. The two women hold open the ropes. Pyro blasts as he walks in the ring. He is grinning from ear to ear. He looks over at One Eye and says, "No problema." The bell sounds.

One Eye vs. Chucho Morales
Chucho Morales defeated One Eye with a Silver Slice at 6:12
Match Notes: Chucho is victorious. The two women again hold open the ropes and the three of them walk to the back waving to the crowd who boos him. Then, the lights go out in the arena. Heavy metal music pounds through the speakers and lightening flashes on the the jumbo tron as rain is pouring from the sky.

The jumbo tron suddenly blanks out and the lights are back on. In the center of the ring lays One Eye who is covered in dirt. The camera pans slowly to the ring and up to One Eye who lays there lifeless. The camera fades to black.

Cornette: Looks like you need a little more polish on the dome you call a head Crockett. Maybe you can sit on Benjamin Shroud's soap box and let him give you a good ol' shine. Now, I have said time and time that I will introduce myself and my men. I Mister Cornette and with me is the man who will finish this battle with Benjamin Shroud once and for all Handsome Harley Marlboro. Shroud, I got to tell you, you are one tough son of a gun. I'll admit I don't know if you are smart or stupid for getting in the ring with Harley Marlboro. Smart in a sense for putting yourself on a marquee with a living legend, or stupid for wanting to get beat by a living legend. But the fact of the matter is this. This fued has been boiling for months and finally tonight it will boil over. You ain't got a shot in hell beating this man tonight or any other night you hear me. This man will roll over you and earn his way to the title. And tonight, Benjamin Shroud, we have a little surprise for you. Someone will collect on this bounty right here that Harley is holding. Someone will be 25,000 credits richer after tonight. And there ain't a thing you or your goon can do about it. Come on Champ!

Crockett: Lets get to the ring.

Benjamin Shroud vs. Harley Marlboro
Harley Marlboro defeated Benjamin Shroud with a swinging neckbreaker at 15:48
Match Notes: Jim Cornette bashed Benjamin Shroud over the head with his racket knocking him out allowing Harley Marlboro to take advantage and get the pin. Cornette jumped into the ring, but Antiseptic chases him and Harley out. Cornette motions to the back for someone to come down. The curtain opens and out walks the Midnight Express. Sweet Stan and Beautiful Bobby are moving their fingertips together as if to say we are coming to collect the bounty. Cornette is laughing and grabs the briefcase full of credits. He opens the case and shows the Express that the credits are in there. Beautiful Bobby picks some up to make sure its real. Bobby knods his head to Stan and the two make their way to the ring. Antiseptic motions for the two men to bring it on. Both members jump onto the apron, but stay outside. Harley and Cornette jump up onto the ring with them, but too do not climb in the ring. Antiseptic helps Shroud get to his feet. The two are now egging the men to come in and collect. Shroud is irate and telling them to Bring It! Cornette holds open the case full of credits and shows it to Shroud and Antiseptic and sticks his thumb up. Shroud and Antiseptic both look confused. Then, Cornette takes his thumb and turns it down. Shroud looks around as if someone else might jump him from behind. As Shroud turns back to the 4 men, Antiseptic grabs him and nails the Black Plague on Shroud. Crockett is going crazy on the headset.

Crockett: What the hell is going on here? What is Antiseptic doing?

The 4 men walk into the ring. Antiseptic stands in the ring staring down at Shroud who he just laid out. Cornette taps Antiseptic on the shoulder. He turns around and Cornette hands him the briefcase. Antiseptic grabs it and holds it up in the air. All the men start hugging and Cornette is dancing around. Cornette screams.

Cornette: Antiseptic. Take out the trash!

Antiseptic pics Benjamin Shroud up and throws him over the top rope.

All 4 wrestlers with Cornette in the middle form a straight line across the ring. Then, all at the same time they put up 4 fingers symbolic of the legendary 20th century faction known as the 4 Horsemen.

Crockett: No, not that. You got to be kidding me! The resurrection of one of the greatest factions in pro wrestling lives on? I don't believe what I am seeing!

Torin Caelum defeated K.O. Keller with a Roll UP at 8:54
Match Notes: Caelum clearly looked as if he was going to get beat in this one. Keller controlled the match and was ready to apply his finisher. As he approached Caelum, Caleum rolled him up and pinned Keller while holding a hand full of tights. When the 3 count was made, Caelum quickly rolled out of the ring and grabbed his belt. Keller was shocked and was pleading with the ref that his tights were pulled. The ref left the ring and Keller stood up and glared down at Caelum who was holding the title up as he walked backwards to the back. Caelum was pointing at Keller and shaking his head no. Keller kicked the bottom rope then jumped through the ropes and began to chase Caelum. Caelum turned around and ran behind the curtain as the cameras faded to black.

The Cornette promos are dead on! I can hear his voice when I'm reading them.

Another great series of reads.

Torin struggling financially adds realism to the challenges an upstart promoter would face in the midst a newly sanctioned sport. TC reminds me a bit of a young Verne Gagne in that regard. Athletically, he has all the natural talent in the world. Yet he is facing the conundrum of trying to balance what is right for business, with what may be expedient for his own bottom line. Verne's decision to choose a focused direction for his company and remain tunnel visioned paid off for decades. It wasn't until radical technological changes and the birth of predatory competition that his system started to fall apart. Right now Torin's SGL is situated like the AWA circa '60...it is the only show in town. He is blessed with bright young prospects galore and fresh hungry markets, populated with fans looking for 'something new'. I think he'll do just fine in the immediate term. BTW... I never imagined TC with Flair mannerisms.

The birth of the Four Horsemen in the form of Harley Marlboro, Antiseptic and the Midnight Express should make for a very formidable stable. The man from Dargon fits the Arn Anderson 'Enforcer' mold well...but I don't think he has the long term group loyalty aspect in him.

It will be cool to watch young versions of Omega and Morpheus try to make their bones in SGL. Two future HOFers in their earliest of stages.

I wonder if anyone in SGL will ever 'sickle' Crockett the way Nikita did?

Thanks for the responses. LWPD- you are seeing right through me. Like I said, I am very influenced by the early years of wrestling and you are spot on about Gagne which is kind of where I got my inspiration. You are right about TC and the Flair mannerisms. I too never saw him in that light, but with the clone idea I almost had to go with him being influenced by legends of the past. Plus, I am building up KO Keller as a Lex Luger type so should make for a good feud. Antiseptic is indeed the enforcer, but stay tuned. There wasn't always just 4 Horsemen. You never know. Harley Marlboro is my favorite character right now. Cornette was one of my all time favorites which you can tell. Love him. Bring back managers you know. Love my vignette's with Igneous right now. Hope he will make a splash. Can't wait to bring in Morpheus and Omega. Really like what I did with that set up. I am in a groove and hopefully the writing bug doesn't stop. Senator Gobble: As most, if not all of you know, the privileged people of Davvros do not take kindly to such vulgarity and violence. Our people do not practice nor do we understand such boorishness. In fact, our fine government’s commitment to excellence has instilled in our citizens an overwhelming sense of security. For we are scholars and aristocrats-with not an enemy in the known galaxies. Targeting violent sports is simply not enough when public displays of violence still exist beyond what has been labeled sport. I've been witness to such atrocities! So I stand before you now, acting as the swing vote in the proposed Non-Violence Act VII. I represent the Davvronian way of life. This is why I vote YES on Act VII. Let it be known to all governing bodies throughout the star systems that any exhibition that could be interpreted as violence is now outlawed! Act as you must to enforce this law!

A knock at the door. Torin Caelum is sitting at his desk and swings his arm left to right to turn off the holovision. He was watching the debate from over 10 years ago as Senator Gobble tried to bring down the sport of wrestling and other contact sports. His lawyer walks through the door.

Lawyer: Am I interrupting anything? I thought I heard another voice in here.

Caelum: No, just me. What's up?

Lawyer: This came for you. Not quite sure as to what it is.

Caelum opens the yellow envelop and read the contents inside. His eyes widened. He then stopped and put the contents back inside.

Lawyer: Everything okay? You looked surprised by what you saw. What is it?

Caelum: Nothing. Nothing at all. Leave me please at once.

Lawyer: But I...

Caelum raises his voice.

Caelum: PLEASE!

The lawyer was taken back and startled, but then slowly walks out of the room shutting the door behind him.

Caelum swings his arm, this time right to left and the holovision appeared once again. He uses his right finger to scroll through various contents stopping at one in particular. He uses his pointer finger to open the contents.

Excerpt from CHAMPIONS OF THE GALAXY Part 1 of 3 BATTLE FOR CETUS

Wrestling was declared illegal and forced to disband, putting many wrestlers out of work and leaving families in a state of limbo for many years. 11 years later the regulations loosened a little and wrestling was revived. But no advertising was allowed and no permanent images created that could be reproduced or sold directly to consumers. It was hard to run a successful business.

Caelum knew that R.R.A.T.S had changed all that. He then scrolls contents again and stops at a feature that shows the introduction to the R.R.A.T.S show. Ratlick appears on the screen.

Excerpts from COTG: Genesis

Ratlick: Welcome to the M45 Theatre and welcome to Ratlick's Reality, Action and Thrills Spectacular! We come to you live, straight from the bosom of the Seven Sister's Cluster! After tonight's show, you'll see first hand that there is no violence here. It's pure entertainment. And the kids simply love us!

Caelum once again swings his arm from left to right and the holovision turns off. Caelum gets up and begins to circle the room. He stops and looks at a picture on the wall. The picture is of him and a very tall man with a black mustache and nasty teeth. He then walks back to his desk. He takes out a bottle from his top desk drawer and pours the liquid into a glass. He takes a swig from the glass. He then slams the glass hard onto the desk shattering it. He then looks at his hand and sees the blood beginning to run down his arm. He taps the intercom and his secretary answers.

Secretary: Yes Mr.Caelum?

Caelum: Send a transport to pick up Gryphon Sampson and bring him to me at once.

Secretary: Right away sir.

[glow=red,2,300]A Devastating Blow [/glow]
A few hours go by and we see Torin Caelum continuing to scroll through various contents on his holovision. Then, his secretary's voice is heard on the intercom.

Secretary: Gryphon Sampson to see you sir.

Caelum: Yes, send him in right away.

Caelum jumps up off his seat and runs into a bathroom adjacent from his office. He starts to scrub his hands as blood spurts into the white sink. He hears the knock at his door and tells Sampson to come in. He wraps a bandage around his hand then puts his hand in his pocket so it is not exposed.

Caelum: Sampson Silver. How sweet it is to see you my friend.

Sampson: Call me Gryphon buddy.

Caelum: Why ever would I call you that? I mean, I created the high flying Titan Sampson Silver. The man who is steadily making his way up the ranks to be a household name in the SGL.

Sampson puts his head down then sits in a chair in front of Caelum's desk.

Sampson: You know don't you?

Caelum: What ever do you mean friend?

Sampson: Cut the crap Torin, you know. I can tell. I have known you a long time and I can read you like a book.

Caelum grabs the yellow envelop and throws it onto the desk in the direction of Sampson. Gryphon opens the envelop and looks at its contents.

Sampson: I did not want you to find out this way.

Caelum: How could you? After all we've been through. You just needed to give me some time to build you up as a headliner. In time you could have been the biggest thing.

Sampson gets up and begins to get visibly upset.

Sampson: In time? In time? That is the problem Torin. In time and wait and see. I don't have time. I have bills and responsibilities and this is an opportunity of a lifetime. I am barely noticed here.

Caelum: But I gave you a spot last month to introduce your character to the galaxy. You got to tell your story.

Sampson: Yes, then you had me job at the PPV. How can anyone take me seriously now?

Caelum: That is just it Gryphon. They will in due time. Break you down, then build you up.

Sampson: I can't Torin. Look, what you are building here is great. But this other company is the mothership. This other company is the company everyone aspires to be a part of whether they admit it or not. The other company is number one in ratings, number one in marketing, number one in PPV buy rates. They are the single most successful company in the galaxy. You will never compete with them head to head. You have to accept that.

Caelum begins to get real.

Caelum: Ratlick will chew you up and spit you out Gryphon. You will no longer be a wrestler in R.R.A.T.S. You will be a circus act. I am sure he told you wonderful things. He is a very exciting man who is very convincing, but he is truly the devil in disguise. He will give you a cool gimmick, catchy theme music, colorful costumes, a grand entrance, and even pit you against the top draws in the company. But know this. With all the money he pumps into you, you better get over with the fans. If not, he will release you and no one will ever know you were gone because he will find the next big thing to replace you. That is what he does. It is all about the money. You sign his contract and he releases you, he has a no compete clause in it. You will not be able to compete for one whole year. Is that what you want? Stay here where you will be taken care of.

Sampson: I got to go Torin. I have to be selfish on this one. The money is too much to turn down right now. It is a chance I must take.

Sampson hands over his SGL contract. Caelum grabs it a looks it over.

Sampson: My lawyer tells me that there is nothing legally binding that holds me hostage to the SGL. We simply shake hands and part as friends.

Sampson holds out his hand for Caelum to shake. Caelum looks at him, then his hand, and shakes it. Sampson makes his way to the door, but stops and looks back at Caelum.

Sampson: There will be others you know that will follow. It's just a matter of time.

Sampson continues out the door and shuts it behind him. Caelum is visibly upset and crumbles up the contract. He throws it into the trash then sits at his desk. He pours another drink, but notices something in the corner of his eye. He picks it up then taps on the intercom. His secretary answers.

Secretary: Yes sir?

Caelum: I am changing my plans today. Cancel my appointments for the day and fetch me my transport. Tell the driver we have two stops to make.

Secretary: Yes sir. Where should I tell him to take you?

Caelum: To Aldebaran and then Cetus.

Crockett: The 4 men walk into the ring. Antiseptic stands in the ring staring down at Shroud who he just laid out. Cornette taps Antiseptic on the shoulder. He turns around and Cornette hands him the briefcase. Antiseptic grabs it and holds it up in the air. All the men start hugging and Cornette is dancing around. All 4 wrestlers with Cornette in the middle form a straight line across the ring. Then, all at the same time they put up 4 fingers symbolic of the legendary 20th century faction known as the 4 Horsemen.

Caelum clearly looks as if he was going to get beat in this one. Keller controlled the match and was ready to apply his finisher. As he approached Caelum, Caleum rolled him up and pinned Keller while holding a hand full of tights. When the 3 count wan made, Caelum quickly rolled out of the ring and grabbed his belt. Keller was shocked and was pleading with the ref that his tights were pulled. The ref left the ring and Keller stood up glaring down at Caelum who was holding the title up as we walked backwards to the back. Caelum was pointing at Keller and shaking his head no. Keller kicked the bottom rope then jumped through the ropes and began to chase Caelum. Caelum turned around and ran behind the curtain as the cameras faded to black.

Crockett: From planet to planet and around the galaxy, Welcome to the SGL. Hello everyone it's Dave Crockett the IV coming to you live from the famous Sagitta Forum. Unbelievable events from our first ever PPV that you all just witnessed at the top of our show. No titles changed hands, but there was controversy surrounding the World Championship as Torin Caelum continues to confuse all of us with his actions. What does Torin have to say about his decisions to save him from losing the title? And what about the 4 Horsemen? Has the faction been resurrected? Lets get to the action.

The lights in the arena go out. Lightening flashes in the arena and fog begins to rise by the entrance curtain. Dark figures begin to emerge from behind the curtain and walk out one by one(one behind the other) holding long black torches with fire on the ends. Three figures form a line on one side and three form a line directly across from them. All of them at the same time hold their torches up. Just then, heavy metal music pounds through the speakers and the jumbo tron flashes a message on the screen.

[glow=red,2,300]LOADED WITH CHARISMA AND EXCESS TALENT[/glow] (quick cut scene to a dark figure choking a creature screaming in pain)

[glow=red,2,300]THE DARKNESS WILL REVEAL ITSELF[/glow] (quick cut scene back to the rainy sky as the camera pans down to the back of a dark figure wearing a long black leather coat)

[glow=red,2,300]HE WILL RISE FROM THE DEAD TO SAVE THE SOULS OF THE FORGOTTEN[/glow] (quick cut scene to the back of the dark figure standing in front of a fire)

[glow=red,2,300]THE INTITIATION HAS BEGUN[/glow] (quick cut scene to the back of the dark figure with his left hand on top of the head of a kneeling One Eye and his right hand on top of the head of a kneeling Nameless)

[glow=red,2,300]IGNEOUS HAS ARRIVED!!![/glow] (quick cut scene to the back of the dark figure as the camera closes in on the back of his head. His head then slowly turns around revealing part of his face, then the jumbo tron suddenly blanks out)

The camera cuts back to the dark figures and out from the curtain walks The Nameless. He strolls down the aisle then stops in front of the ring. Then, out walks One Eye. He too strolls the aisle and stops at the ring and stands next to The Nameless. Then, they both make their way into the ring. They both kneel down in the center in the ring and look up to the rafters. The dark figures then make their way to the ring and surround the ring still holding the torches in the air. Then, a single white light shines directly in the center of the ring from the rafters. Slowly, a dark figure in a long black leather jacket with a dark hood over his head descends from the rafters and lands gently in the center of the ring. As he lands, the fire from all the torches go out leaving only the single light in the center of the ring shining on the dark figure. He stands there completely still. Both One Eye and The Nameless get up. The Nameless takes his left hand and grabs the top of the hood of the dark figure. Then, One Eye takes his right hand and grabs the top of the hood of the dark figure. At the same time, they pull the hood off exposing the man's face. He had short dark black hair and his eyes were pure white. His head swerved back and forth looking at the crowd. Then, he raised his arms slowly above his head and the lights turn on. The crowd is stunned by this impressive figure. Crockett can't contain himself.

Crockett: We have seen the vignettes of this man Igneous and here he is. What an impressive and mysterious man.

The dark figures who were holding the torches outside the ring make their way into the ring. The dark figures faces are exposed. They had large black painted circles around their eyes and black painted lips. They looked as scary as Igneous. Crockett identified them right away.

Crockett: The men that surround Igneous are known as Zealots. The zealots were from Aethra, but have ties to their sister rock planet, Ara.

Excerpt from COTG: Genesis (altered a bit to fit storyline)

The zealots were half-mad holy men who gazed at the stars and made bold predictions. Throughout the years, they have been ignored and disregarded by the higher ups of Aethran society. Their mostly ludicrous predictions were labeled fanatical and unrealistic. But Igneous was a firm believer in gaining any advantage he possibly could in his powerful position. After all, these loonies may be right one day.

One wild-eyed zealot told Igneous there was to be A NEW BEGINNING!

The lights suddenly go out. The tron flashes again and words flash on the tron.

The lights suddenly go back on and everyone that was in the ring were gone. The crowd was silent.

Crockett: What the hell is going on?


[glow=red,2,300]Who Is That Masked Man? [/glow]
As we come back from commercial, Dave Crockett introduces another newcomer to the SGL.

Crockett: Welcome back. We have an exciting new comer to introduce you all to and he goes by the name of the Aldebaran Enforcer. Come on out.

Just then, a large muscular man dressed in red and yellow tights and a red mask walks slowly to the announce table.

Crockett: Welcome to the SGL Enforcer. What brings you to the SGL?

The man behind the mask says nothing. He looks sluggish and begins to look around at a crowd who seems to be giggling at the sight of him. He then tries to continue to answer the question, but does not seem to be into his character. He is very mono-tone.

Enforcer: I am the here to electrify and show all these great people here that I am ready to take on all comers.

Crockett tries to hype him more, but seems to be confused by the masked man's demeanor.

Crockett: So, I hear you have an amazing finisher called The Electric Chair?

The masked man looks around, begins to walk away, but comes back.

Enforcer: I think you are mistaken Crockett. My finisher is called the Trip To Hades.

Crockett looks confused, but tries to continue on.

Crockett: So, who do you have your sights on here in the SGL? Maybe Praveer Singh? What about Ozymov?

The masked man looks down and shakes his head. He then takes a deep breath and looks at Crockett.

Enforcer: What about the World Champion himself, Torin Caelum.

The masked man leaves and makes his way to the ring to laughter from the crowd. Crockett seemed disgusted by his answer.

Aldebaran Enforcer vs. The Grappler
Enforcer defeated The Grappler with a TRIP TO HADES at 3:20
Match Notes: During the match, the Enforcer executed his finisher the Electric Chair, but the crowd did not seemed impressed. So, he took off his mask and exposed his face. The man had a tight black military style haircut and a trim beard and mustache. He threw the mask aside and picked the Grappler back up. He then delivered the Trip To Hades. The crowd went berserk and began to chant THAT WAS AWESOME! THAT WAS AWESOME! The former masked man jumped through the ropes and the crowd was trying to get to him to slap his hand. The man seemed to eat it up and began to shake the fans hands. He then leapt over the guard rail and into the crowd. The crowd was tugging on him and he was eating it up. He was laughing and finally made his way out of sight.

We come back from commercial and music begins to play. It starts with horses galloping and into a electric guitar riff. Out from behind the curtain walks Mister Cornette followed by (in order) Harley Marlboro, Sweet Stan, Beautiful Bobby, and Antiseptic. They are all wearing designer suits and are dressed to impress. They all walk into the ring and Cornette grabs a mic.

Cornette: Well, I know thoroughbreds when I see them and you will too. Ladies and germs I present to you the NEW 4 HORSEMEN of the SGL.

The 4 men all in unison make the symbolic gesture with their 4 fingers.

Cornette: You know they say when the good Lord speaks, then everybody listens. But when the 4 Horsemen are in town everybody runs for their lives.

Cornette begins to laugh and hands the mic to Sweet Stan as Bobby stands by.

Stan: You know something Mister Cornette. What so many people don't understand is that being one of the 4 Horsemen is not something you wake up every morning and put on like a leather jacket or a pair of space cowboy boots. Being a Horsemen is a state of mind. It's being proud of being part of an elite group. It's being proud of being a champion. And doing whatever you have to do to stay champion. That's what being a 4 Horsemen means.

Stan hands the mic to Harley Marlboro.

Marlboro: You see what you got here are 4 well developed men. 4 men who are, can and will be champions. 4 wealthy men. 4 men who know what life is all about. 4 distinguished gentlemen who will run the SGL thanks to the guidance and toot ledge of Mister Cornette. Torin Caelum, I am the new number one contender for the World Title. And in 2 months, I get my long awaited shot. Whether it is you or KO Keller, it does not matter. Feast your eyes on greatness. Feast your eyes on a legend of this sport. Feast your eyes on the soon to be World Champion. Feast your eyes on Harley Marlboro and the 4 Horsemen.

Marlboro hands the mic back to Cornette.

Cornette: It's no secret now as to what is causing all this. It is common knowledge now after what this man did to Benjamin Shroud at the PPV. I think is deserves the recognition right now on this galaxy produced show that Antiseptic is now and deservingly a member of this elite and dominant force known as the 4 Horsemen. He is no longer for sale to the highest bidder because you cannot get any higher than being a Horsemen. What do you got to say big man.

Cornette hands Antiseptic the mic.

Antiseptic: You know I have remained silent through all this adversity and turmoil. Standing behind Shroud was for one reason and one reason only and that was money and credits. But when you look at me, you need to keep the payments coming because I can turn on you like that. I play with only the highest bidder. My true allegiance is with no one. I think only of myself. But, when I look around at these men standing next to me I cannot help but to think that this is the pinnacle of my career right now. Aligning myself with this group will pay huge dividends. So take notice. The Horsemen ride once again.

[glow=red,2,300]Will the Real Sampson Silver Please Stand Up?[/glow]
Crockett: Exciting news fans as I bring in once again the flying Titan himself Sampson Silver.

The crowd cheers as Sampson Silver arrives at the announce table. As he appears, the crowd begins to chatter loudly to each other in a state of confusion. The man that comes out is dressed like Silver, but his skin is a little more olive color than people remember. He also looks like his hair grew much faster and longer since the PPV. He is wearing the goggles so it is hard to tell if it is the real Sampson Silver or not.

Crockett: You had a big match at Solar Slam against Antiseptic. but came up short. But that doesn't seem to have stopped you.

Silver: Not at all Dave. Antiseptic was very agile and hard to contain. I thought my speed and agility could earn me a victory. But it did not. Now, I must move on and work my way up the ladder once again.

The crowd is not buying that this is the real Sampson Silver. They begin to chant, WHO ARE YOU? WHO ARE YOU? WHO ARE YOU? Crockett tries to ignore it.

Crockett: We got a chance to get to know you Sampson Silver before the PPV. You said you were from the planet of Titan and saw its share of destruction during the Galactic Wars at the hands of the CTA-102 Army. Do you think you losing at the PPV had something to do with your mind being somewhere else.

Sampson: Like I have said to you before. I am proud of my home planet of Cetus.

Silver pauses and tries to correct himself.

Sampson: I am sorry. I am proud of my planet of Titius….No, that’s not it…Ughh…It is hard for me to be away from my sons. I mean....my family....Ughh....I have a dream and that is to wrestle and be the best I can be. And I...will...be....Ughh....here in the SGL.

Crockett ends the interview quickly as the crowd begins to chant YOU'RE NOT SILVER! YOU'RE NOT SILVER! Sampson Silver looks to say sorry to Crockett as he leaves and makes his way to the ring.

Crockett: Lets see Sampson Silver in the ring for our next bout. (Under his breath). Oh brother!

Rusty Brooks III vs. Sampson Silver
Silver defeated Rusty Brooks III with a TITAN DROPKICK at 5:43
Match Notes: This match was taken over by the array of boos and chants of WE WANT GRYPHON! The Sampson Silver in the ring seemed to be distracted missing his spots from time to time and messing up the flow of the match. In the end, he botched his finisher, but still got the pin. The crowd booed him all the way to the back.

[glow=red,2,300]Torin Caelum Interview [/glow]
Dave Crockett is in the locker room talking to the champion.

Crockett: I am standing here with Torin Caelum who retained the SGL World Championship at the PPV Sagitta Solar Slam by defeating KO Keller. Despite all odds and despite what some critics have said. Maybe Torin Caelum was pushed to the ultimate limit. But in the end, regardless of how he won, he is still the World Champion.

Caelum: Well, I have come to live by one motto and that is SURVIVAL. This is the greatest and toughest sport in the galaxy. This is the Sagitta Grasps League. There is nothing like it. And at the PPV, for 3 hours, people all over the galaxy saw the best competition they will ever see in any sport. And Torin Caelum once again. Call it luck, call it cheating, call it whatever you want. I am standing here the World's Champion. I never claimed to be a man who followed all the rules. Matter of fact, I admitted from the beginning that I have made mistakes I was not proud of. But you don't get to where I am right now without ticking a few people off. To be and stay on top, you have to win at all cost. Here I am. I'll tell you Crockett! I'll tell you Keller! Or anyone else who doesn't like it. (pointing at the World Title) To get this, you got to beat this (pointing to himself). So Keller, this message goes to you and all your adoring fans I heard during the match. You get one more shot at me and that is it. And wait for it Crockett. You want a ratings boost for this program well here it is. You and me for the World Title right here next week. What do you got to say about that Crockett?

Crockett: UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Next week right here, Torin Caelum vs. KO Keller for the World Title. Fans we are out of time. See you next week.

Some more great developments with the events and happenings in the Sagitta Grasps League.

I love the dark messianic approach you took to debuting Igneous. I never thought of him in that way, but his charismatic traits could definitely fit into conjuring him as a cult leader. Surrounded by mindless background zealots and armed with borderline psychos like One Eye and The Nameless, it reminds me a bit of Raven's Flock (which I always thought was a very underutilized faction). This could go in a lot of directions.

Could the Aldebaran Enforcer's reluctance to play his role signal future issues with the front office? Could the Sampson Silver impersonation possibly get any talent over? Torin needs to be wary of his tendency to force feed the fans & his talent ideas that work against their natural inclinations. At best it fosters quiet resentments, at worst it may meet with explosive backlash across the board. It's cool to see you take up the challenge of exploring that dimension of the business. It builds a great deal of depth into your Fed's emerging history.

On a closing note, I was absolutely shocked to read Bobby Eaton cut such a comprehensible promo. I've watched Beautiful Bobby for years, and long ago came to the conclusion that he was only capable of mumbling!
