I do like Rogers and Gotch, both, stat wise.
I think Sandman has a pretty weak offense, but he has a pretty good defense.
But how about Chris Candido (who isn't suppposed to be a jobber (aka Koko, SD, South, etc). High PIN, not a great finisher.

Best Frank Gotch Worst Savage T........however if you mean by stats in doesn't feel like it's right for the wrestler..Ray Stevens.
Candido's odd for me...he probably shouldn't be half as succesful for me as he is.

Worst- SD Jones Best- Jimmy Snuka I had these two as a tag team, and they won the tag belts in my first fed. Obviously it was snuka getting the pin. But SD Jones has put up a good fight in matches for me although has had very few wins. One against Nick Bockwinkel, not with the head butt finisher but after a level 3 move. Best: Mil Mascaras - has been main champion in several feds for me. Worst: Rick Rude - In one fed he was great, the latest fed I had him in he couldn't win to save his life, and was pinned by cousin luke. I then hooked him up with a nice win or retire story line, he is now retired. Maybe he's not the worst but he most inconsistent. I am not sure what I am going to get when I add him to a roster.

Statistically Mil Mascaras has the best card in the game. The closest thing to a weakness the card has is 2 downs on his level 3 defense and only having an above average power rating. But other than that. His charts ratings are 3 As and a B. He has two finishers and a great offense in general. His DQ is low and his cage rating is about average.
The worst is obviously George South. He's the only wrestler that lacks a finisher. So he doesn't have that ability to steal wins by a quick finisher.
