** GWF Galactic Superstars ** Luna Auditorium – Earth’s Moon Card #7 / Apr 2087
Open up to the inside of the Luna Auditorium on Earth’s Moon where Torin Caelum and KO Keller are in their customary places to welcome GWF fans to Galactic Superstars. There’s a big main event for this edition of Galactic Superstars, as Star Warrior and Commander Sam will pair off against Thantos and Comrade Terror in a preview of SUPERBASH. There is an update on Omega’s condition, and after the brutal attack on the last Galactic Superstars. Omega will be out of action until June. Best wishes are sent out to Omega and his family.
Massif/Renegade vs. Marcel De Sade/Death Knight. Death Knight and Renegade started the match just as they did the week before. Only this time Death Knight got the upper hand, then quickly tagged out to De Sade who took over and almost put Renegade away after a Hangman’s Clothesline. But a mistimed jump off the top ended De Sade’s dominance, and Renegade tagged out to Massif who was hungry to get some shots in on De Sade. Massif surprised De Sade, and hit him with a VOLCANIC DROP, getting the quick pinfall at 5:06 to even the score with De Sade to 1-1!
Time for Spotlight with WrestleBot D. D covers the upcoming megacard – SUPERBASH VII. On the card Thantos will put both the Galactic Heavyweight and Interstellar titles on the line against Star Warrior in what is being termed a dream match. Commander Sam will try to pay back Comrade Terror for his violent attack on Omega in one on one action. Pulsar will face Genghis Khan in a rematch from the last Galactic Superstars. Massif will go into the ring against Marcel De Sade to settle the score. The Greek Gods will get their long awaited rematch with Exo-King and Killer Queen. And in a special added attraction, Lord Nexus will meet the Death Knight. That and much more is all to come at GWF SUPERBASH VII!
Actagon vs. Killer Queen. Exo-King took a seat with Torin Caelum and KO Keller to do commentary for his partner’s match with Actagon. King talked about how biased the officiating of the GWF is, which was the only reason the Greek Gods weren’t embarrassed in their last encounter. He says that Queen will show how much he outclasses any Greek God in their match tonight and show everyone what’s in store for them at SUPERBASH. Killer Queen did very well for himself in the opening minutes, hooking Actagon in his powerful CHECKMATE… but Actagon somehow managed to power out of it and went back on offense. The match went outside where Actagon shoved Killer Queen head first into the ring post and the referee did nothing, drawing further protest from Exo-King about the biased nature of GWF officials. Queen took over again and hooked Actagon in the CHECKMATE twice more, but with all his power he was unable to make the Greek God submit. Finally Actagon powered out, fought back viciously, and put Killer Queen in the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP! The referee raised and dropped the Queen’s hand three times… Actagon wins the match at 12:37!
Flashback to a week ago where Pulsar was set to face off against Beast-Rider in one on one action, where Beast-Rider had promised Pulsar a fair match to amend the wrongs done by Natural Man. What Pulsar got instead was the return of Genghis Khan, and Beast-Rider was attacked so that he could make his debut against the young Titan! This week Beast-Rider was looking for some revenge on Genghis Khan before Pulsar got his chance.
Beast-Rider vs. Genghis Khan. In a surprising turn, Natural Man stepped out to stand at ringside, though no one was quite sure why he was there. Khan started off strong against Beast-Rider, nailing him with his feared TWIN THRUST early in the bout… but Beast-Rider got a foot on the ropes, then gathered the strength to make a comeback. Genghis Khan was clearly not expecting the offense of Beast-Rider. When it seemed that Khan was going to go down, Natural Man grabbed Beast-Rider by the ankle to knock him down. Beast-Rider then grabbed his former pupil by the hair, pulled him up on the apron, and punched him out! The crowd popped as Beast-Rider hit Genghis Khan with the BULLDOG RIDE and pinned him for the stunnning three count at 10:53!
Khan and Natural Man seemed to be going toward the ring to go at Beast-Rider again, but Pulsar hit the ring and stood with Beast-Rider to fend them off!
Flashback to last Galactic Superstars when Comrade Terror showed his allegiance by following Thantos’ orders to give Omega a devastating ATOMIC WARHEAD! The move put Omega out of wrestling until June and put Comrade Terror in the ring with Commander Sam at SUPERBASH! But tonight, the four men would meet in the ring with nothing but bad blood between them!
Star Warrior/Commander Sam vs. Thantos/Comrade Terror. Commander Sam didn’t’ seem to know what to do with Terror, so he tagged out to Star Warrior who dropped the mercenary on his back! Commander Sam then took over and really went all out on Terror! The match spilled out to the floor with Terror and Sam brawling back and forth. Meanwhile in the ring Star Warrior and Thantos faced off as the crowd went berserk! And even though the referee lost control and had to disqualify Sam for using the ring post against Terror’s head, it hardly mattered as the Federation Defense Fighters were getting the better of Thantos and his sidekick!
The Evil Ones hit the ring to help Thantos, and the Greek Gods joined the fray to fight them off! Genghis Khan and Natural Man came out to give the advantage to Thantos’ team, but Lord Nexus, Pulsar, and Beast-Rider evened out the odds! Then Massif hit the ring followed by Marcel De Sade! It was mayhem, and SUPERBASH was next!
End.

** GWF SUPERBASH VII ** Dione Saturndome - Saturn Card #8 / Apr 2087 Open up to the spectacular Dione Saturndome beneath the rings of Saturn where history is about to be made as Thantos will defend the Galactic Heavyweight and Interstellar Heavyweight belts against his former partner, Star Warrior! On hand is Torin Caelum, K.O. Keller, and WrestleBot D for the call of the action! Lord Nexus vs. Death Knight. The crowd really popped when Lord Nexus, the hero of Titan, came down to the ring to meet the awkward, almost clunky Death Knight. Death Knight showed his level of sportsmanship by attacking Nexus before the bell, trying to get that upper hand immediately and setting a tone for the rest of the night. Nexus quickly fought back and showed that his superior agility and speed made him too much for Death Knight to deal with. After a flying dropkick off the turnbuckle, Lord Nexus brought the match to a conclusion with a TITAN DROP and covered the Evil One for a pinfall at just 4:52. Flashback to the big tag team match on Galactic Superstars between the Evil Ones and the Greek Gods which went almost twenty minutes but ended with Exo-King getting himself disqualified. Fast forward to Actagon defeating Killer Queen on the last Galactic Superstars. Having been embarrassed early in their arrival to the GWF, Exo-King and Killer Queen were out to take the Greek Gods to task. Greek Gods vs. Exo-King & Killer Queen. Killer Queen and Proteus started the match with neither man taking a clear advantage, so Queen tagged out to Exo-King. Everyone wondered who would prove the most powerful between he and Proteus. Already in the early moments of the match Exo-King was taking a lot of liberties with the rules, but seemed to ignore the referee who admonished him. Actagon seemed to have more luck against the giant than Pulsar, and managed to hook him in the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP…but King reached the ropes. King tagged out to Killer Queen who did a number on Actagon, but Actagon finally got his act together and really took the punishment to Queen! Finally tagging out to the fresh Proteus, who nearly pinned Queen after a Proteus Smash. But when Exo-King pushed down the top rope, Proteus was whipped into it and crashed to the outside of the ring. While the ref reprimanded him again, Queen bodyslammed Proteus on the concrete! The ref had had enough, and ordered for the bell… awarding the DQ win to the Greek Gods at 13:26! Exo-King argued with the referee again about his biased officiating, but if there was any doubt that the referee wasn’t tolerant enough of the King in their last meeting, they made it very clear this time that they had no respect for the rules of the match. The Greek Gods hands were raised in victory once again in a war that was still not over between the two teams. Massif vs. Marcel De Sade. It was the rubber match between the two men who had traded victories against one another, now bringing them to this one conclusion. Massif missed the call to come down to the ring, and when he finally did… he looked like he’d been beaten up! Caelum and Keller speculated on what had happened, but it was very clear that someone had done a number on Massif! De Sade attacked him before he could get all the way in the ring, and the match was all De Sade. Even so, his HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE could not put Massif away for good. After several illegal tactics, De Sade put the finishing touches on Massif with a Hangman’s Clothesline and pinned him at 6:33. Flashback to the match that was supposed to take place between Beast-Rider and Pulsar on Galactic Superstars, which ended up being Pulsar against Genghis Khan. On the next Galactic Superstars, Beast-Rider faced Genghis Khan for revenge. His victory was bitter sweet, as it came at the cost of being betrayed by Natural Man! Now Natural Man had done the unthinkable… joined forces with Genghis Khan to take on Pulsar and his old mentor! Pulsar & Beast-Rider vs. Genghis Khan & Natural Man. Early on Natural Man hit Beast-Rider with an undetected foreign object and nearly got the fall. Khan took a turn beating on Beast-Rider, then tagged back out to Natural Man to finish the job. But this was their mistake, as Beast-Rider fought back and took over on offense, then tagged out to Pulsar! Pulsar really did a number on Natural Man, getting the crowd behind him and almost dropping him for the fall on three occasions. But Natural Man was not without skills of his own, and just when it seemed that victory was in Pulsar’s grasp, Natural Man used a sunset flip to gain a stunning pinfall over Pulsar and win the match for his team at 9:20! Flashback to Galactic Superstars where Thantos defeated Omega with ease, then the mercenary Comrade Terror planted Omega with the ATOMIC WARHEAD! Star Warrior and Commander Sam came to the rescue, but it was too late! Then Sam and Star Warrior met Thantos and Terror in tag team action, which turned to an all out brawl! Now at SuperBash VII, Sam would have a chance to avenge his best friend. Commander Sam vs. Comrade Terror. There was some apprehension in the air as the sort-fused veteran, Sam, went face to face with the unknown… the creature who put Omega on the injured list only a few months into the new life of the GWF. Sam took a page out of the villains playbook and attacked Terror before the opening bell! It seemed to give him the edge he needed, as Sam dominated the newcomer for the opening minutes of the match, making him look very poor by comparison! Comrade Terror fought back, but Commander Sam’s experience gave him the edge that brought him back to the superior position again and again until finally after working the alien down, Sam nailed him with SAM’S ATOMIC DROP and covered him for the pinfall at 10:27. Sam didn’t get much time to celebrate before he was blindsided by a man in an executioner’s mask! The man’s movements were very familiar, and when he nailed Sam with the HEADSMAN’S GUILLOTINE… there was no doubt, it was Marcel De Sade! Comrade Terror got up and joined in on the attack until finally Massif and the Greek Gods hit the ring to drive the enemy away! But the damage had been done, and Commander Sam had to be helped to the back by his allies. Flashback to the very beginnings of the relationship between Thantos and Star Warrior, beginning with a young Cosmos and the rookie son of Omega in the GameMasters tag team. Later the attack on Cosmos by the Gang of Three, and the seperation between he and Star Warrior in which he renamed himself Thantos. Their battles in the early 80’s were incredible, but nothing like their battle would be in the main event as Thantos would defend the GWF’s singles titles against Star Warrior, who the hopes of the entire federation rested on. Thantos [c] vs. Star Warrior. Galactic Heavyweight & Interstellar Heavyweight title match. The crowd exploded as Star Warrior entered the ring for vengeance, and to take away the two greatest trophies in the GWF. Star Warrior seemed rather lethargic after an early burst of offense, and Thantos nearly pinned him twice with two picture perfect cross body presses off the top turnbuckle. But Thantos went to the well once too often, and Star Warrior lifted a knee which put the Evil GameMaster in a world of hurt! Star Warrior fought back with the fans showing their support with chants of “Warrior! Warrior!” But winning back the federation was not in the cards today for the son of Omega, as Thantos was simply better and hit Star Warrior with a shoulder breaker before covering him for the three count at 9:22. The match was over, but not for Thantos who would not settle for a victory… wouldn’t even settle for putting Omega and Sam on the shelf. He had to put Star Warrior on it as well, and with both titles in his hands, he ran and bashed Star Warrior in the head with them! The favorite son of the GWF fell, a bloody mess! Kneeling over Star Warrior, he proceeded to smash him over the head with the titles again and again! Referees filled the ring, and then so did Massif, the Greek Gods, Beast-Rider, Renegade, and the Titans to stop the violence! Thantos cleared the area, but it was too late! End.

GWF GALACTIC S U P E R S T A R S Deimos Intergalactic Arena / May 2087 / Card #9 Still photos from SUPERBASH VII opened up the program as Torin Caelum voiced over the results, including the injuries that both Commander Sam and Star Warrior suffered at the hands of Thantos and his mercenaries. With Thantos still in control of the Galactic and Interstellar titles, and most of the Federation Defense Fighters out of commission, there was no telling what would happen on Galactic Superstars. Thantos stepped through the curtain with both titles over his shoulders; followed by Exo-King, Killer Queen, Death Knight, and Comrade Terror. The five men walked town the aisle to torrential jeers and postured in the middle of the ring as Thantos stepped to the forefront with an AUT. Thantos: “Like pillars of uncompromiseable stone they stood, and as walls at a demolition site, they fell. And you are looking right at the demolition balls. <boos> I am Thantos, the Galactic Heavyweight and Interstellar Heavyweight champion! This means that I control the two most prestigious singles titles in the world. Neither Omega or his son Star Warrior could take them from me, so I ask… who will?” Thantos stopped for a moment and held the AUT out toward the crowd as if to see if anyone would take him up on his challenge. But other than jeers, there was no response of any kind toward his open challenge. Then he changed the subject completely. Thantos: “So if you haven’t heard, Omega will be out of action for the next month. Commander Sam until the month after that. Star Warrior… even longer. That leaves the Federation Defense Fighters a failed institution, and in shambles. And as of today, the supreme force in the GWF stands before you. So to everyone backstage, let me draw this line. You are either with us or you’re against us. If you’re with us, you better make your position very clear before you find yourself on the wrong side of the line.” At that, Marcel De Sade walked out with Natural Man not far behind him. Any thoughts that these two men were going to fight Thantos’ faction were clearly swept aside when they both entered the ring and stood with the other men. The crowd really made their opinion known on this, especially on Natural Man who not three months ago was a dependable member of Beast-Rider’s Savage Kingdom. Thantos: “Ah, De Sade… Natural Man … I have to be honest, we WERE expecting you. Or rather, the King was. As a show of allegiance, bow down to the king…” De Sade was a little more hesitant than Natural Man who dropped to one knee immediately, but both men kneeled before him in the end, and the Exo-King smiled smugly as Thantos offered him the AUT. Exo-King: “Marcel De… oh bother, can’t we just call him the Executioner and be done with it?” Killer Queen: “Just look at this Natural Man’s outfit. Absolutely grotesque! Completely inadequate for such a lean physique.” Thantos: “It’s my understanding that you both had a match against one another tonight. Of course that will be impossible given that you are now a part of the same happy family. Perhaps I could instead encourage you to form a partnership to prove your worth to us. Allow me to find a couple of…” Voice: OPPONENTS? Everyone stood and looked toward the locker room entrance, as Massif and Beast-Rider stood at the entrance way. Massif had an AUT, and both he and Beast-Rider had very intense looks on their faces. Massif had lost his match to De Sade at SuperBash, and Beast-Rider was betrayed by Natural Man. Massif: “You think the Federation Defense Fighters are out of commission? Fellas, there’s more Federation Defense Fighters than you can handle standing right here in front of you! <cheers> Thantos, if you want to put your men in a nice initiation match, here we stand right in front of you. And Marcel… Executioner… whatever you want to call yourself, I recommend you prepare yourself for a beating twice as bad as the one you gave me behind the curtain before our match at SuperBash! <crowd pop> Thantos: “So be it. But tonight let’s add one stipulation… every match is a Titan Death Match!” As Thantos and his men went back to the locker room, Torin Caelum and K.O. Keller talked about the magnitude of the defections of Marcel De Sade and Natural Man to Thantos’ faction of villains, and the fact that tonight would not be for the faint of heart, hearkening back to the bloody early days of the GWF when wrestlers such as Screw, Blood, Jammer, Ricken Prince, and K.O. Keller himself were the stars. Tonight could be every bit as violent! Pulsar vs. Genghis Khan. Titan Death Match. At first Khan could do no right, and it seemed as if Pulsar definitely brought his A-Game to take some revenge on Genghis Khan for his crimes against fellow Titans. For a while the superior speed and agility of Pulsar won out, but it wasn’t long before the strength and experience of Khan came into play, and Pulsar found himself with the short end of the stick. The impetuous youth found himself in the clutches of the Khan Nerve Pinch, and was forced to tap out at 7:26. Time for SPOTLIGHT with Wrestlebot D. On this edition of Spotlight, WrestleBot D recapped SuperBash VII and the injuries of Commander Sam and Star Warrior which caused a swing in power to the camp of Thantos. With most of the Federation Defense Fighters on the shelf, it was anyone’s guess as to what was in store for the GWF. And what of Cosmic Clash in June? It was definitely an odd and uncertain time for the GWF. Greek Gods vs. Exo-King & Killer Queen. Titan Death Match. Their two previous meetings had ended in disqualifications for the King and Queen, both times in which they claimed they would have beaten the Gods had not the referee been biased against them. Now there could be no excuses, as the rules would be thrown out for this Titan Death Match. At first it seemed that the Gods would have an easy time getting the last laugh, as they isolated the Exo-King and kept him away from his partner with rapid tags to keep the fresh man in. They then did the same to Actagon, isolating him and wearing him down over several minutes. Unlike past times where they relied on rulebreaking to get the advantage, King and Queen showed that they actually had the ability to compete with the Gods. And though it was a Titan Death Match, it was a CHECKMATE which caused Proteus to tap out, giving another win to the villains at 19:13. After the match the audience was stunned by the reappearance of the Gladiators of Aethra! Brute, Massacre, and Wolf charged toward the ring. Brute and Wolf then entered and began to viciously attack Exo-King and Killer Queen! Everyone was stunned, but Massacre shouted “No! No! Stop!” and showed them that they were attacking the wrong side! So together the three men began to assault the Greek Gods! When they were done, all four men were laid out in the ring as if they’d be trampled in a stampede! And the crowd roared with a loud mixed reaction as the Gladiators had returned to the GWF! Massacre took an AUT and took his cigar out of his mouth long enough to say, “That’s 2-0 for Aethra!” Renegade vs. Comrade Terror. Titan Death Match. The least anticipated match on the card turned out to be the biggest crowd pleaser, as these two athletes put on two of the most gutsy performances to be seen in a long time. The tide swung back and forth… SPINECRACKER vs. ATOMIC WARHEAD and neither one could put the other away. Renegade was wild and unruly in his offense… Terror was cold and calculating in his. In the end Terror had the better gameplan, and waited for Renegade to make a mistake so that he could hit his move… a tremendous ATOMIC WARHEAD which knocked Renegade out long enough for Terror to get the pinfall at 14:55. With the main event just around the corner, a pre-recorded interview with Massif was aired. Massif: “Yeah, I’ve heard the voices of the critics saying that the Federation Defense Fighters have fallen. But history will tell you that the FDF may sometimes go down, but they never go out. There’s always another day to fight the fight, and the Federation Defense Fighters will have their day. On that day, I will be there to lead the charge. And tonight, as the last standing member of the FDF currently, I will lead the charge against Thantos and his villains.” Massif & Beast-Rider vs. Executioner & Natural Man. Titan Death Match. Massif was certainly shocked when he alone came out to represent his team against De Sade and the Natural Man. But after he persuaded the referee to give Beast-Rider a few more seconds, sure enough the leader of the Savage Kingdom came stumbling out of the locker room, obviously a victim of an assault much like Massif was before his match at SuperBash! Before the bell could start, Beast-Rider attacked Natural Man and De Sade! The ref started the match and ruled Beast-Rider the legal man, a decision which doomed their chances of victory as Beast-Rider was in no shape to fight the match. But he didn’t care, and in the end his blind fury was his undoing as Natural Man nailed him with an atomic drop and rolled him up for a pin at 3:27. Massif immediately hit the ring to clear Natural Man out, but Marcel De Sade then hit the ring and almost decapitated the sole surviving FDF member with his HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE! It was a night of dominance for Thantos’ men, and one could only wonder what was in store for the next Galactic Superstars! End.

GWF GALACTIC S U P E R S T A R S Deimos Intergalactic Arena / May 2087 / Card #10 Open up to the return of the GWF to the Deimos Intergalactic Arena where Torin Caelum and K.O. Keller were hyping up an incredible card including the in-ring debut of the Gladiators against Paladin Power, Renegade taking on Natural Man, and a giant six-man tag team match in the main event! And the biggest news of all was that tonight Omega, the Godfather of the GWF, would be returning in some fashion to address Thantos and his band of renegades! The crowd broke into a fit of boo’s as Exo-King, Killer Queen, and Death Knight made their way down to the ring. Exo-King was handed an AUT. Exo-King: “Here I’ve brought my Death Knight to the ring with armor polished into a shiney sheen. But what was I to hear behind the curtain but that Beast-Rider’s presence was most uncertain?” Killer Queen: “So peasants, we regret to inform you that without the presence of a challenger… there is no challenge, and on this night, Death Knight will have to take his win by forfeit.” At that, the crowd begain to roar as Wolf of the Gladiators of Aethra walked down to the ring and stepped inside. There were many cheers as he pointed at Death Knight, indicating that he was willing to take Beast-Rider’s place. Killer Queen: “No, I don’t think you understand… you see, we are on the SAME SIDE. I know you creatures from Aethra are not the brightest, but this is one concept you must learn to understand if we are to co-exist. Oh rubbish, King can you explain?” Exo-King: “Did you not learn the last time we met, that we are not your enemies yet? Yes, we agreed to let that one pass, so why not learn from your mistakes of the past?” Wolf stepped up and grabbed the AUT out of Exo-King’s hand, then looked the three Evil Ones over carefully, his nose twitching as he sniffed the air. Wolf: “I can smell your fear, and it stinks. <cheers> I came to fight, not to be bored by poetry. I don’t really care WHO I fight either, so if you’re not out of this ring by the time I blink – I’ll take on all three of you!” The crowd cheered as Wolf stared intently at the three members of Thantos’ Evil Ones. It was not completely clear to anyone what Wolf was all about, as the Gladiators were believed to have been brought in as part of Thantos’ army. But there in the center of the ring he stood, threatening members of his own team! Finally Exo-King and Killer Queen decided to let the match go on under protest, and stepped out to leave Death Knight and Wolf by themselves. Wolf vs. Death Knight. Wolf’s agility gave him an easy advantage over the bumbling Death Knight, who seemed to be about to lose his balance sometimes just by walking across the ring. The match spilled outside where Wolf had his way with the Knight. Although King and Queen were outside, they did nothing to interfere – obviously fearing that getting in Wolf’s way would further complicate the relationship with the Gladiators, who Thantos obviously felt were of great worth. Once inside the ring, Wolf hooked his SAVAGE FACE CLAW on Death Knight who quickly tapped out with hardly any offense at 5:25. Time for SPOTLIGHT with WrestleBot D. This edition of Spotlight focused on the rise of Thantos’ faction of villains culminating on the last Galactic Superstars with the re-debuts of the awesome Gladiators of Aethra. The Gladiators made their debut by attacking the Evil Ones, members of their own team! There was speculation as to whether the Gladiators did not understand that they were part of Thantos’ men, or if they just didn’t care! In any case, Brute, Massacre, and Wolf were sure to stir things up a lot in the GWF now that they were present! Massacre and Brute stood in the ring as Paladin Power’s introductions were made, but everyone was confused when Moonstrike and Solar Flare just didn’t come out of the locker room. Finally Massacre took the AUT. Massacre: “Seems the GWF is filled with quick learners! So much for the greatness of Paladin Power! They get to face the Gladiators in their debut – guess I can’t blame them for not showing up! Typical Titans!” The ring announcer said that if Paladin Power did not come to the ring within thirty seconds that the match would be ruled a forfeit and the win would be given to the Gladiators of Aethra! Twenty seconds passed before the two Titans came out – but not Paladin Power – no, it was Lord Nexus and Pulsar! The crowd applauded as they entered the ring and told the referee to call for the bell! The Gladiators grinned, they didn’t care who their opponents were. Lord Nexus & Pulsar vs. The Gladiators. The crowd really blew the roof off the place as Nexus got the best of Massacre at first, but through the tags and combined efforts of the Gladiators, Lord Nexus was brought into their control. Lord Nexus was heated about something, whether it was the no-show of Paladin Power or the insult of all Titan from Massacre. But he didn’t think straight in the match, beginning with his failure to tag out to Pulsar. The Gladiators took full advantage, and Massacre finished Nexus off with a DECAPITATOR at 6:27 to get the pinfall. The Gladiators made no move to put their opponents out of action as their team mates under Thantos’ employment seemed to have adopted as standard practice. They were satisfied to kick Nexus out of the ring and posture themselves as dominant and unbeatable. Flashback to April where Natural Man made his allegience concrete by betraying Beast-Rider to help out Genghis Khan. The betrayal sent shockwaves through the Savage Kingdom which culminated at SuperBash when Natural Man met Beast-Rider head to head in the ring for the first time, then again at the last Galactic Superstars where Natural Man pinned Beast-Rider in a tag team match. Now it was the other Space-Croppers turn. Renegade vs. Natural Man. Renegade hit the ring with savage intensity and immediately started pounding on Natural Man before the bell rang! Of course the crowd was right behind him. Much as the mistake Lord Nexus made, Renegade was much too reckless in this match. Although that seemed to be working for him through most of the match, it eventually caught up to him and Natural Man came back on offense. The end came when Natural Man hit his devastating new finisher called the PULVERIZER from the top turnbuckle, and pinned Renegade for the three count at 7:17. A backstage pre-recorded interview was aired with Massif and the Greek Gods standing by: Massif: “The time has come for the talking and the posturing to be ended. Talk about putting out the Federation Defense Fighters all you want to, Thantos. But open your eyes and see that three of the elite of the GWF are still standing in front of you. Here we are, a living barricade joined to stop you from making the GWF your very own little playground. Surround yourself with your friends and your mercenaries, because tonight you’re going to need them.” A backstage pre-recorded interview was aired with Thantos alongside his chief mercenary Comrade Terror, and his new recruit Marcel De Sade: Thantos: “So they’re still not waving the white flag? I never expected it, because these are the sort of men who’ll fight long past the time that the cause is lost and even forgotten. These are the sort of men who are dangerous because they don’t recognize progress when it comes along. They hang on to the old ways and become antiques of a world that no longer exists. The future is here – it’s right now. Make your stand if you must, but know that you’ll fall beside the others.” Massif/Greek Gods vs. Thantos/Executioner/Comrade Terror. Marcel De Sade was introduced as the Executioner. The crowd was really pumped for this one, and the appearance by Omega had yet to take place as advertised. Actagon and Proteus showed Comrade Terror what being a tag team was all about, tagging in and out to keep him overwhelmed. Terror finally found his opportunity to stop Actagon long enough that he could tag out to the Executioner. Then after Actagon was overwhelmed, he finally got the tag out to Massif, and the crowd really came alive for another face-off between Massif and the Executioner. The fight swung back and forth with Executioner finally hitting him with his dreaded HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE! It looked like it was all over, but Massif kicked out! Executioner tagged out to Thantos who took over on offense. But Thantos got ahead of himself and tried for a knee drop off the top turnbuckle… and missed! Massif rebounded by nailing the Evil GameMaster with a VOLCANIC DROP, but Thantos kicked out! The two captains of the teams were the worst for wear now. Massif made the tag to Actagon, who got stopped with a Satanic Skull Smasher from Thantos! But it wasn’t enough to put him down for three, and Thantos made the tag back out to Executioner. Actagon tagged out to Proteus who almost put Executioner away after a Proteus Smash! Proteus then tagged to Massif who hit Executioner with his VOLCANIC DROP, but for the second time of the night it was not enough to put the other team down! So Massif hit another VOLCANIC DROP, and it was a sure thing that Executioner was out! But Comrade Terror ran in to make the save, which brought in the Greek Gods and Thantos! A wild brawl erupted in the ring with Terror finally grabbing the ref and throwing him out of the ring! The referee called for the bell, and the match was awarded to the Greek Gods and Massif by DQ at 21:17! The crowd cheered as Massif and the Greek Gods held the ring, and Thantos and his mercenaries were left outside to pick up the pieces! It was the first time since SuperBash over a month ago that Omega’s side had enjoyed any sort of decided victory. And then the crowd’s cheers got even louder as Omega’s visage appeared on the big screen over the locker room exit. Omega: “Well, Thantos … it appears that the situation is under control for the moment, and even in my absence there are men who will protect all of the things I built even when I’m gone. But I’ve never been the type of man that could sit back and watch other men do my work for me. I am on the mend even now, but the date of my return is not far off. In fact it’s pretty well etched in stone, and you can be sure until then I won’t do anything to risk that. Why? Because next month at Cosmic Clash II right here on Deimos, I will be challenging you for the Galactic Heavyweight and the Interstellar Heavyweight titles in the main event! <huge crowd pop> I know, you’ve beaten me before. But that was just the wake-up call that I needed. The old days may have been forgotten, but they were never truly lost. It seems that every step forward that we take will have to be fought for. And as Morpheus can tell you, that’s never been a fight that I’ve cowered from. Because in my chest beats the heart of a warrior, and warriors never surrender!” Thantos just looked on, stunned as Massif and the Greek Gods celebrated in the ring. At Cosmic Clash II, Thantos will defend his belts against 5-time Galactic Champion, Omega of Cetus! End.

Just as a note, I'm kind of shifting formats and styles for writing out my card results just to experiment with how I enjoy doing it best. That's why the format keeps changing and will continue to change in the next several cards.

GWF GALACTIC SUPERSTARS Live from Deimos Intergalactic Arena – Deimos, Mars June 2087 / Card #11
OPENING: WD: “Welcome to GWF Galactic Superstars – I’m WrestleBot D and with me is K.O. Keller! It’s a special two-hour edition of Galactic Superstars leading up to Cosmic Clash II, right here in Deimos in two weeks.” KK: “A two-hour special, a new format and more action than you’ve ever seen before. Even though I’m not going to be in the ring tonight, I’ve got to tell you I’m pretty excited.” WD: “Let’s get the evening kicked off with singles action between the ever popular Pulsar, and a new face in the GWF!”
MATCH #1: Pulsar vs. Mutant. Everyone was taken aback at the appearance of Mutant, who they found out definitely resembled his name. The newcomer lurched methodically down the aisle, a rather pathetic looking figure. Pulsar was not really sure how to proceed with Mutant, who ended the stand-off with an illegal choke hold that the referee could not get him to break! Mutant’s entire offense seemed incredibly sluggish and primitive. He threw Pulsar out of the ring and followed him out where he began to choke him down again until the referee counted both men out and called for the bell at 3:26.
POST-MATCH: Mutant wouldn’t lay off of Pulsar even though the bell had sounded, bringing everyone to wonder if he truly understood the rules of wrestling at all! Finally Pulsar found an opening and went on offense, nailing Mutant with a dropkick that caused the odd newcomer to stagger back! But before Pulsar could hit him with another, Genghis Khan hit the ring and attacked Pulsar from behind! Then the two began to beat down Pulsar together! It seemed that they were in league! Finally Lord Nexus ran down to the ring, which sent Genghis Khan scrambling to the outside. Nexus had to hit Mutant with a TITAN DROP to stop his attack!
BACKSTAGE: Torin Caelum, the new GWF backstage interviewer, had caught up with Natural Man to get some words with him prior to his match. Natural Man noticeably had a new hairstyle and purple cloak and gloves, making him look distinctly different than in years past where he fought alongside the Space-Croppers. Also, he was in the presence of Killer Queen and the Evil Ones!
TC: “Natural Man, we’re only moments away from your match…”
Queen: “Correction, if you will. He is not Natural Man. He is Vanity. Yes, I’ve had my people give this man exactly what he needs to be a success of epic proportions in the GWF. A new hairstyle – a new look. Something that a plain man like yourself could never understand.”
TC: “Well, how is new hair going to make him – “
Vanity: “Oh, Torin Caelum. You understand so little. Let me shed a bit of light upon this situation for you. I have been clearly held back by those farmers from Neptune for how many years now? Teaming up with that slobbering Renegade, being trained by that brainless twit, that beast tamer. But this is me now – in fact, it’s been me all along. And now in the prime of my life, in the height of my youth – I am finally me!”
TC: <sighs> “Back to you D, and Keller.”
MATCH #2: Massif vs. Vanity. Vanity was clearly a new man, although it was not difficult to see him taking steps toward this new beginning for months. Having shed the Savage Kingdom, he would now have to see if he could stand on his own. And standing on his own would not be easy against the awesome Massif. Vanity was nothing next to the power of Massif, who seemed to be toying with the ex-Space-Cropper through much of the match. Vanity did get a few shots in, but it was nothing that really staggered Massif who stopped him from using a foreign object and then nailed the new villain with a Massif Power Slam. A vicious headbutt later and Vanity was down for the count. Massif put his foot on Vanity’s chest and got an easy pinfall at 5:39.
POST-MATCH: Massif wasn’t ready to quit just because the match was over. He obviously felt that Thantos’ team had too much of an edge by their willingness to break bones. So Massif lifted Vanity up and hit him with a VOLCANIC DROP! If Vanity was not beaten before, he was definitely unconscious now! So Massif left Vanity broken in the ring as the crowd cheered him on.
RINGSIDE: WD: “Quite a showing for the awesome Massif. We have medics coming to the ring to escort Vanity out of here. And although I don’t condone the actions of anyone who associates themselves with Thantos or the Evil Ones, you never want to see anyone get hurt – not permanently hurt in this profession.” KK: “Speak for yourself.” WD: “Coming up at Cosmic Clash II, there will be a tournament to decide the Galactic Tag Team Champions. Eight teams will be involved. Six spots have been claimed, which leaves two more teams to enter. Tonight we have a match-up with the two top seeds in the tournament.”
MATCH #3: Space-Croppers vs. The Gladiators. Renegade and Brute started the match, and there it ended as well. Renegade’s power was nothing compared to Brute’s, and the big Gladiator had no problem demonstrating that. Renegade eventually knocked Brute off his feet and hooked him in the SPINECRACKER, but Brute broke out of it and rolled to the outside. There the match got brutal. When Renegade should have tagged, instead he launched himself over the top and brought Brute crashing to the canvass with him! The referee called for the bell when Renegade hit Brute with a chair from ringside! The match lasted only 3 minutes and 45 seconds.
BACKSTAGE: Torin Caelum was reporting again, and had just caught up to Thantos who seemed to be getting very frustrated with Wolf of the Gladiators.
Thantos: “Why are you doing this? You set up a match with Killer Queen tonight? How can I explain the word ‘team’ in a way that will make sense to you? I brought you back into the GWF for a specific purpose, and you’re picking fights with my team!”
Wolf: “I don’t like Killer Queen, and I don’t like you. What are you gonna do about it?”
Thantos: “Don’t make me do something that you’re not going to like, Wolf. I’ve had it with you, and if I have to put Comrade Terror on you to teach you the meaning of teamwork, don’t think I won’t do it. <pause> In fact, that’s exactly what I’m going to do. At Cosmic Clash there’s an opening for another tag team – you and Terror neither one have partners, so I’m putting you together.”
Wolf: “If it gets me a match at Cosmic Clash, I’ll go along with it. But don’t ever think you can teach me anything that I don’t want to learn.”
At that, Wolf walked away leaving Thantos quite beside himself.
MATCH #4: Lord Nexus vs. Genghis Khan. Genghis Khan used underhanded tactics to try to get the upper hand on the hero from Titan, but Lord Nexus came out pretty much on fire after having to save Pulsar from the clutches of Khan and Mutant. Although Khan did pretty well in the opening moments, Nexus made a big comeback and finished Khan off with a big TITAN DROP at 9:20.
POST-MATCH: Much like Massif did earlier, the normally squeeky clean hero of Titan continued to work over Khan after the bell. But Nexus was not prepared for Mutant to strike! The newcomer put his knuckles in the sides of Nexus’ head just beneath his ears and ground away. Then Pulsar made an appearance and dropkicked both Mutant and Genghis Khan out of the ring! The Titans stood alone as the crowd cheered!
SPECIAL INTERVIEW: At the home of Omega on Cetus, Torin Caelum sat down with the former five-time GWF Galactic Champion for an interview.
TC: “Omega, you’re going into perhaps the biggest match of your career at Cosmic Clash II where you are hoping to regain the Galactic and Interstellar titles for the GWF. But is there more at stake here? Do you have even more on the line than Thantos?”
Omega: “Well naturally my health is on the line, and we all know what happened the last time Thantos and I faced off. It didn’t’ turn out too well for me. But at Cosmic Clash I think I have even more than that on the line. I look at it as my last chance – my final opportunity to make my stand and be on the top of the mountain one more time. And it’s not about titles, Torin. It’s about me wanting to be able to do my own fighting instead of having it done for me. It’s about taking matters into my own hands and showing men like Thantos that he can’t walk over me. That’s what’s on the line.”
TC: “How are you feeling? You’re obviously not as young as the last time you held the Galactic Title. Do you really believe in your heart that you have what it takes to beat Thantos?”
Omega: “Well every fighter believes he has one last great match. I believe in my heart that I can. Mentally I am still strong. My heart is still as strong as ever. But I’ll be realistic – my body isn’t what it used to be. It’s taken a lot of punishment, and I know that facing Thantos at Cosmic Clash will be the ultimate test.”
TC: “Well you know I’m in your corner, and I wish you all the luck in the world.”
Omega: “Thank you.”
MATCH #5: Wolf vs. Killer Queen. Remembering how Wolf dominated Death Knight on the last Galactic Superstars, the fans were definitely cheering him to give the same treatment to Killer Queen who didn’t seem too eager to get in the ring with the Aethran. Queen got the jump on Wolf and used his skill and finesse in the ring to keep the Aethran off balance. Queen hooked Wolf in the CHECKMATE not once, not twice, but three times! But every time Wolf escaped and came back, eventually hooking Queen in the SAVAGE FACE CLAW… but Queen reached the ropes to get it broken. Still the damage had been done and Killer Queen never made another comeback, his bid for victory ending when Wolf hit him with a Wolf Skullcrusher followed by a neckbreaker and got the three count win at 13:22.
BACKSTAGE: Torin Caelum had caught up with Lord Nexus and Pulsar who were both looking tired after a very violent night for them.
TC: “Gentlemen, you’ve both been assaulted tonight by this new combination. What’s going through your minds?”
Nexus: “When Genghis Khan returned to the GWF, we thought he was acting independently – thought he was coming to finish what he started. That’s fine. A Titan can give as good as he gets. But now bring this Mutant in the picture, there’s more here than meets the eye.”
Pulsar: “He just grabbed onto my neck and started squeezing. There was no wrestling involved at all. This wasn’t a contest – it was an attempt to cripple me, put me out of action. No doubt about it.”
Nexus: “I have many enemies, but this has the smell of my former GWF rival. Krakan – I know that you’re out there. I know you want to finish the war. You’ve sent Montrol, you’ve sent Khan, and now this mind-sick abomination. How deep in the barrel will you scrape for men you can use against us? When you can work up the courage, we’ll be here Krakan. If you want to end this war, come and end it. I’ll be here.”
MATCH #6: Greek Gods vs. Comrade Terror & Executioner. Executioner bested Actagon in the opening minutes, but the Greek God came back with a flurry of offense and planted Executioner with a reverse piledriver. Then he hooked on the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP, but Executioner reached the ropes. Actagon tagged out to Proteus who continued to take the beating to Executioner. After Comrade Terror tripped Proteus coming off the ropes, the match spilled outside where all four men began brawling as the crowd roared approval. Proteus then lifted Executioner and rammed him back first into the ring post! The referee had had enough and called for the bell at 7:05. But when everyone thought it would be ruled a double DQ, the ref surprised everyone by disqualifying the Greek Gods!
RINGSIDE: WD: “A controversial decision from the referee to be sure as Proteus has been disqualified for smashing Executioner into the ring post!” KK: “If the referee had eyes he would have seen Comrade Terror interfering in the match long before that took place. This is a miscarriage of justice if I ever saw one.” WD: “We have a stand-off here that will none-the-less result in a loss for the Greek Gods. Ladies and gentlemen and androgynous species, Cosmic Clash is coming up next! Just announced, the last two teams in the tournament will be the combinations of Genghis Khan and Mutant… and get this, Wolf and Comrade Terror!” KK: “How are those two going to get along? I don’t think Wolf can co-exist with anyone except maybe the Gladiators.” WD: “That brings us to eight teams… Gladiators, Exo-King & Killer Queen, Greek Gods, Genghis Khan & Mutant, Vanity & Death Knight, Space-Croppers, Lord Nexus & Pulsar, and Wolf & Comrade Terror!” KK: “That’s going to be an event to see!” WD: “Also a new match added… a Cosmic Cage match where Executioner and Massif will settle their feud!” KK: “The Cosmic Cage is the most dangerous match in the GWF!” WD: “And the Galactic and Interstellar titles will be on the line as Thantos defends against the returning Omega! Fans, come be with us at Cosmic Clash. For K.O. Keller and Torin Caelum, I’m WrestleBot D saying farewell!”

GWF Cosmic CLASH II Live from Deimos Intergalactic Arena – Deimos, Mars June 2087 / Card #12 OPENING: The highly awaited event is preluded by clips of Omega in his prime holding the Galactic Heavyweight title, clips of him training young Thantos for the ring when he was just a youngster. Clips of Omega and Thantos fighting side by side before he was permanently scarred by Polarity. Clips of Omega and Thantos going head to head for the title, marked by Omega’s domination during his prime and Thantos’ domination as he came into his own. Tonight would be the decider. Tonight at Cosmic Clash II! RINGSIDE: WD: “Good evening wrestling fans, I’m WrestleBot D along with K.O. Keller. What a spectacular night this is going to be, as we have Omega stepping back into the ring with Thantos with both of the GWF’s singles titles on the line. Also a rivalry will be settled tonight in a Cosmic Cage as Massif and Executioner step into the cell together. And let’s not forget the tournament to crown the Galactic Tag Team champions!” KK: “The first champions to be crowned since the GameMasters beat the Estorians back in 2083!” WD: “We’ve got so much action in store, let’s get to the ring and kick it off!” MATCH #1: Galactic Tag Team Title Tournament – Round 1 Exo-King & Killer Queen vs. Lord Nexus & Pulsar. Pulsar wanted to start the match, but Lord Nexus was unsure of whether he wanted the youngster to start against the massive Exo-King. Finally, Lord Nexus stepped out of the ring, his trust in the young rookie winning out over his protective side. Pulsar tried his best, but the Exo-King was too powerful and quickly overwhelmed the young Titan. After nearly pinning him in the opening minutes, Lord Nexus had to come in to save Pulsar from quick defeat. It seemed that the men from Titan were badly at risk of being embarrassed early on in the tournament! Exo-King was sure he had the youth beaten and tagged out to Killer Queen to finish the job. And Killer Queen almost did, but left an opening for Pulsar to bound back and knock Queen off his feet. He then made the much needed tag out to Lord Nexus! Nexus nearly finished Queen off with a quick sunset flip. Nexus used the TITAN DROP instead! And when Exo-King came in for the save, he was met with a dropkick from Pulsar! The referee counted three times, and the team of the Titans prevailed at 5:34! MATCH #2: Galactic Tag Team Title Tournament – Round 1 Greek Gods vs. Genghis Khan & Mutant. Proteus nearly got a quick pin on Mutant after he ran head first into the turnbuckles. Actagon then nearly finished off the job with a flying cross body drop off the top rope! Even a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP didn’t quite do the job. Proteus came back in and nailed Mutant with a Grecian Power Drop, then went for the pin! Genghis Khan realized that his partner was taking a severe beating and ran in to make the save, but Actagon was there to intercept! A three count later, and the Greek Gods were on their way to the semi-finals of the tournament at 5:17. MATCH #3: Galactic Tag Team Title Tournament – Round 1 Space-Croppers vs. Vanity & Death Knight. Beast-Rider was back from injury and really wanted Vanity in the ring, but the former Space-Cropper made Death Knight start the match to escape Beast-Rider’s fury. Beast-Rider’s rage got the better of him and for once Death Knight was in command. At that point Vanity was in a hurry to get in the ring and lay a beating on the downed Beast-Rider. Vanity hit Beast-Rider with a piledriver, then wasted time gloating which gave Beast-Rider a chance to tag out to Renegade! The other Space-Cropper went wild on Vanity and made him pay for his betrayal, eventually nailing him with a Cropper Slam and making the cover to give the Space-Croppers a win and a pass to the semi-finals at 5:26! MATCH #4: Galactic Tag Team Title Tournament – Round 1 The Gladiators vs. Comrade Terror & Wolf. What Thantos intended as a cruel joke on Wolf turned out to be a very awkward situation for Comrade Terror, as he was the only man in the ring against three Aethrans! Still, oddly enough Wolf insisted on starting the match against Massacre, and the two Gladiators started fighting with no hesitation whatsoever! Wolf really dominated Massacre in the early minutes, which came as a surprise to everyone. After Massacre seemed beaten down to the point of no return, Wolf tagged out to Comrade Terror and said to “finish him!” Terror went all out on offense and brought Massacre crashing down on his head with an ATOMIC WARHEAD! But it was not enough to finish the big gladiator off! When the match went outside, Massacre turned the tables and knocked Terror’s head into the ring post! He then re-entered and tagged in to the awesome Brute! Brute brutalized the powerful mercenary, who may have been the most powerful individual in the GWF besides himself. It seemed as if Terror was going down fast. When he finally got a break to tag out to Wolf, Wolf grabbed Terror in the SAVAGE FACE CLAW! The fans went nuts as Brute crushed Terror with the DECAPITATOR and covered him to get the win at 9:38! POST-MATCH: The Gladiators and Wolf celebrated in the ring together as they tossed Comrade Terror to the outside! Were they a part of Thantos’ team or not? It hardly seemed so at this point, but if anything was certain it was that the Gladiators were unpredictable! MATCH #5: Galactic Tag Team Title Tournament – Semi-Finals Lord Nexus & Pulsar vs. Greek Gods. Lord Nexus and Actagon shook hands prior to the match, indicating a level respect between the two teams that they did not share for their first round opponents. The first minute of the match was devastating to both men, as Nexus hit Actagon with a TITAN DROP, then a knee drop from the top. But a second attempt at a top rope knee drop resulted in Actagon moving out of the way and tagging out to Proteus. Proteus went for the kill and hit Lord Nexus with an OVERHEAD TOSS, but it was still not enough to put the Titan down. But a second one did the trick, and Proteus covered Lord Nexus for the win and a trip to the finals. Just like that the Greek Gods managed to pull out an impressive second round victory at 4:45 and show their quality as a tag team. MATCH #6: Galactic Tag Team Title Tournament – Semi-Finals Space-Croppers vs. The Gladiators. After a pair of big first round wins over the teams of Vanity & Death Knight and Comrade Terror & Wolf, these two teams were ready to give it all for a shot at the finals and the GWF Tag Team titles. Renegade battered Brute in the opening moments, who found a way to tag out to Massacre, who in turn got the upper hand on Renegade and nearly pinned him after a running clothesline. Renegade went to make a tag, but on his way he was nailed by Massacre’s DECAPITATOR and pinned for a three count at just 4:20. BACKSTAGE: Torin Caelum was standing by to go through the tournament brackets one by one and show each team’s path to the finals, culminating with the Greek Gods and the Gladiators. One of those teams would walk out tonight with the Galactic Tag Team championship belts. PROMO: A video package highlighting the building rivalry between Massif and Marcel De Sade, or the Executioner as he prefers to call himself now. From their first match back in January to their run-in at the first Cosmic Clash, to the furthering of the feud at SuperBash VII… now the Cosmic Cage was prepared for their rivalry to reach its violent conclusion at Cosmic Clash II. MATCH #7: Cosmic Cage Match Massif vs. The Executioner. The Executioner came out for the very first time in a hood that completely covered his head. The commentators speculated that it was to prevent his injury from his head being slammed into the cage. Massif definitely put that to the test, coming out on top in the initial slugfest and smashing the Executioner’s head into the cage! He then hit him with a powerful VOLCANIC DROP, but as usual the powerful Executioner could not be put down so easily. Executioner fought back with a foreign object that he pulled from one boot, and although bleeding Massif put a shoulder up to avoid pinfall. It seemed that this match was not destined to go very long, as Executioner crushed Massif with his devastating HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE! But Massif was not finished, and kicked out of the fall to the shock of the capacity crowd in the Deimos Intergalactic Arena! Massif tried to fight back, but Executioner hit him with the foreign object again… then rammed him head first into the cage! Massif was a bleeding mess, and the concerned referee asked him if he wanted him to stop the match, but before any kind of response could be received, Executioner nailed him again with the HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE and took the pinfall victory at 8:13. RINGSIDE: WD: “Alright, truly a devastating loss for Massif here tonight. The man’s heart is as big as his body, but Executioner came prepared tonight.” KK: “Well that loss is going to be very demoralizing. I remember when I was young and starting out – and I had to learn the hard way that you don’t go up against a man like Executioner unprepared. Massif thought that the cage would make him safer with no outside interference, but the fact that there were no rules just made Executioner that much more dangerous. He came up short tonight, and that’ll just have to be one he rolls with.” WD: “Coming up is the finals of the Galactic Tag Title tournament. We’re going to have new champions after this.” MATCH #8: Galactic Tag Team Tournament – Final Greek Gods vs. The Gladiators. Actagon began the match against Brute. He tried to roll Brute up and get the quick pin with a backward leg-sweep, then hooked him in the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP, but Brute was too powerful to go down that easily. Actagon tagged out to Proteus who nailed Brute with the OVERHEAD TOSS! It looked like that the Greek Gods would get a quick dominating victory as they did over the Titans, but Brute kicked out yet again! The powerful Proteus continued to fire away, but the more he did the stronger Brute seemed to get, until finally it was Brute pounding away on Proteus. He tagged in Massacre, who continued the assault on Proteus until he managed to tag out to Actagon. The fight continued until finally it spilled outside. A brawl ensued with Massacre coming out on top. He rolled Actagon into the ring to finish off the top, but got caught with a backward leg-sweep and then a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP! The referee raised and dropped Massacre’s arm three times… the Greek Gods had defeated the invincible Gladiators at 12:28! POST-MATCH: The Gladiators both rolled to the outside as Actagon and Proteus celebrated with the titles, the first Galactic Tag Team champions since the GameMasters! Lord Nexus, Pulsar, the Space-Croppers, and even Torin Caelum came down to the ring to celebrate the title victory. The win was double sweet in that the titles were held out of the hands of Thantos’ faction of villains. RINGSIDE: WD: “A huge win for the Greek Gods and dare I say, for the GWF here tonight.” KK: “Definitely. Thantos can’t say now that he controls all the titles in the GWF. Possibly in a few minutes, he might control none.” WD: “It’s definitely an iconic moment here in the GWF. Omega returns to the ring here tonight. It could be his greatest night or his absolute worst.” KK: “Said very astutely. Omega has got as much or more on the line than Thantos here tonight. He’s a man who has always fought his own battles, and in the end always come out the winner. Will Thantos be the one to end that here tonight?” WD: “As we look into the crowd you can see Star Warrior and Commander Sam. They watched their friend Massif lose here tonight to the Executioner. They’re hoping, as are we, that this was not a bad omen for Omega.” MATCH #9: Galactic Heavyweight & Interstellar Heavyweight Title Match Thantos [c] vs. Omega. The crowd really exploded for Omega, and as the two men faced off the chants for him were almost deafening. Thantos played it very cool. Omega was clearly in the best physical condition of his life. But the question remained if he still had enough gas to keep up with the angry Thantos. The bell rang and Thantos took a shot at Omega… blocked! Omega fired back with forearm smashes and hooked Thantos in a chicken wing. The champion had to escape through the ropes and to the outside as chants for his opponent rang louder and louder! Thantos re-entered and got the upper hand, and darkness seemed to be falling as he knocked Omega off his feet with a devastating Satanic Skull Smasher! Omega tried to stand, but Thantos was quick to pour on the punishment. Omega fought back but Thantos overwhelmed him with a pair of full powerslams and a double knee lift. Omega was going down. Then Thantos took his time going to the top turnbuckle. Took his time, and Omega got to his feet. The crowd held their breath, hoping Omega would pull out some offense. Thantos leaped – and crashed on top of Omega with a picture perfect cross body press, hooking the leg and getting the three count to retain the titles and end Omega’s bid to reclaim them for the GWF! The time of the match was 6:13. POST-MATCH: Comrade Terror hit the ring and delivered an ATOMIC WARHEAD to Omega, the same move that put him out of action the last time! Meanwhile Star Warrior and Commander Sam fought to get through the crowd so that they could come to Omega’s aid! Then the Gladiators, Brute and Massacre, came down to the ring still bitter about their defeat. Some thought that they were coming to Omega’s aid, but then Brute just nailed him with a DECAPITATOR! Then Massacre crunched him with a MASSACRE SLAM! Security restrained Star Warrior and Commander Sam! And Thantos taunted them from the ring with his titles. A devastating night for the Federation Defense Fighters! END.

I guess we are running fairly parrallel in our '87 feds, like you pointed out in mine. For me it's an online reimagining of the stuff I was doing with the cards and dice format back in '87-'88. Originally I took the names of the WWF shows of the time (Superstars and Challenge) and used them for my weekly shows. Back then I also stole the names of the PPVs (or versions of them): I had Galaxymania, Solar Slam, Ruler of the Ring (which I used before the actual King of the Ring PPV, but based on the formerly non-televised tournament the WWF held), and Elimination Series. Now that I'm an adult, I decided to be a little more original, but I kept some of the names for old times sake!
Excellent stuff how you transitioned from the early Classics with guys like Natural Man and Marcel De Sade transforming into their more familiar roles. It adds a nice touch of continuity and gives things a cool flow and pace.

Thanks.
I pretty much do the same thing. I take some of the ppv names from WWF/NWA of the 1980's and put a twist on them to make them original and at the same time give it an oldschool type feel. In 2087 I'm outright using the names 'Royal Rumble' and 'Survivor Series' as subtitles for a few of my Cosmic Clash supercards, but I didn't enjoy playing out those matches so much and will probably do away with them post-87.
I think it's a nice challenge to make things transition smoothly with gimmick changes and introducing new wrestlers to the fed. It's cool for those who just like to bring all their updates in at the first card of the new year, but it's more fun for me to use my imagination to bring it all to pass logically over time.
