I go back and forth between three different points as I try to fill out my fed's history, which is nice because if I get bored or stale in one spot I can just switch for awhile. I doubt I'll have the discipline to update everything here, but from time to time I'll post memorable card results from any of those points. I just had a classic PPV that gave me the motivation to post this.
Any thoughts or storyline suggestions are welcome
Aethrean Eclipse- Aethrean War Dome (55,000)- April 25th 2122
NOTE: All matches on Aethrea are No Disqualification except on outside interference.
--Dark Matches--
Overtime beat Rush and Malkuth pinned Tricks
--Opening Match: Strafe vs Shan Ra--
Strafe disappointed her hometown fans in the biggest match of her life, getting trounced by Shan Ra in fairly short order.
--**--Interview Segment--**--
Galaxian Champion Monolith gave his first interview since becoming champion at First Blood in February (he's still undefeated in the GWF). He buried his opponent for the night, Swarm, and when asked about his goals he said he aimed to be undefeated Galaxian Champion for 10 years and then retire.
--Interstellar Championship: Kill Prey (c) vs Payback--
Kill prey missed the services of Shan Ra, who was absent from ringside after having just wrestled, and dealt with the interference of Mother Superior on multiple occasions. Eventually, Payback took control of the match and hit a few high risk moves before getting the 1,2,3. Very good, back and forth match. Payback is the new Interstellar Champion.
--Nosefera vs Retribution--
Retribution had to jump through quite a few hoops to get this match, but finally met Nosefera in the ring for the first time here. He jumped out to an early advantage, but Nosefera's experience plus the outside interference of Omen proved to be too much as Nosefera got the pin. After the match he brutally attacked Retribution with a chair before Reckless made the save. Nosefera grabbed a mic on his way back to the locker room and warned Reckless to stay out of his business.
--MAIN EVENT I--Galaxian Title Match-- Monolith (c) vs Swarm--
In the first half of the night's double main event, Galaxian Champion Monolith made short work of Swarm, pinning him in under 3 minutes. The Aethrean crowd sat in silence, their culture's highest display of respect.
--Valour and American Guy vs Anivar and U.S. Male--
Solid tag match from start to finish saw Valour and American Guy squeak out with a narrow victory.
--Hardcore Titan Death Match: Wolf vs Sly Drury--
The Aethrean crowd gave Wolf's return to their planet arguably the biggest pop of the night, but the match belonged to Sly Drury. After withstanding Wolf's early barrage, the big man and former Galaxian Champ turned the tide and silenced the crowd with a clean pin right in the middle of the ring.
--Galaxian Tag Team Championship: The Troubleshooters (c) vs Rage and Paralyze--
The crowd was particularly anxious as the champs controlled the early goings, but a wild melle left Muss bloodied halfway through and the Gladiators never looked back. They overcame Vidtek's interference and pinned Muss after nearly 30 minutes to win their first GWF Tag Team Championship. Spike came to ringside and presented the gold to the new champions himself in a historic moment.
---MAIN EVENT II-- Circinus Cell Match: Disaster vs Havoc---
Disaster and Havoc brawled violently from the onset of this classic. Havoc took control but eventually the two climbed to the top of the cage, with Disaster powerbombing the defector through the top of the cage for the loudest pop of the night. He nailed RAMPAGE afterwards for an easy 1-2-3.
after the match, Disaster (already bloodied) grabbed a mic and called out Monolith. When there was no response, Disaster called him a coward, saying he wasn't really the dominant champion he claimed to be if he wouldn't defend the title against a "real" challenger. Incensed, Monolith stormed the ring and and an impromptu match was underway!
--SPECIAL MAIN EVENT: Circinus Cell Match for the GWF Galaxian Title: Monolith (c) vs Disaster--
Despite still being busted open, Disaster jumped all over the champion to start this match, and dominated most of it. They climbed BACK on top of the cage, and the challenger AGAIN powerbombs his opponent through the ring, but after a pin attempt he only gets a 2 count! Disaster gave the signal for RAMPAGE, but Havoc ran back to ringside and leveled Disaster with a chair! Monolith recovered and nailed THE END OF ALL THINGS for the victory, but left the arena with his aura of invincibility severely weakened.
The Aethrean crowd gave Disaster a standing ovation for his courage and chanted "rematch! rematch! rematch!" as the feed went to black.
