Had a blast in Reading and Philly with Tom and the crew at both shows! It was very cool and exciting to see the Chikara Game selling so well. The crowds both nights were great and we definitely have some new members of the COTGverse thanks to this awesome game!
I really enjoyed the Reading show. Seeing Green Ant decked out in red, white, & blue was awesome! Shocking to see him defeated by Tursas. Claudio and Quack put on a great main event!
The Philly show was a different experience all together, it was great but in a different way. With the lighting and size of the arena, it felt like a big time wrestling event.
Archibald Peck put on a very entertaining match with Dasher. This guy is wrestling comic gold. Seeing Dasher after the show was awesome! He is so psyched about the game!
The Claudio - SDR match was very intense! The finish had an old school feel to it in how it was executed. Not sure how Daizee and SDR can still be in the BDK after this show. I'll be watching to see what tyhe fallout is from this match!
Eddie Kingston and Jigsaw put on a hard-hitting match that any old school ECW fan would be proud of. These 2 really dished out the punishment to each other!
3.0 had 2 great trios matches with El Generico this weekend and really won me over. I'm a big fan of these 2 guys!
Thrilled to hear Chikara will be having an iPPV for the finals of the 12 Large Summit in November!
I highly recommend purchasing these 2 shows on DVD, which are both already available at smartmarkvideo.com -- you won't be disappointed!
I got my DVDs in the mail today and at the Reading show, you can get a good glimpse of The Dark Menace himself and the FG table!!
