New aCe color cards?

Hey guys,

I've been thinking about producing a small number of aCe LE cards using some of the more popular characters that have been left behind since the fed has been inactive. Tom has given this project his official seal of approval, so now I'm trying to get an idea of who'd consider ordering.

So here's the idea...

4 Limited Edition color cards - on actual card stock - would be produced featuring "aCe Free Agents."

The concept with the Free Agents is that they are available to fight in ANY of your feds. Of course they'd work especially great in the GWF, fitting right alongside the other color cards. Some new blood in the GWF before July couldn't hurt, could it? ;D

The exact characters that would be chosen are yet to be determined but there is at least one guy that is a lock to get a card.

The cards would feature existing Darryl Banks artwork, but would get new colors and new card stats.

So the question is, would you guys be interested in getting your hands on some aCe Free Agents? They'd almost definitely be sold in a 4-pack for $12 ($3 per card) plus shipping of course. A one or two page PDF describing the guys and their moves would be e-mailed to you as well upon purchase.

In all honesty, I really couldn't decide what to pick. I strongly dislike the color cards and if I were to get these, I'd rather have them in black and white, just my view on this. But on the other had, I geuss anything from the aCe is better then nothing.

A side note: Just wait until Mr. Beefy heres about this!

I lke the color card iea for aCe-but I would want new Talent.

I'm a huge aCe fan, but already own the online stuff. If there's not new art, I probably won't get them.

Why not have Werner draw the 4 and color them...then I'd for sure buy them.

I'm not putting this down at all, I love the aCe like I said, but am giving my opinion. Color changes with the same art doesn't peak my interest. New art with color and perhaps a new bonus character I think would be a greater sell IMO.
