Excellent stuff going on here, I like Very Bad Things hope they win the gold... Thanks Dennis! Probably my favorite name I made for a team. I love using them too. Just imagining the physical matches these 2 have had always makes it fun to play. Rahl

APRIL 4th, Year 1 [glow=red,2,300]CLASH OF THE TITANS[/glow] Live from Madison Square GardenDiamond Dallas Page v. The Terrible TurkThe opening match is a rematch from just a week ago. Before the bell even rings Nikita gets in the referee's face while the Turk smashes DDP with a chair to the face! It is all down hill from there as Turk works him over, and ends it with a STRANGLEHOLD. **1/2 Cornette comes out with the Midnight Express in an unscheduled segment. "People underrate us and under appreciate us! Momma' didn't raise no fool though.. You want to be noticed, you get noticed!! So any of you in the back want to be beat on PPV come on out!" The Kangaroos come out and accept the challenge. This is PPV match that while unexpected is a very welcome addition. The Midnight Express v. The KangaroosThe action in the match goes back and forth with many momentum changes. Both teams hit their finishers including the BOOMERANG, VEG-O-MATIC, a ROCKET LAUNCER, and a STH, but neither could finish the other off! After 25 minutes it's ruled a time limit draw!**** Bruiser Brody v. Steve Corino
Brody makes his WWA debut vs. the "King of Old School", and it looks like he has the match wrapped up when he hits a JUMPING KNEE DROP, but Sherri Martel makes a timely distraction on the ref and Brody. Corino grabs Humperdink's cane and blasts Brody across the back. He follows it up with OLD SCHOOL EXPULSION for the win! ***1/2 The Killer Bees v. The RegulatorsThe Bees must be sick of being underdogs! Again they used "masked confusion" to trick their opponents and referee allowing a quick BEE STING on Orton for the win.*** HARDCOREHarker Dirge v. Justin Credible
BLOOD! BLOOD! AND MORE BLOOD! is the easiest way to describe this war. Besides the opening bell the 2 spent all of the match outside the ring using everything as a weapon. With the massive blood loss however it only took a few seconds in the DIRT NAP for Dirge to pick up the win. **** 8-MAN ELIMINATIONMillion Dollar Team v. Lou's Island TribeIt takes awhile for the first pinfall, but it comes when the Mountie uses a SHORT CHOKE SLAM on Alofa. Next up Snuka goes insane on the Mountie, and hits a SUPERFLY LEAP for the 3. The action again goes back and forth until the Donnas get Samu in their corner, and use a double team backbreaker for the pin. Just like the last time he lost a member Snuka comes in on fire and pins Prichard. Snuka then finally gets Dibiase in the ring with the teams even, but Muraco attacks Snuka!! He uses the HAWAIIAN HAMMER on his own partner to let Dibiase get the pin, then lays down to let Dibiase cover him!! "Everybody has a price for the Million Dollar Man Snuka!!"****1/2 STEEL CAGE MATCHSteve Williams v. Ivan KoloffThe two powerhouses have a war! Williams seems to still be a bit off his game from his earlier injury, and it looks like it's over when he gets stuck in a RUSSIAN BEAR HUG. With the support of the crowd he fights out of it, and smashes Ivan's head over and over against the cage until he's a crimson mask. The match ends with the OK STAMPEDE!****1/2 WWA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPThe Road Warriors v. Very Bad ThingsThe match was close early, but the The Roadies took control and Valentine was hit with a DOOMSDAY DEVICE, but a pin save wasn't enough for "the Crippler" as he took a lead pipe to Hawk's head causing a DQ. Hawk looked to be in pretty bad shape even though the Roadies retained their belts. *** WWA HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIPRick Rude v. The Sheik
Rude looks to be on his game, and dominates the challenger hitting 2 straight RUDE AWAKENINGS. After the second one however Farouk distracts the referee allowing Sheik to recover and burn Rude with a FIREBALL. 2 1/2, almost a new champ. Later the Sheik launches another FIREBALL at Rude, but is caught and DQ'ed. He continues his attack to the delight of the fans until the Heenan Family chases him off.***1/2

April 11th, Year 1
The night kicks off with WWA Champion Rick Rude coming down to the ring with Bobby Heenan. Rude is wearing a "phantom of the opera" type mask, and is heckled by the fans on his way down. He immediately grabs a microphone:
"Shut the Hell up!!" - "Sheik, twice you burnt me last night, Twice!!" - "Now I have to wear this thing or risk panicking every lady around the world with burns left on my face. We are going to sue you and Farouk for everything you own... but first revenge..and it starts next week when you meet King Kong Bundy!"
TV TITLE TOURNAMENT ROUND 1 Justin Credible v. Tiger Mask Justin Credible couldn't keep up with the pace Tiger Mask set, and tried to catch his breath outside the ring, but Tiger found him out there with a suicide dive! After rolling Credible back into the ring Tiger hit a twisting moonsault to advance. ***
TV TITLE TOURNAMENT ROUND 1 Jushin Lyger v Diamond Dallas Page DDP may have had the size, but just like the 1st match speed made the difference as Lyger kept Page on the defense, and finished him off with a FISHERMAN'S BUSTER. **1/2
TV TITLE TOURNAMENT ROUND 1 Steve Corino v. Angelo Mosca This match had a little extra meaning since Humperdink's quest to destroy the "King of Old School" and the Impact Players hasn't gone 100% to plan yet. The fight goes back and forth with Corino smashing Mosca with a pair of brass knucks, but the gruff Canadian came back with a SLEEPER for the win. ***1/2
TV TITLE TOURNAMENT ROUND 1 Curt Hennig v. Harker Dirge The final tournament match of the night was one of the best. Dirge was able to keep up his offense through the early portion, and slapped on the DIRT NAP twice, but Hennig fought back. When "Mr. Perfect" finally got onto offense Humperdink's constant interference and distractions made it tough, but Hennig wore Dirge down enough. The pin came with a PERFECT PLEX.****
"Dr. Death" Steve Williams comes out to cheers from the crowd. Last weeks cage match has him still wearing bandages.
"Well...the Doctor is in!! It looks like Russian Supremacy just ain't what it used to be!"
On cue Nikita and his entire Regime of the Turk, Koloff, Iron Sheik, and Volkoff come out and circle the ring trapping Williams. Williams gestures for the them to bring it on when reinforcements arrive in the form of DDP, Tiger Mask, and Sabu. The 3 men chase off Nikita's Regime, then all shake hands with Williams as they soak up the crowd's cheers.
The Killer Bees v. The Midnight Express The Midnight Express waits a few minutes as the Bees are announced, but don't show up. Finally, Blair comes down and talks to the referee and Gary Michael Capetta announces that Brunzell has been Ko'ed in the back so the match is off. The Express starts to celebrate a forfeit win when the Kangaroos come down. "
We'll fight you again mate!"
Cornette seems to be shaking his head "no" and mouthing "we win by forfeit" when Cappetta receives word in his ear piece that the Executive Committee will make the match.
The Midnight Express v. The Kangaroos Again, the two teams put on a show for the crowd who go back and forth cheering for both teams. Costello looked to be out after a VEG-O-MATIC and ROCKET LAUNCHER, but Heffernan made a save both times. He made a minor comeback, but couldn't get the tag out and one more ROCKET LAUNCHER ended the night to a standing ovation. *****
The Million Dollar Man comes out with Virgil and Don Muraco to mock Snuka for trusting Muraco.
"You really think Muraco has anything in common with you and the Somoans? Everybody has a price, but it's a lot cheaper when you want to turn someone away from a bunch of stinking animals! Hahaha!!"
Captain Lou and Snuka then came out with the Somoans, and it looked like a brawl might erupt as the Body Donnas ran out as well. Some security and referees restored order, and everyone besides Muraco w/Virgil and Snuka w/Albano were sent to the back.
Jimmy Snuka v. Don Muraco Superfly comes out on fire very reminiscent of the Elimination match at Clash, but Virgil trips him up when the referee isn't looking and the momentum swings. Muraco stays on offense doing a lot of damage, then drill Snuka with the HAWAIIAN HAMMER. 1.....2....and Snuka gets his foot on the rope. Muraco can't believe it and complains to the ref allowing Snuka to get his wits back. Muraco whips Snuka into the turnbuckle, but misses the charge. Snuka then uses his own piledriver and gets the pin! The fans go wild, and it doesn't look like Dibiase/Snuka is over anytime soon.****1/2
