I use a notebook for matches and a Microsoft Works Database to store wins, losses, and a calculated win percentage. Oh, and title histories are in another database.

Plus it does not hurt to have a digital backup in case the dredded "cat (other animal or clumbsy you) knocks drink over onto results" book/paper occurs. As long as they (the cats) dont' pea on it!!! I will use the old notebook and an excel worksheet. BTW..one of the choices should have been BOTH (notebook and computer program) I take notes on matches in a spiral notebook and then record the win/loss records in a spreadsheet program...as well as ranking points, and wrestler/tag team of the year. I also keep title histories on a computer program.

I think it's a good idea to have results both on paper and on the computer as backups.
I keep my LOW fed results in a notebook in case something permanently happens to my fed threads (such as the fire at proboards that knocked out a bunch of servers 2 1/2 weeks ago).
But I also keep my fed results in my fed threads on the computer in case something unexpected happens to my notebook results such as something getting spilled on them, the results getting lost in a move, or a fire or other natural disaster.
And I also keep my LOW fed results in my fed threads on multiple discussion boards on multiple servers (it only takes a few seconds to copy and paste them) as added protection in case something happens to one server then there is a chance I can still access my result on an other server.
