I voted for Hardcore, for a personal reason. Three guys that I had made as bootlegs (Brody, Sheik, and Hackenschmidt) ended up as official guys. Chad and Tim modified my originals to the current versions, but it was still awesome that they ended up in the set. Plus you had some of my other personal favorites, like Inoki, the Vachons, and Masked Superstar.

I went with the original set. Man, you can't wrong with the Road Warriors, everybody's favorite tag team.
Harley Race, Superfly Snuka, Nick Bockwinkel, Bobo Brazil...you couldn't ask for a better line-up for a game called Legends of Wrestling.

Right now, I'd say my favorite set is Vintage, with Hardcore, Teams, and Fever all tied for second.

I voted for Hardcore, but International came a close second. Mask, Liger and have really gotten some awesome matches from Mosca and Mountie.
I DQ'd the original from my answer due to having 24 cards, but am grateful to that edition as it really got me intro'd into the COTG world after hearing so much about it for years.

Personally, I love Teams. I use more cards from Teams then any other set besides the Original Box Set.

I voted for Hardcore as well. A huge fan of the Masked Superstar and liked the other guys int the set too. Overall the best set.
