So, if 2096 were to end today, who would you vote as "Wrestler of the Year"?
Top 3 contenders at this point are (in my opinion):
- Big Superstar is a former GWF Heavyweight Champion, and was never pinned/submitted to lose the title. He pinned Avalanche (while he was still champion) numerous times in non-title situations, and destroyed Morpheus in their feud. Superstar-mania is running wild!
- Star Warrior is the current GWF Heavyweight Champion. He has been on a huge roll, as he defeated Bishop Hell to win their feud, was a survivor in the "War Games" main event, won the "Dash for the Gold" match and then the GWF title from Avalanche. Star warrior just recently defended the title in a fantastic match against Comrade Terror, after he was "busted wide open" and nearly knocked out after a vile chair shot from Morpheus.
- Manitou is the current GWf Interplanatery Champion. He crushed Mangus to win the belt early in the year and has been un-stoppable since then. Hes defeated Payback, Mangus and others to retain the title. His "clean" loss to Bishop Hell in the "Dash for the Gold" qualifying match is his only real blemish thus far (if you can call getting beaten with HELLFIRE a clean loss).
