I'm going to say Thantos. For me Chaos won the title a lot, but he'd turn around and drop it too. Plus, as a character Thantos seemed smarter, more diabolical (althought did anyone notice the dialogue in the old press conferences, Tom had them kind of sounding alike?)

Thantos is one of the greatest ever but, as I've said before, dominated early because of a much weaker roster. Chaos was the man for longer and against a bigger and better roster.

Chaos edges out Thantos. Both had wildly successful careers for me, but Chaos could go huge stretches of just being unbeatable. No one has approached that for me (not even Monolith)
