First match announed for the show as Ultramantis Black battles Ares PS Got my Tickets for the show I had a feeling this would get announced. I'm thinking we get Donst vs. Hallowicked announced soon too.

Well, there's intrigue already. Ares has released a statement where he insists he never said he would face Ultramantis Black one-on-one at High Noon, but that he would face him "on his terms". SO that match may not be at High Noon after all. Besides, I think Ultramantis Black still has a way outside chance of competing for the championship that night (mathematically possible anyway) , so I think they'd be best to wait until the finals are set before putting him in a match. Donst and Hallowicked is very likely, though.

Yeah, Hallowicked and umb are both matematically alive in the tournament, but both are out next Saturday with losses. I expect the High Noon main event to be settled this weekend, and have Wicked-Donst and UMB-Ares announced in the coming weeks.
The big question now are:
Will Kingston face Sara Del Rey or Mike Quackenbush in the finals? I say Quack.
Who will FIST be defending the CDP against? The Young Bucks have 2 points and the Throwbacks have 3 now. I say the Throwbacks cash in and lose. Then the night before High Noon, the Young Bucks get their 3rd point to face FIST on the iPPV. Of course this all assumes FIST doesnt lose to the Osaka Pro team this week...and an Osaka Pro guy has the YLC now.
Other matches I think are a must on the show, because I think it will be a big showcase for the company: Colony Trios match probably vs. the BDK Archibald Peck match (I would like to see Sara if she isnt in the Main Event)

I really like the potential for the Finals whether it be Kingston vs. Quack or SDR. Either way, I see Kingston deservedly winning.
I do not see the appeal of the Young Bucks. Never have. I'll be extremely disappointed if they take the straps from FIST. If we are looking at a title change I'd much rather have it be the Throwbacks.

I dont think we'll see the Bucks win the belts, but I could see them challenging for the belts, so there is a high profile team on the PPV. The throwbacks need to be on the iPPV as well, whether its for the cDp or maybe in a trios match with Matt Classic vs. 3.Ole.

I want to see Ultramantis Black somehow back into the finals and win the championship. I believe he's the only Chikara original who has never won a championship of any type and this would be a perfect way to end that drought. Barring that I think it's only appropriate that Quackenbush win it.
Bucks may wrestle for Chikara, but they're still more in the "guest" category than core roster members. I agree with TM, they make good, high profile challengers but I can't forsee them winning CdP anytime soon.
