Random Fed Facts & Musings -My fed began on July 19, 2004. That was the day I got 2119 in the mail. I had been running an original era fed that was up to 2091 until then. I discontinued the original fed after that. -Valour was supposed to get a "Stone Cold-like" push at the beginning of 2120, but as I was building up to a match between him and Galaxian champion the Amazing Mann, Mann had a great non-title match with Swarm that lead to a feud between the 2 and Swarm won the GWF belt then moved on to a feud with Encubus. -Valour would eventually win the GWF title as a part of Outlaw Nation and hold it the majority of 2122 before losing it to Wolf on the final card of 2122. -American Guy was the first New Beginnings character I really got behind and has been in some really odd stories. He was sued for sexual harrassment by Phantasy in 2119 and later involved in a sex-tape scandal also involving Phantasy in 2121. U.S. Male was "outted" as being gay by Latasha in 2121. Not that there's anything wrong with that. -Switchblade was a monster for me in 2119, but I didn't notice till I was about to start 2120. I made him a frustrated heel in 2120, mad that he wasn't given title shots and feeling that I had pushed Bloodline ahead of him. He had an awesome feud with Swarm that ended in a very entertaining Zero Gravity Platform Match. That match led to Swarm moving into the title picture and eventually winning the GWF belt. -Sly Drury played a semi-hero in 2120, angry with Epoch for not choosing him first for Central Command. He was quick to jump back to the villain side in 2121. -the Amazing Mann was my longest reigning GWF champion, lasting 24 cards. During that time he defeated Bloodline, Encubus, Switchblade, & Disaster multiple times. He never gave Endgame a re-match. -Endgame is very much the "John Cena" of my fed. I didn't intend it to be that way. I push him because he wins and tries to do the right thing, but I imagine a lot of fans boo him because of his good-vs-evil/no middle ground attitude. -Endgame vs Wolf was my fed's version of Cena vs. the Rock. Wolf is an anti-hero with a huge following, Endgame has been the face of my fed since the beginning, title or not. Endgame won. -I am honored that the Endgame banner used by some(including my own) was originally titled as "travizbanner.jpg." stemming from me "winning" it during the webchat announcement of COTGonline. More things to come as I remember them and more title histories when I have time.

Very nice summary, I enjoyed reading it! Thanks, Matt. I always like to read about the behind-the-scenes stuff in people's feds too. Now on to the.. By that, I mean I've never sat down and tried to figure out how many cards I should run per game year. Here's a breakdown: 2119-30 cards* 2120-19 cards 2121-28 cards 2122-24 cards 2123-7 cards 2124-4 cards *I did find a "lost" card that I played at work so the actual number is 31, but I don't count that card in my numbering system. I guess it was a "house show".

I'm pretty sure that's what Kris Osk had in mind anyway -Savage-T is the only LOW card to appear in my fed. Big Surprise, huh? -Well before Swarm started basing Plethador on various members of the message board community, I based Plethador on a guy named Jeremy that I worked with. This guy was just miserable and he wanted everyone else to be miserable with him. He bitched all day and when he got tired of bitching, he moaned. When I read Tom's initial bio of Plethador, it just screamed Jeremy. Up next is the history of my fed's unique title- the Planet X title

Planet X title The Planet X title is a title unique to my fed. The original plan was to create a third singles title called the New Beginnings belt which would only be defended by rookies(cards in their first year), but somewhere along the way I changed my mind and just went with the Planet X title, maybe it was inspired by TNA's X-division. I've never watched TNA so I can't be for sure, but anyway the belt is defended on every card (up until 2125, then it's only defended on main roster cards), so it changes hands more often then the Galaxian or Interplanetary titles. Notable champions include Swarm, Panther Warrior, and Totalis. 1.Swarm(won BattleZone match)-card 50 2.the Amazing Mann (beat Swarm)-card 53 3.Panther Warrior (beat the Amazing Mann)-card 54 4.Epoch (beat Panther Warrior)-card 60 5.Swarm(2)(beat Epoch)-card 62 6.Epoch(2)(beat Swarm)-card 64 &.Dead Ringer(beat Epoch)-card 65 9.Swarm(3)(beat Dead ringer)-card 67 10.Tauran(beat Nosfera)-card 77* 11.Tricks (beat Tauran)-card 80 12.Savage-T(beat Tricks)-card 81 13.American Guy(beat Savage-T)-card 82 14.U.S.Male(beat American Guy)-card 84 15.American Guy(2)(beat U.S.Male)-card 86 16.Vidtek(beat American Guy)-card 90 17.Payback(beat Vidtek)-card 91 18.Panther Warrior(2)(beat Payback)-card 94 19.American Guy(3)(beat Panther Warrior)-card 05 20.Anivar(beat American Guy)-card 98 21.the Betrayer(tournament win)-card 101** 22.Totalis, the Tournament Master(beat the Betrayer)-card 102 23.Savage-T(2)(by IronHand's decree)-card 106*** 24.the Main Event(beat Savage-T)-card 107 25.Tauran(2)(beat the Main Event)-card 110 26.Patch(beat Tauran)-card 111 27.Paralyze(over Tauran & Patch in a triple threat)-card 113 28.Patch(2)(beat Paralyze)-card 114 29.Paralyze(2)(beat Patch)-card 115 30.Anivar(2)(beat Paralyze)-card 117 31.Strong(beat Anivar)-card 121 32.Paralyze(beat Anivar)-card 125**** 33.Havoc(beat Paralyze)-card 126 34.Tauran(beat Havoc)-card 128 35.Payback(beat Tauran)-card 132***** *title was vacated when Swarm won the Galaxian title **Anivar was stripped of the P-X belt when he was suspended by Commissioner Massif ***Iron Hand gave the P-X title to Savage-T ****Strong was suspended and stripped of the title *****title retired as of card 136, Payback listed as final champion ************************************************** random fed facts -the name of my fed's TV show was Friday Night Rampage until 2123(card 106) when Iron Hand became commissioner then it became the Law Zone. All 2124 cards were called the Road to GWF:Black & White. The show was split in 2125 and became the 2125 Infinity Challenge and GWF All-Stars

and now just because I think it's interesting, here's the never-before-published (I didn't post my 2120 results) first card of 2120
GWF card 31
GWF 2120 Madison Square Garden, New York, Earth 10/02/05
Commissioner Massif is outside the back of the arena when a new luxury vehicle pulls up in front of him and GWF owner Tom Filsinger, the Dark Menace, gets out. “Evening commissioner”, he says, exiting the vehicle, “Where’s your body guard, Sly Drury? Oh, that’s right, I bet he’s recovering from the brutal beating that Valour put on him at War of the Worlds.” Massif says nothing but stands there stone faced. “Don’t you worry about Valour, I’ve got an idea on how to handle him. In fact, I’ve got lots of ideas. Starting with how to run a wrestling show. The way you’ve been running things, it’s no wonder the CPC’s rating have been going up. Well, it stops here! I’m going to give the fans action like they’ve never seen. I’ve got a main event planned for tonight that you would never have the balls to make. A match that the fans will never forget. For the first time ever, Encubus will team with Kill Prey to take on Endgame and his partner...Disaster!” The crowd erupts in shock. How can the 2 guys involved in the most brutal feud of 2119 come together tonight to work as a team? The Dark Menace smiles, “How’s that for a main event?” Massif just bows his head and walks away while Menace smiles.
-Shann-Ra pinned Thrash with MACHETE to win the opener in a women’s match
newcomer Gryt comes to the ring and grabs a mic, “I am out here to prove that there is no one in the GWF that can live up to my reputation as the greatest super heavyweight wrestler alive. So if there’s someone in that locker room with the grapes to come out here and get crushed, come on down, it’s your unlucky day!” the Gladiators’ music cues and out comes Paralyze who towers over the smallish Gryt. -Paralyze destroyed Gryt, pummeling him with raw power until pinning him after the PARALYZER
Vidtek comes out to the set of his new show-within-a-show “Vidtek’s Video Highlight” “I realize that most of you people already know who I am, but for those that don’t, I’m Vidtek, former CPC champion, in fact, the best wrestler ever to compete for that organization. I’m also quite an announcer and wrestling journalist. Each week, I’ll bring you the best wrestlers in the GWF to give their thoughts and opinions, and when their opinions are different from mine I’ll tell them how wrong they are and show them the error of their ways. Tonight’s guest has been wrong about a lot, Everything ranging from how he was gonna beat the Amazing Mann for the Heavyweight title to ,well, he was even wrong about who his father was. Please welcome...Bloodline!!!” The crowd erupts and Bloodline’s music starts and out comes the third generation star. “When I heard I was going to be the guest on a former CPC champion’s show, I thought I was going to meet Puma.” Vidtek’s face gets red in embarrassment, but he tries to hide it. “But instead, I come out here to meet some undercard jobber that found the only way he could get into a GWF ring was by announcing! So, Vidtek, is it? You’re gonna be the greatest announcer, huh? You do realize that your job is to basically say wrestler’s names into a microphone. So you gonna wow us all with the way you say Gryt into a microphone? No, wait, let’s hear you say, Switchblade.”
“You’re a funny guy, Bloodline—”
“Say it again, Mr. Announcer, impress these people by saying Bloodline again”
“You’re lucky that I’m unable to wrestle or—”
“No, you’re lucky you can’t wrestle or I’d get your gimp ass in the ring and beat the yellow right off your teeth! Now just stand right there and look retarded while I tell these people here how 2120 is going to be the year that Bloodline finally smacks that Johnny No-Nuts, the Amazing Mann, around like the little girl he is and takes that gold belt right off his waist. In fact, Bloodline’s year starts here tonight when I take on the Betrayer in what is sure to be his best match ever because it’ll be the first time the Betrayer has had a match that didn’t put the fans to sleep, and that, my friend, is that...and before I go, I’d like to tell you, Mr. Announcer, that your microphone smells like ass!” Bloodlines raises his fist up for the fans and leaves Vidtek fuming.
-in a massive upset, the Betrayer pinned Bloodline with BLACK FUNERAL after Vidtek jumped into the ring and distracted Bloodline giving the Betrayer the upper-hand.
Encubus’ music cues and out comes the former I-P champion, and behind him is Epoch. They enter the ring and Epoch grabs the microphone from the announcer, “You are looking at the future of the GWF! I have signed Encubus to a deal that is going to bring millions of dollars to the GWF and ourselves.. I have a vision! A vison for the villian team that Thantos could only dream of. From now on, this man, Encubus, will get the title shots, and with me by his side, he has went from unbeatable to unstoppable!” He hands the mic to Encubus. “I hope that each and every one of you people saw what I had to do to my father, Thantos, at War of the Worlds. I had to put that old man out of my misery. For so long, I’ve been living in his shadow, people would say, ‘Aren’t you Thantos’ kid?’ well, now they’ll say, “Aren’t you the man that ended Thantos’ career?’ Yes, I am that man. And to be honest, I feel like I’m just getting started. My next victim will be the over-rated, over-paid Endgame. Endgame, at War of the Worlds, you took my Interplanetary belt, but you gave me my freedom from that old man, and I’d like to repay you by sending you on a nice, long permanent vacation. And mark my words, it’s going to happen, because the New Legend is here to stay!”
In the locker room, the Dark Menace walks into the Guardians’ locker room, where Endgame, Valour and Reckless have been watching Encubus’ comments. “I hate to bother you guys, but since I own the GWF, it’s really no bother at all. I’m just coming in here to tell Valour and Reckless that they’re up next against the Master Race. And guys, they’re in a bad mood tonight, so be careful so we don’t have any injuries ok?” Valour stands up, “There will be injuries tonight...like what will happen if you don’t get out of here right now before I stick my sword up your ass!” The Dark Menace wastes no time in leaving and Valour and Reckless are off to the ring.
-GWF tag champions, the Master Race w/ the Dark Menace beat the Guardians by DQ when Valour brought his sword in the ring and tried to bend the Dark Menace over his knee.
In the back, Endgame is standing outside the Gladiators’ locker room. He takes a deep breath and walks in the midst of the feared Gladiators. Disaster quickly stands and gets up in Endgame’s face. “You gotta lotta balls walking in here!” he says, standing nose-to-nose with his sworn enemy.
“I just wanted to know what were your thoughts on us teaming”
“It pisses me off! I’m mad enough to kick someone’s ass...But not yours, not tonight. But if you don’t hold up your end of this team, I’ll be only too happy to pound on you like I did before” We head to our last commercial break with the two in a stare down.
-Kill Prey and Encubus w/ Epoch beat Disaster and Endgame by DQ when Paralyze and Havoc rushed the ring and attacked Kill Prey. This led to the Master race coming down and attacking the Gladiators. Encubus grabbed a chair and took a swing at Endgame who ducked, causing the shot to bounce off Disaster’s head. He jumped up with a spin kick that knocked Encubus over the top rope and to the arena floor. Valour and Reckless hit the ring and it turns into a three-way brawl!
End of show.
And 2120 begins...

I rarely post on here much but my fed celebrated it's 10th anniversary recently. I think that's kinda cool. Went thru a few years where I barely played, but I've been keeping the dice dizzy lately. Endgame won the Galaxian title, just like he did 10 years ago on my first card.

Super interesting history here... Love reading the 'behind the scenes' random facts. Thanks. I just started playing my fed again after a 2 yr hiatus. I kinda feel bad I didn't do a 10th anniversary card back in July. Oh well. Maybe in another 10.
