I’m a huge college football fan and don’t like any of the QBs coming out this year so far. There is nobody that looks like a top pick. None of them look great. It’s way early but right now the 1st round value looks like it will be heavy on defense next draft. Not sure there are any top 10 WRs either.
But again, it’s still early. Been a wild season already with some crazy upsets yesterday (KY over FL, MI winning in WI, Stanford beating Oregon).

Yea I think if we pick a QB it might be best to wait till 2023 draft unless someone falls to them at the top of the 2nd round that might be worth taking and developing. I agree it will probably be D at the top with our first pick and probably a WR with the pick we get from LA.

I'm at work and I went to check the score. I saw the Lions scored AND successfully converted the 2 point try to take the lead. Then I saw there was 30+ seconds left and thought "huh, they are gonna drive and kick a game winning FG". That shows that I AM a Lions fan. Sad but true.

Hey, we almost won at the very end but then didn’t again.

Hey, we almost won at the very end but then didn’t again. Right now the hottest race in the NFL is between our Lions and the Jags. Both are fighting to see who can be the first ever 0-17 team. <sigh>

We will win a pointless game or two at the end of the season like we did to miss out on Chase Young to instead take Jeff Okuda. Jags will end up with that stud DE from Oregon where he will play for 4 years before leaving for Dallas or something.

I mean our two home games were against San Fran and Baltimore while the other three were road division games. Hard to be tougher than that. Only good thing about it was playing in Green Bay and Chicago before the first week of October is over mean no nasty weather. If by chance we do start getting good in next few years we will NOT get that advantage then.

Ok, let's make our predictions on how the Lions lose this week.
My guess is we throw a Hail Mary at the end of the game and convert it for what seems to be the winning TD as time expired. However the refs call offensive pass interference so they wave off the TD and the game is over.

We still have 2 games after this, and anything can happen, but we are huge favorites in both (one 1 win team and one winless team we already beat once). But this Sunday we play the only other unbeaten team in the league. Winner will no doubt take home the big trophy. So my point is it won’t matter what the Lions do on Sunday. If the Jr. Browns win a Lions L won’t matter and if we lose it will be bitter sweet seeing the Lions win. Best case scenario we both win. 🤞

So go Jr. Browns, get that win Sunday and with Lions what happens happens.
