I don't even know what to say. I've never seen anything like that before. Was that Cena's BEST promo ever? I can't tell. If not, it's no.2 behind whatever is no.1. And CM Punk - my God. This guy really is the best wrestler in the world. Major props for the WWE letting these guys go out there and BE THEMSELVES. CM Punk talking about how Cena said he almost "gave up" on him was REAL, you could feel it and see the intensity in Punk's eyes. Cena FINALLY being honest about his haters, saying he doesn't care about them. How he cares only about the people who have stuck with him from the start. That's real.
10 stars. I was worried they brought Punk back too early. After tonight I don't feel like that anymore. Bring on SummerSlam! The majority of fans said their match at MITB was MOTY. I can't even imagine how epic this one will be.

It felt like something special in wrestling was taking place before my eyes! Maybe I'm corny or old-fashioned, but I have always appreciated Cena's "good-guy" appeal and "PG" connection with the kids! He's akin to the Hulk Hogan of the 80's that I grew up with.
BUT...C.M. Punk has injected life into this business, at least in regards to the biggest organization in world! To see the increase in white Punk shirts fill the crowd and hear the pop he gets everytime he grabs a mic! "Cult of Personality" revived from his ROH days! He's gotten me to view in every week to find out what he's going to do next. I find myself looking for postings on You-Tube just in case he invades another convention.
In all honestly, I have not ordered a pay-per-view in over five years...Summerslam '11 seems like the time to break that trend!

AWESOME x4 Cena is big enough he can sit back and let Punk say what he wants. where as HHH would have tried to bury Punk. Both guys were great. Can't help think how lame it was last week when Cena tried to play the Rebel to Laurinaitis. And bringing the Rock into it. classic.

I have been enjoying this, but I just don't want it to get all screwed up, because that would be a huge let down

Damn... that'll teach me to let the wife use the TV... I was underwhelmed by Raw last week, so I didn't go out of the way to watch... sounds like it'll be worth finding on youtube.

Contract signing segments usually suck, but last night was the best one I've ever seen. Two guys just airing out their grievances against the other, and like Rob said, that was the finest promo Cena has ever cut, because not only did he hang with CM Punk, he was spot on with everything he said (and completely redeemed himself from that "you're going to strip me of the title because Punk only beat me ONE time" comment from last week by making the comment that Punk deserves the title after beating Cena last month, but that he NEEDS this win at Summerslam to avoid otherwise being a one win/one hit wonder).

Great end of RAW! Was anyone else surprised to see CM Punk against Alberto Del Rio? I wasn't sure who was the face or if either was a face.
I'm really looking forward to Summerslam but I do worry about Triple H. Now that he is the special guest referee I see him being involved some how and I'm not sure I like that idea.

What's so beautiful is that...
a) I don't know what's going to happen next. b) I don't know what was real/scripted.
This is such an amazing time to be a wrestling fan, even though I only watched the Punk/ADR match and the contract signing; I'm still pissed about Smith/Kozlov being fired. You see, Cena/Punk did something magical (again). They made this entertaining. As much of a Punk fan as I am, I respect Cena a lot. I think he's good at what he does, and his honesty and acknowledgement of the 'haters' was very tactful and needed. Cena will push himself (yet again) to deliver at SS with Punk. I love it.
Predictions: HHH helps Cena; Cena becomes heel. Punk is now top face.

Got to see the Contract Signing on You Tube... damn. Cena really can be good when he's not on the Hulkster 2010 script.
I really hope the WWE gives this new, edgier product time. I think they could see alot of Monday Night Wars fans returning if they keep this up without going too far.
