Is there anybody working on, or has worked on a card for the late Penny Banner? Just wanted to know before I started researching her to do a card for myself.

I never pursued doing a Banner card largely because I heard a LONG while back that she had signed on to be part of Legends, not sure whatever came of it though

Tom said she was signed, so I'm guessing it's that he's waiting for another high level woman to sign so he can release both in the same set.

I suppose that makes sense to keep the division "even" so another heel female (Luna Vachon?) would balance it out.

I got one but I have got to tone it down. Penny was nice enough to give me her favorite holds a year or two ago.
