My 2nd Legends federation is VCW (Violent Championship Wrestling) recently changed its name to Western Championship Wrestling . Its called Western because the federation PPV names are after famous western films
Based in Tehran , Iran and often tours Europe . After changing name to WCW moved to new base Fort Apache USA
Commissioner (my own creation) A.C Milano (now commissioner at Anarchy UK)
VCW was the first legends federation to promote females
