Hey guys,
Today we implemented a new automated e-mail system that will alert COTGonliners when their Game Table and Stat Tracker subscriptions are in danger of expiring. You'll get one 14 days in advance, and if you haven't acted, you'll get one more when there's 2 days left on the account as a final reminder.
The first batch of subscriptions runs out on 6/21, so if you're close to expiring, you'll have gotten an e-mail today (2 actually, but from now on it will only be one).
Other COTGonline updates coming over the next week or so. Stay tuned!

Just spoke with BDS.
If you take a look at the e-mails, you'll notice there's 1 e-mail for the Game Table and 1 e-mail for the Stat Tracker.
We knowingly resent a second e-mail (meaning you should have gotten 1 more each for the Game Table and Stat Tracker).
This bombarding of e-mails is a one time thing during set-up...it won't happen again. Sorry for the inconvenience and as always, thanks for your patience.

I haven't gotten any but I did re-up for a whole year several weeks ago way before my expire date, so that's probably why.

The short answer, as Kris already mentioned, is "My Bad."
The long answer doesn't really matter, but suffice it to say it involves a mistake on my end (causing the second round of sends) and a quirk with the mail program on the COTGonline server that caused yet more issues (and the third round of sends).
From here on out, the system will check once daily and send out reminder notices as needed for people whose subscriptions are about to lapse. Thanks to all of you for your patience and understanding as we get this new system into place.

Ok Ok I will renew my subscriptions you guys dont have to be so pushy I actually like the reminder idea because if I dont look I tend to forget when my time is up. |

Yeah, I got two emails. I think you are doing it to drive me nuts. =)
I just shelled out 630 bucks to fix my car so renewal will have to wait a bit... Darn my sense of priorities! LOL

I also got six emails saying I have two days to renew. I completely forgot about having a stat tracker subscription because the game table never worked on my computer so I stopped going to the website a year ago.
