New Flock member Tusk couldn't hang with Hanuman tonight, as Hanuman used a reverse neckbreaker to defeat Tusk and advance in the tourny.

Magnus Crimson Claw defeated Puma with the MAGNUS MAULER.

Salami Joe vs. Andromeda Dragon
Andromeda Dragon defeated Salami Joe by DQ when Kevin Gnash interfered in the match delivering a BIG EASY POWERBOMB.

Razor Sharp vs. Pandamonium
New Flock member Razor Sharp was sent running by Pandamonium who really wanted to inflict some more pain after what the Flock did to him last card. Razor Sharp wanted nothing more to do with Pandy tonight! Pandamonium gets the win by count out to advance in the tourny.

Pullos defeated Chuck The Roo with the CHICKEN CHOKE.

Mousawa vs. Black Sheep
Black Sheep catches Mousawa with COUNTING SHEEP to advance in the tourny.

John Cebra vs. Umagapotamus
Umagapotamus defeated John Cebra with a Hanging Flying Hippo Headbutt in a what some called a mild upset!

Great contest as these two pounded each other relentlessly during the match! Umagapotamus finally catches Pandamonium with a full powerslam to pin him and advance to the finals!

POWERSLAM SPECIAL INTERVIEW WITH PLETHADOR!
During the Interview, Powerslam makes a friendly challenge to Plethador. "Got a favorite Diva? How about a mixed tag team match, you and a diva of your choice vs. me and a diva of my choice?" Plethador accepts. Powerslam introduces his tag partner to be Supernova! Plethador counters with GWF Diva Phantasy!

Powerslam defeated Plethador with a FULL POWERSLAM. Phantasy was cut off from making a save by Supernova. After the match, both teams showed respect and shook hands and celebrated with the crowd!

SPECIAL CHALLENGE QUEEN OF SCORPI - LOSER LEAVES TERRITORY MATCH
Miss Andromeda Mandy vs. Desdemona
Desdemona dominated the match and eliminated Mandy from the ring. Miss Andromeda will now leave Andromeda forever! The crowd gave her a standing ovation and as tears rolled down her eyes as she shook hands with fans at ringside and waved goodbye.

SPECIAL CHALLENGE TAG TEAM MATCH
Word of Doug, Cardinal Sin & Saint Bernard vs. Thundering Herd
Thunder Herd defeated Word of Doug with THUNDERING STAMPEDE tag on Saint Bernard. Cardinal Sin was cut off from making the save.

Magnus Crimson Claw vs. Umagapotamus
Magnus Crimson Claw was on fire tonight! Umagapotamus just couldn't get back on track or remain on offense at all. Crimson Claw put down the Ani-Man Bulldozer with a CRIMSON DRIVER to win the tournament!

Welcome to the Proving Grounds 3 Season! Mot and Kram at ringside with J.J. Smooth! An interesting mixture of both talent and Pros this season! Some retired pros join the team along with some current GWF superstars. We also have a good mixture of challenges this season. This first one should be fun to see! Let's head to the ring to see what challenge awaits our talent tonight!

Coach Rod comes to the ring and announces that he has a special challenge for the talent tonight! This challenge will be COACH ROD'S BEAT THE CLOCK CHALLENGE! Coach Rod has hand picked challengers for the talent tonight, so let's get started!

Torrero of M83 is up first. His hand picked opponent is....B.A. Jerk!
B.A. Jerk defeated Torrero with INAPPROPRIATE in a time of 2 minutes 38 seconds!

Up next is Astaroth. His opponent is....The monster Erranu!
The big freaky Frankenstein Erranu gave Astaroth a run, but Astaroth comes back to win with UNFORGIVEN in 2 minutes 17 seconds!

Negro Morte awaits his opponent and it is....SIMbot Zero!
Negro Morte knocked out SIMbot with a Super Siam Punch in 3 minutes 44 seconds.

Ulencio is up next. His opponent is...Sheik Yerbouti!
Ulencio defeated Sheik Yerbouti with THE SILENCER in 2 minutes and 9 seconds.

MYGO, YOU LOST IN THE QUICKEST TIME TONIGHT! Thought you could have done better. Sorry to tell ya, but you have been eliminated! Mygo looks confused and didn't leave the ring. Perhaps he didn't understand what was going on anyways. Security had to come out and take him from the ring physically! Mygo screeched and carried on like he was being tortured!

Standing in the crowd high above was our fearless leader of the Proving Grounds Rebellion Junious with his followers looking on in disgust! We see Junious say something to his regime with a scowl on his face and then leave!

Welcome to the Proving Grounds Gym! Mot and Kram at ringside with J.J. Smooth. Tonight we have our ever so popular KEG CARRY CHALLENGE! That happens later, but right now, we have some Proving Ground matches we'd like to see! Let's hit the ring for our opening contests!

El Santo Simian vs. Behemoth
El Santo Simian defeated Behemoth in a grueling match when Behemeth missed a splash outside the ring and Simian tossed him back in the ring and rolled him up for the 1...2...3!

Venomous w/ Junious vs. Cobra Rex Sexy
Venomous defeated Cobra Rex with SPIDER AND THE FLY.

Static vs. Kalisto
Static wins by DQ when a brawl erupted outside and Kalisto gets the loss being a bit more aggressive than he should have!

Junious vs. Toro Moldavo
Junious and his loyal followers at ringside get a big win tonight when Junious defeated Toro Moldavo with SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS!

Igneous vs. One Eye
Igneous wins by DQ when One Eye used his SAP ATTACK with out a care in the world! The fans roared their disapproval of One Eye!

Welcome to the Proving Grounds Gym! Mot and Kram at ringside along with J.J. Smooth! Tonight we have our special guest with his own special Proving Grounds Challenge! Let's head up to the main staging area for our show!

The Galactic Gourmet is in his kitchen where he informs the Proving Ground talent that their challenge will be the most difficult challenge of them all! It will be the GALACTIC GOURMET'S MEASURE UP CHALLENGE!!! This isn't how you'll measure up in the ring, but how you measure up in your head! By knowing cooking measurements! Are you up for the challenge? The talent just roll their eyes. Harley Marlboro groans "Why do we have to do this? What's this got to do with wrestling?" Galactic Gourmet says "Afraid you'll be shown up by the greatest chef in the galaxy? Not only can I wrestle, but I can cook! I'm a double threat!!!" Marlboro replies, "Fine, get on with it then!"

Ok, GALACTIC GOURMET'S MEASURE UP CHALLENGE

Answer: 4 cups! Torrero answered incorrectly.

The Nameless: How many milliliters in a cup?
Answer: 237 milliliters! The Nameless answered correctly! AMAZING! I didn't know that!

ROUND 3! FINAL ROUND!

Marlboro: How many milliliters in 2 cups?
Answer: 473 milliliters! Marlboro answered correctly! He's one smart cookie!

The Nameless: How many liters in a gallon?
Answer: 3.8 liters! The Nameless was incorrect!? Now I would have thought he'd have got that one!?!

Winner of the Measure Up Challenge is HARLEY MARLBORO! The one that gripped about the challenge actually wins it!? How about that fans?!

So now we'll have the GALACTIC GOURMET INTO THE FRYING PAN SEGMENT! His guest tonight is the winner of the challenge, Harley Marlboro!

There was no Fire Works during the segment! Galactic Gourmet showed Harley Marlboro how to make Super 'Shrooms! I have a feeling Marlboro already knows how to make those!?!?


Ingredients

24 large white mushrooms
1/2 to 3/4 pound fresh, cooked crab meat, flaked or chopped
4 oz cream cheese (lowfat or regular), softened
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
minced onion to taste
Tabasco to taste
finely chopped celery or minced garlic, if desired
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (preferably freshly grated)
salt to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove stems from the mushrooms. Wipe the caps clean. Arrange the caps, upside down, in single layer in a baking dish, preferably glass.

Rinse and finely chop the stems. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped stems with crab, onions, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Tabasco. Add a little celery or garlic if desired. Salt to taste. Fill each mushroom cap with some of the mixture.

Add enough water to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle each cap with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are hot through and the cheese has browned.

Let's head to the ring where the Pros are at ringside for another challenge segment! It will be Pros vs. Joes talent matches!

Brainstorm defeated Negro Morte with a hamstring stretch. Negro appeared to have injured his hamstring and had to be helped back to the locker rooms by the medical staff!

Kill Prey vs. Astaroth
Kill Prey defeated Astaroth after a missed deathjump attempt.

Malkuth vs. The Nameless
Malkuth defeated the Nameless after Nameless missed his WASTELAND finisher!

Gryt vs. Torrero of M83
Gryt defeated Torrero with his STRONGMAN STRETCH!

Shylock vs. Ulencio
Shylock defeated Ulencio with FALLOUT!

Bottom Three this week:
Negro, lost early in the Measure up challenge and has an injury right now.
Astaroth, looked horrible in his Pros vs. Joe's match tonight!
The Nameless, although very smart in the Measure Up challenge, was very stupid inside the ring tonight with his high risk taking!

The Galactic Gourmet and Pros get together and talk about tonight! After careful consideration, we have decided that Negro Morte will be eliminated tonight due to his hamstring injury! It's just not logical to make you continue in the competition when you're not 100%! It's not fair to you and it's not fair to your competitors! So, we hate to do this, because you've been a very good competitor! Hate to send you away like this! Sorry, Negro Morte, you have been eliminated!

PROVING GROUNDS 3. Episode 4. Proving Grounds Gym.


Welcome to the Proving Grounds Gym! Mot and Kram at ringside with J.J. Smooth! Tonight, we have a very interesting challenge that we like to call the Hitman Target Practice Challenge. Our Proving Ground talent will have 5 stages to try and hit a Bullseye target behind our Hitmen, all while trying to avoid being hit by shots fired by the Hitmen! Here's our Hitmen for this Challenge tonight!

Here's how it will work: Roll 2d6: (twice: once for Hitmen, once for opponent)

Stage 1: Energy Bow & Arrow Shot.
Hitmen: 2-5 hits opponent. Opponent: 2-4 hits the target.

Stage 2: Missile Launcher Shot.
Hitmen: 2-6 hits opponent. Opponent: 2-5 hits the target.

Stage 3: Laser Canon Shot.
Hitmen: 2-6 hits opponent. Opponent: 2-5 hits the target.

Stage 4: Sniper Rifle Shot.
Hitmen: 2-7 hits opponent. Opponent: 2-6 hits the target.

Stage 5: Flare Bomb Shot.
Hitmen: 2-8 hits opponent. Opponent: 2-7 hits the target.

Opponents draw for their Hitmen.

Up first, Ulencio draws Sniper!

Ulencio moves his way to Stage 3 Laser Canon where he dodged a shot by Sniper to hit the target with the Laser Canon! Nice shot Ulencio. Not a bad way to start the Challenge, let's see if anyone can top it?!

The Nameless is up next, and he draws Gunnar!

The Nameless makes it to Stage 2, but gets nailed by a shot by Gunnar. The Nameless wasn't able to get a clean shot off with the Energy Bow & Arrow and paid for it at Stage 2! Gunnar poses for the crowd!

Astaroth is up next and he draws Mike Fortune!

Astaroth gets a shot off from the Energy Bow and Arrow but missed! He was very nimble on his feet avoiding a shot from Fortune! Astaroth made Fortune pay by hitting the target with the Missile Launcher in good time beating out Ulencio for the top spot!

Torrero of M83 is up next and draws Sniper!

Torrero showed a lot of agility and poise as he dodged every shot Sniper attempted except for Stage 5 where Torrero attempted to toss a Flare Bomb, but got shot before he could get it out of his hand! Nice showing by Torerro, but all for nothing! Sniper waves to the crowd!

Harley Marlboro is up next and draws Gunnar!

Gunnar wasted little time as he nailed Marlboro easy at the first stage! Marlboro didn't even get a shot off! Ouch! Gunnar once again poses for the crowd in a dominate performance tonight!

The Pros get together to discuss who should be eliminated tonight!? After careful consideration, the Pros announce the bottom three!

Torrero of M83, The Nameless and Harley Marlboro. All have showed very good skills throughout the challenge, and it's too close to call right now! So tonight, we will have a Tirion Triple Threat Elimination Match! Torrero of M83 vs. The Nameless vs. Harley Marlboro! The loser of this match will be eliminated! That happens in our Main Event later on!!! Let's head to the ring for some Proving Ground Match ups!

Ayngar defeated Beer League with BUSTED!

El Virtuoso vs. Hubris
Hubris defeated El Virtuoso with SAVING FACE.

El Demonico vs. Kevin Butcher

SIMboT ZERO defeated Funky Hound Soul with an over the shoulder neckbreaker.

The Nameless defeated Torrero of M83 and Harley Marlboro using Blast Zone to pin Torrero.

After a four year hiatus, the GWFZ Territories is coming back in a couple weeks to finish the Proving Grounds 3 saga and then the last remaining Quarter of Series before moving on to the GWFZ Infinity Series, which promises to hold MORE action, MORE territories & NEW features of Independent promotions with a working agreement with the territories!
