Kill Prey surprises me the most, but like I said, he admittedly has been lost in the shuffle and maybe needs a break/change of leagues. That character still has a lot of potential though.
I too hope we get a good payoff for Daimyo, and not yet another character change there. Three times is enough.
Reckless is no big loss to me. I always found him to be boring. The Titans are in sorry shape right now.
Shann-Ra was okay, but I'm not especially considered about one of the women wrestlers leaving. I barely use them.
Swarm is another shocker. I think a lot of people figured he was overdue for a bump-up. I somehow doubt we'll see the last of him.

Kill Prey and Shann-Ra are huge for me. Kill Prey actually just won my GWF Championship. I tend to stick pretty close to published storylines but if they really are gone I may be doing my first big divergence here.
Swarm is definately a shocker. I was hoping for an Ani-Men revamp. If anything they should get rid of Malkuth and replace him with someone interesting. I love Panther Warrior but preferred him as a singles wrestler honestly. I'd love to see a big, power wrestler ani-man. Like an Elephant or Rhino or something along those lines. Or an upgrade to Plethador. Losing Swarm but keeping Malkuth just seems counter productive to me.
As for Daimyo...I dunno. I loved him as Gatekeeper, hated him as Dead Ringer and am neutral about him as Daimyo. I may just go back to using him as Gatekeeper.
In the end I'm getting very luke warm about 2123. Tricks look awesome, Patch looks like he may be interesting but the potential losses are huge. I do think it's a good idea to keep the roster size down and, eventually, all our favorites retire I was just hoping it wouldn't be this early. I'm still reeling from Thunder's retirement! The current roster is sadly lacking in personal favs or me. Monolith could vanish as far as I'm concerned. Wolf is a shadow of his former self. The Gladiators are in the same boat actually. Right now, aside from Kill Prey, it's pretty much just Havoc and DWF for me. Hopefully I'm wrong about 2123 though. Either way I can't wait for it's release, it definately has my interest piqued.

There are definitely teams that need to shape up or ship out. The Titans are at an all-time low as far as being irrelevant and dull. The Greatest Show is on the ropes -- hopefully Tricks and Gryt spruce that up.
I don't know -- I'm kind of down on the Gladiators too. Paralyze and Raze are my least favorite Aethran tag team in a long time. Disaster is awesome. Strafe looks too cutesy to be a Gladiator.
It feels like a state of transition with a lot of the teams.

Honestly, I won't miss Reckless. For me, Titan Glory didn't win a single match in 2122. Tristen either needs a new partner or go for a singles run, preferably with an update.

I will miss Kill Prey. I had big plans for him. That being said, I'm still a little behind, and have yet to come to terms with The Amazing Mann being on his way out...so it may be some time until Prey fights his last match for me.
Shann-Ra on the other hand...
Swarm...I've always been a huge AniMan fan, they're probably my favourite race of wrestlers (I'm an animal lover...what can I say...) but Swarm never really 'fit' for me. I always saw him as either a loner or someone who was a 'gun for hire' type guy...not the leader of the AniMen.
Daimyo...
And Reckless is a small loss, in that he was a guy who also never worked for me, but yet there was something about him that had potential...because of the whole 'spirit' angle and where that could have gone (and may have gone...you never know, Reckless may have just changed form or something and will go by another name...maybe in another fed?). I always held out hope that he could turn into something...
Really, of the five names, I'll only miss Kill Prey...and frankly, being the kind of promoter that I am, I'll probably keep him around anyway.

My Guess, Iron Hand is Daiymo, Dead Ringer, Gatekeeper.
Reckless has been great for me. Won the IP title two or three times (defeating some big names) and won the tag titles with Tristan and I am only in 2121.
Kill Prey I haven't really known what to do with him. And Shann Ra has been solid for the women's division. I sincerly hope her spot is filled with a new female wrestler.
Swarm sucks leaving. I like the character.

Of all these, Kill-Prey is he one that I'm glad to see gone the most.
I know some may yell blasphemy, but I just cannot get behind this character and do anything with him. He was one of my first Galaxian champions back in 2119, but he lost in in his first defense and since then he has done nothing for me. I've given him his fair share at all the titles over the years and he hasn't managed to capture any of them. In fact, I can't remember the last time he won a big match....I think it may have been against Disaster in early 2120. Anywayz, I'm glad he's gone.

Swarm sucks leaving. I like the character. Swarm isn't gone. It said in the Promoter that Tricks will be facing a rejuvenated Swarm so I'm guessing Swarm gets an update.

However he may have disappeared briefly only to return.
