Earlier today they reported that one hundred thousand people are still without power and some might not get it back until friday or saturday. Lots of streets are closed , streams and rivers have created some huge new lakes, and a lot of businesses remain closed. I was told this morning that my power wouldn't be back on until thursday but then it came on this afternoon. It was on for maybe an hour and then I heard some loud noises that sounded like rifle shots. I looked out the window and saw sparks flying from a transformer across the street and the power was gone again. Power is back on again hopefully it stays that way.
