Big Hurricane coming on the East Coast

I feel like the weather over the past 12-16 months has been the craziest I've ever seen it in my life. Here, locally, and all around the world. More rain (tons more rain), more tornadoes, more earthquakes, more hurricanes etc...

I am a full believer in the universe and all it's power. I am fully capable of understanding that at any second, the universe can eliminate every single person in it and there is NOTHING anyone can do to stop it. Nothing. Man, with all his science and all his technology and all his know everything ego, is rendered helpless and hopeless by Mother Nature anytime she wants. It doesn't freak me out. It humbles me. I find peace in it actually. Powerful stuff when you think about it.

I think all signs point Mother Earth is warning us that she will take back the planet by wiping us out, but in the end all things come to an end and it does not freak me out either...

So in the last week, we've had an earthquake hit us, and now a hurricane that has yet to hit my area (if it does at all). As a first born child, if we start getting locusts next week, I'm painting the doorway of my house with sheep's blood!

What a wasted day. The hurricane is supposed to get here (NY) tonight late or tomorrow, but today was wasted getting stuff ready. I hate wasted days

It's around 2:30AM here north of Philadelphia. This storm is already the worst one I've ever seen and over the next few hours it's going to get even worse as its moves north toward New York. Everyone please stay inside and off the roads

Having lived in FL for years, I know the 'fun' of hurricanes all too well. I hope everything stays safe throughout the storm and everything's all right.
