Decent show. Sin Cara vs. Daniel Bryan (then turning heel), HHH/Punk/Nash and the Main Event were all very good. The rest was just there.
I thought Barrett came off like a star. Then Cena put him on his shoulders for five minutes, smiled like a cheese dick, and finally hit his finisher. That annoyed me but whatever.
Really cool stuff with Sin Cara. At this point ignoring the dirt sheets and going only on what I see from WWE, they are definitely setting up Sin Cara vs. Sin Cara.
I can't believe I'm saying this but I gotta give it up to the the WWE -- somehow, someway they have me actually wanted to see Kevin Nash wrestle, in 2011. I know, I can't believe it either. But I'm completely sucked in to the whole HHH/Nash/Punk story. It was the best thing on the show last night. Will Nash be the ref for Punk vs. HHH or will it become a Tirion Triple Threat? I like where all this is going. I do want to see Punk with the title again sooner or later tho. Cena vs. Del Rio will be a good match but I'm beyond tired of Cena around the belt. Every time the announcers scream "Could John Cena become the new WWE Champion!?" I just cringe. There's nothing new or fresh about Cena around the belt at all. What Cena needs is a good 6-8 month long blood feud with someone that doesn't involve the belt. Something super personal that goes beyond championships.

I tuned in and thought the end where Nash delivers a Boot to Punk and shoves HHH to the mat was cool and I liked the Sin Cara vs. Daniel Bryan match with the Heel turn and honestly who cares who is under the mask of Sin Cara as long as he can have good matches...

Yeah, dick move on Cenas part. But if you take what Tarver said about him, not surprising. And totally agree about Cena being around the championship all the friggin time.
Sin Cara beating Bryan surprised me and not sure I agree with it. But at least they turned it into something intriguing with Cara pulling a heel move.
Like I said in the other thread, Nash/Punk/HHH has me captivated. A motivated Nash (unlike his TNA years) is fun imo.

First time for me seeing Sin Cara with the new guy under the mask. Old Sin Cara sucked, legend in Mexico or not I don't care, this new guy was 100 times better. Hope he keeps the position full-time.
Rest of the show was really good too. Awesome cage match! Great stuff with Nash/HHH/Punk - doing a great job of making me not know what's really going on with HHH.

I think Punk needs to take the lip ring out until he finishes with Nash/HHH b/c it looks like he got cut again after last night's big boot.

You know on the subject of Cena being annoying, I forgot to mention that part about him from Monday's Raw, when Christian came down and said that he couldn't stand Cena because he couldn't stand "people who whine and whine every week until they get their way" (which was really funny), and then Cena killed anything positive from that comment by muttering something so childish that I'm not even sure a fourth grader could cheer for someone who used that as their best comeback to a comment where Christian blatantly set himself up for a million other retorts.
What happened to the Cena that was delivering the promo at the contract signing? Why can't they put him on television instead of what we've gone back to getting?

What happened to the Cena that was delivering the promo at the contract signing? Why can't they put him on television instead of what we've gone back to getting? I get the feeling Cena (in real life) legit thinks he's a "funny" guy. He's not. If they are writing his material for him, then shame on them and shame on Cena for allowing it. If they are letting his just go out there and wing it, shame on Cena. For a guy who can rap he sure isn't as whimsical and quick-witted with his burns. Mark Henry's breath smells like dog crap? Really? Uhg. Stuff like that makes me think they are writing it for him and they WANT us to hate him for it. The whole landscape of the WWE has been changing while Cena stays exactly the same. Corny as ever. I wonder if it's intentional? Who knows. Probably not. Cena isn't the Rock. Not on the mic. Cena should be the dude who either raps to burn you or just freaks out beats the piss out of you. Or both. But right now he's a nerd. Cena kills most things . But it aint him . His just following orders ? You are probably mostly right. No one has been a bigger Cena fan than me last few years but even now I'm turned off by the character, not the guy playing it. John Cena the pro wrestler is a total bad ass. I LOVE when he roids out and goes nuts just killing people. I want to see THAT Cena. Not corny ass Cena.

Cena at this time has become the dry as a popcorn fart of a character like Hogan was prior to his nWo heel turn, John Cena needs a New turn for his character and a Straight out Berserked Cena that talks with his actions and less with words could be the start to something fresh...

Yeah, he can also paint his face like the Crow and....wait.....thats already been done? Well crap.
If he ever goes heel, that will be the time he breaks out the rapper again imo.
