What kind of DUI laws does FL have? You'd think after 2 he would be looking at jail time.
This isn't even about TNA this is about a reckless, awful human being who deserves time behind bars. Can you imagine if he had killed someone? We read about stories like that all the time. But when no one is hurt we seem to over look the severity of this. He had a DUI earlier this year. Why was he DRIVING again?
TNA should do exactly what WWE would do - take him off the roster and send him to rehab. If he refuses, fire him. Any other plan of action is absurd.

Actually, he wasnt caught in FL, this time was Virginia and the last was WV I believe. Ah, ok. Still, you would think anyone with two DUI arrests (let alone in same year) would be facing jail time. Days later no word on TNA planning to do anything to punish angle. I saw where he denied being drunk, then the cops came out and said yes, he was in fact drunk. So not only does Kurt Angle drive drunk, he denies it. What that means is he will do it again. Does he have to kill someone before he decides to take responsibility for himself? If anything, this whole story really, truly zero's in on just how irrelevant TNA is. Just think about how big this news would be if the headline read JOHN CENA ARRESTED FOR DUI. Think about that for a second. It would be the biggest news of the year. But because it's TNA and Kurt Angle, no one cares. In TNA it's business as usual. Irrelevancy at it's finest.

All this fight against Drunk Driving can only stop so many, I had and have a neighbor who were/are heavy drinkers and drive even with past arrests and the one alive just got arrested for DUI about 2 weeks ago and this person is still driving. Now for TNA not doing anything, it's amazing they dont but they need Angle & Angle needs them and just like Jeff Hardy business as usual...

True Rob.
But if it did happen to John Cena or even Angle when he was in WWE, WWE would actually do something about it.
That speaks not only about Angle but TNA as well. Prime example, Jeff Hardy. JH has done it sooo many times that it has become a sad joke. And in Angles mind, I'm sure he thinks that he is untouchable. So, until TNA does something about it; they won't change.

DUI is a state-enforced law. So, basically. each state has their own laws and punishments and, if I read this correctly, a DUI in one state does not carry over to another.
And this is nothing new. Leonard Little drove drunk, killed somebody, and played in a Super Bowl less than a year later.
