So the 3 cards are set now, correct? Johnny Saint, El Generico & Amasis? El Generico is HUGE! Gonna be a great fall for Filsinger Games fans! Well, Sweeney is winning the poll on the Chikara board. So they will either combine the votes and the winner gets the card, or do both cards. Time will tell. |

I said you have to go to the Chikara message board and vote there. Sweeney has an even bigger lead in that poll. It's a seperate message board, not this one.

As I briefly said earlier (at the time I was busy cleaning things up from a burst pipe in my extra spare bathroom, so I just wrote a sentence,) I am really really glad to see El Generico getting his card released! El Generico is a regular in PWG (of the 19 PWG shows I have attended- I thought that number was higher at first until I actually counted them up this morning- El Generico has been at every single one except DDT4 back in March when I think he was in England.) El Generico, who just won the 2011 Battle of Los Angeles last month, is also the only person to ever simultaneously hold the PWG World Championship and the PWG World Tag Team Championship and he also won DDT4 too last year with LOW's Paul London. so El Generico will definitely be among the regulars on the roster for Vegas Wrestling Guerrilla (VWG) as will Kevin Steen and Christina Von Eerie.  Mostly everybody knows about El Generico's match against Kevin Steen in ROH at Final Battle last year. Awesome match and perhaps my personal favorite match of 2010. But if you like El Generico, another match I would also really like to recommend that you may or may not already know about is El Generico vs DGUSA's Shingo Takagi from PWG's Guerre Sans Frontières back in September of 2009. I saw every PWG match in 2009 either live and/or (mostly) on DVD and IMO that was PWG's MOTY for 2009.  I am excited about all these impending releases we are apparently about to receive from Filsinger Games such as El Generico's upcoming card! |

While we're recommending matches, let me add that El Generico versus 1-2-3 Kid at CHIKARA King Of Trios (night three) is one of the best matches I've seen this year.

CHIKARA is what reignited my long-dormant interest in wrestling, and this FG effort ( bringin' REAL wrestlers in FULL COLOR presented in their own, unique Fed..) is as important to us all as the first CotG was WAY back in the Day.. Keep it comin', GR8 Dark Menace! It is gettin' better every year!! And lovin' the CotG story angle more than ever now! > ~ |
