I was wondering if Filsinger Games has ever considered doing a print on demand service? Seems like more and more sets are going out of print so I thought it would be nice for newer players to have the option of paying more to get the cards professionally printed and mailed to them. Just a thought.

Having dealt with some print shops and designing companies that have made my GWFZ bootlegs look about as "official" as I possibly could, I would say that this probably isn't an economically viable option to do on demand. Or at least the final number wouldn't be anywhere close to the ballpark of what you would probably consider paying.
If you can find a dozen people who want to buy the same out-of-stock product it would be a completely different story, but I think this is where this message board and gaming community lends itself for coordinating that kind of effort.

We'll bring the idea to Tom but Chewey kind of hit the nail on the head there. The whole key to keeping printing costs low is printing them in bulk quantities. Most printers won't even take on a job for less than 100 of each card. By the time the printer spends their money on cardstock, ink and labor it just makes little to no fiscal sense to work small orders.
In the Guardian's opinion, a PDF option might be more realistic.
