He could also be an entrant in the Royal Rumble, or maybe just run-in and make Cena lose... though not having them go at it at all until the actual WM match would be very cool in an old school sorta way. I'd love to see it but how would that work with Cena vs. Rock already being booked? This actually brings up a few good questions. Will Cena vs. Rock be for the title? If it is that means the RR winner automatically fights for the World Title - and Daniel Bryan has already said he will cash in at Mania...all this kinda leaves the Rumble winner a real mystery. My very early guess is that one of two things will happen - Rock will costs Cena the belt before Mania or it will be for the title and Punk wins the Rumble, setting up Orton vs. Punk vs. Bryan for the World Title.

My very early guess is that one of two things will happen - Rock will costs Cena the belt before Mania or it will be for the title and Punk wins the Rumble, setting up Orton vs. Punk vs. Bryan for the World Title. Dave Lagana pitched on his podcast the idea that with Rock vs. Cena potentially for the WWE title and Daniel Bryan cashing in at WM, for this year's Rumble, the winner should have the right to challenge the Undertaker for the streak. That's the most important thing going into Mania these days anyway, and is usually the best match. You could automatically grant any of Undertaker's past victims a spot in the Rumble. Which means guys like Orton, Triple H, Kane, Mark Henry, and all of those guys would be in the Rumble while everyone else has to earn their spot. And yes, that would also mean that Kevin Nash would get a spot, since he lost to the Taker at Wrestlemania XII as Diesel. See how I got this thread back on track?

Yeah, that's a good point.
My gut feeling is that Rock-Cena will NOT be for the title. While it'll be kinda silly that the WWE Title match will be in the Mid-card (below whoever fights Taker and Rock-Cena) It makes the most sense.
It kinda blows the match if it's for the title... it's not like Rock is going to be around enough to be the champ, after all.
OTOH, that's just the sort of thing WWE likes to do to 'surprise the marks'.
It certainly has the potential to be interesting... I just hope they don't get desparate due to the recent crappy ratings and start doing dumb stuff.

It's interesting that the WWE has Two Matches slated for WM with Cena vs. Rock & Daniel Bryan facing the World Champion. I honestly think the WWE Belt will be defended in the Cena & Rock match, Cena mentioned it at the start of the Cena vs. Rock build and I can see it going down. I'm not sure if CM Punk will be part of the World Title Match, but what if he is part of the possible Taker vs. HHH rematch @ WM that HHH mentioned after this years WM. I would guess Undertaker has one last go at WM before he hangs it up, I really would hope he goes out on top and knows when it's time to retire...
