I just picked up the book either Tom or Todd mentioned on the recent podcast: Pioneers of Professional Wrestling by Tim Corvin. Nice book that covers the big names in wrestling before the turn of the century. Some guys from LOW like William Muldoon and Terrible Turk plus quite a few I haven't heard of along with some prominent names like Farmer Burns and Fred Beall. The book is inexpensive on Amazon and is worth a look for those interested in the history of wrestling and the vintage era.

Currently reading So You've Been Publicly Shamed by Jon Ronson. Excellent read exploring the phenomenon of public shaming via social media and public shaming as a form of social control. Good stuff.

I'm reading Bill Apter's book. It's funny but the stories aren't told in chronological order so it feels more like a bunch of blog posts than a book. Still pretty good, though.
