I am currently reading Jim Ross's book Slobberknocker. Earlier this year, I finished Ross's latest book Under the Black Hat which I enjoyed so I ordered Slobberknicker and this is also a good book.

I got an advance copy of Blood & Fire: The Story of The Sheik a while back and enjoyed it. I think it comes out in a couple weeks.

Not wrestling related at all, but author John LeMay has a number of books out that are all great reads. Depending on what type of movies your into, he I can recommend several different books. John specializes in finding lost and never made films that would have been part of a bigger world (Universal monsters, Godzilla, etc...)
I think one of his best is Jaws Unmade: The Lost Sequels, Prequels, Remakes, and Rip-Offs. This book is much more than just about bad Jaws remakes and rip-offs, it goes in depth on all the Jaws films as well. Both my father and I, who are both well versed in horror and monster movies, both read it and learned a ton about the Jaws franchise and the movies it spawned.
All of John's books are interesting and you will learn a lot. His newest one explores all the Pink Panther films, including the unmade Romance of the Pink Panther (1980) and The Life and Death of Peter Sellers (2004).
