The big news: The Packers and Lions are the last two undefeated teams in the NFL.
WEEK 4 BIGGEST WINNERS -
Green Bay Packers - 4-0 and Rodgers looks better than ever. The Broncos are garbage, but you've still got to be impressed with how good this team looks. Jordy Nelson is a future star.
Detroit Lions - Sometimes, there just are not words that exist that can describe certain events. Today was one of those days for long time Lions fans. 3 road wins in 4 weeks. 4-0 heading into the BIGGEST GAME IN FORD FIELD HISTORY next Monday Night, back home in the D vs. the Bears. Forget about Calvin being the the best WR in the NFL, he may just be the best player at any position in the league. ROAR RESTORED!
Cincinnati Bengals - This team is playing above expectations. A win over the previously unbeaten Bills is a MONSTER confidence booster. Andy Dalton looks like he just may legit out there. If he is, he'll be the 1st QB since Drew Brees to be selected after the 1st round and not bust. Impressive.
Carolina Panthers - Cam Newton looks legit. For a QB class that was supposed to be poor this year, so far, so good. They came damn close to upsetting the Bears at Soldier. Steve Smith looks like a new man out there with Cam whipping him the rock.
Tennessee Titans - Hasselbeck is helping (big time!) back up my bold prediction that the Titans win the division. Titans are 3-1 and looking to lock horns with the Texans to crown new AFC South champions. VERY exciting.
San Francisco 49ers - At 3-1, a couple more W's could easily wrap up the NFC West Title with the way the rest of these teams there are playing.
Baltimore Ravens - Suck it Rex. No, not your wife's gross ass toes. The Ravens are doing just fine without you.
WEEK 4 BIGGEST LOSERS -
Dallas Cowboys - Romo happens. 'nuff said!
Philadelphia Eagles - Have fun in last place, dog killer fans. Is it too early to add theEagles Puggles to the Andrew Luck sweepstakes?
Pittsburg Steelers - Don't look now but the Big Rape and the boys are in last place looking up at the Bengals and Browns. Look on the bright side, at least PA still has CHIKARA!
TheRyan Twins Fat Boys - Big guts and bigger mouths. Sometimes it's better to lay low and avoid the spotlight. Sometimes it exposes you as the total clown that you are.
With the way the media has been stroking Rob Ryan since his arrival in national darling Dallas, you'd never know he's previously failed as DC in Oakland and Cleveland, two of the worst franchises in the past 10 years. Jim Schwartz had one of the the best lines of the year following the game when he was asked about Fat Rob disrespecting Calvin Johnson "It's a good thing the 3rd best WR on their team is on our team." BOOM!
As for Fat Boy Rex, that train is coming off the tracks faster than anyone could have hoped for. No defense and no running game, the two staples that helped them reach the AFC Title game. And Mark Sanchez looks completely lost out there. He was fine when he wasn't asked to win the game for the Jets, only manage it and let the D do their thing. Maybe the Jets rebound, it's still early. But a few more bad losses like tonight and this team could implode faster than the Fat Boys lower intestines.
Minnesota Vikings - I don't think Leslie Frazier is going to make it. Too bad, cause he's one of the best D coordinators in the league. HC, not so much.
Miami Dolphins - I think the Henne experiment is officially over in Miami. I think the Fish enter total re-haul territory at season's end.
St. Louis Rams - There is simply too much invested into top talent to allow the current regime to keep running this team into the ground. Bradford, SJax, Lauranitis, Long, Quinn, Saffold...That's a good core group of players any aspiring HC would love to take on. With the Rams sitting at 0-4 on a bye week, heads may roll. If not during the bye week, by years end if this keeps up. Spags is a great DC (see Giants SB year) but he may be like McDaniels and Frazier and simply too far in over his head as HC.
Monday Night Prediction - Andrew Luck will be watching, probably wearing a Colts hat while he does. Bucs 23-16 in a game closer than it should be.
