I never saw Alberto winning back the title . But why didn't Cena try to get in via the roof . Some of it gives way , from past HIAC matches . He just stood there , from someone who never quits ? From what I understand, I think the present HITC cage is a lot taller than in the past. As I recall, it changed to about 20' from 15' since the Edge - Undertaker HITC. That may have had something to do with Cena climbing to the roof.

Yeah the cell is nearly twice as high as when Foley was thrown from the top.

I think you guys are wrong.. Punk CAN go back to the mid-card.
Look at Daniel Bryan. Wins MitB, now, a few months later, it hasn't been cashed in, and he's headlining SUPERSTARS, and can't even get a match on Raw, never mind a promo.
I think Rob is right about Miz and R-Truth.. that's Punk's angle, that they couldn't wait for... so they blew it. I think they were expecting Ratings to jump with the Punk thing... which they didn't.
Why? I guess those of us that thought it was awesome were already watching, and while it seemed to capture the curiousity of casual fans, it didn't get them to tune in.
Maybe it would have if Hell in a Cell was Punk's return.. I don't know. But I do know that I wouldn't have watched Raw if there was a better MNF game on, or if Terra Nova was on a 9.

Well Daniel Bryan said he will cash in the MitB at WrestleMania so I can understand that him not talking about it might be strange, but I can see the WWE holding back DB in any major feud to stretch out the time in when they push Bryan. Then again he's lost often to Sin Cara and he has done Dark Matches at NoC & HitC, so is that a sign that they have no faith in DB or are they pulling the underdog in where Daniel Bryan rises up and overcomes the tough challenges. I guess we'll see what the future holds for DB, but for now he's seems to be sitting on the side-lines waiting for his moment...

Bryan didn't slide back to the midcard...he never left it.

I'd call winning MitB moving into the main event picture.. it elevates some guys (The Hardys, Punk, even ADR) while others the push ends up rather temporary (Swagger, Kennedy) but it's supposed to be a big deal.

Winning the Money in the Bank for sure pushes that winner into the main event, but incase of Daniel Bryan his story is he won't cash it in till next years WrestleMania and as I stated above the WWE is either keeping a short leash on what DB does till they want to push him toward that WM Title Match or they have other reasons. I'm not sure how they were booking Mr.Kennedy when he planned to cash in the MitB at WM, but honestly a Year is a long time to carry that angle...

Have to respectfully disagree that winning a MITB makes you a main eventer any more than winning a #1 contender match does. It puts a focus on you for a bit of time...but doesn't make you a main eventer.
Winning the title doesn't make you a main eventer either...unless you can defend the title against competition that raises your esteem in the eyes of the public.

I suppose that's true... it's certainly a signal of intent, though. And Main Eventing Wrestlemania (Which they said Bryan would do) DOES make you a Main Eventer.
I'm thinking that may not happen now, though, but still....
Maybe if Rob's right and Punk turns out to be behind all the chaos it'll all be well , but I think that's too smart and too long term for WWE's current bookers.

As to Bryan main eventing this WM...I'll believe it when I see it.
Cashig in at WM...that would be another thing.
